You can’t go wrong with Crust. It’s a premium place with heaps of toppings. Gluten free pizza is excellent! If you are looking for an Italian style pizza, this is not for you. However, I can’t say how the other two pizza places next door compare.

I just wish they would clean the pigeon poo out front of their shop on the footpath and their entrance of their shop and especially the pigeon poo on the floor inside their shop. Nobody wants bird flu to come back. I didn't want to take photos of the poo, I would like to give them a chance to clean it. I did speak to head office 2 months ago and they did tidy a bit but not enough.

Good quality pizzas with a good selection of topping but supreme works best for me. It’s a busy shop open every day until quite late and does home delivery or pick up. There is a small seating area but usually taken up by waiting customers or delivery drivers.

These guys have amazing customer service. I ordered through Uber eats on a Sunday and there was a mistake in the order and they went above and beyond to help me through my food allergy. They were so understanding and nice. I will definitely be ordering directly from them in the future instead of Uber eats because they were so sweet on the phone and I want to support them fully! Truely guys... I have always been a huge fan of the peri peri chicken with extra peri peri sauce. Like always. But there’s been a bit of a lul recently in my ordering, like honestly it’s almost been a year I’d say? But guys... guys. Wow. I don’t know what I’ve been doing for the past year but the first bite made me realise that whatever I was doing was NOT good. And now I’m back. And I’m here to say. Peri peri chicken with extra peri peri sauce. You have my heart and my soul and you fill a part of me that no man ever could. I love you and thank you.

Best Pizzas ever, my first time i had crust pizza was Jun 14, even since than i never had any other pizzas. Three months ago i was invited at a friend’s house and they had Pizza hut and Domino, i couldn’t even finish a bite with those pizzas. Now i am paying money for the quality. Once I've ordered 16 pizzas for a birthday party, Crust Surry Hills were brilliant, love their service, best customer service and spot on Crust Surry Hills, keep up the best crust. I must admit sometimes i pass by Crown St and i see them very busy so i can tell lots of other people in the area loving it. I am loving it

Ordered a pizza for delivery and it didn't arrive on time.. I rang to speak to the manger which was a Nathan. He apologised for the inconvenience and said the next I was in to ask for him. The next time I ordered a pizza I went I to the store and asked for Nathan. He came out and introduced himself and said he was sorry for the inconvenience on the previous order. Offered a 20% discount and gave me free garlic bread also. Lovely guy and he handled the situation professionally. Great service.

Usually my go to on my way back from work, very good pizza in crown street but crust pizza is the classic pizza that we all go to in the end. i go to many crust pizzas but this specific crust makes the most consistent pizzas. I have never had a peri peri chicken pizza from here that i did not like, it always tastes the same which is what you look for in a pizza place. Crust pizza only uses the good stuff compared to other pizza chains like dominos and pizza hut, and now that dominos usually costs about 25 dollars for a delivery its clear that crust is the better choice.

Pizza is to die for, I particularly loved the margaritas. There is plenty of variety, an option for everyone. Found the base very fresh. Delivery is always in plenty of time if you're after a night in. A little expensive but so worth it compared to the other cheaper options. Would recommend it to anyone.

Definitely one of the BEST pizza places around. Crust Pizza sits nicely between the high end gourmet pizza restaurants, and your fast-food style pizza places. Great pizzas at prices that aren't outrageous when you consider you're get something with much better flavours than the production line at Pizza Hutt. Tip: Try the Perri Perri chicken. Also has gluten free options.

Experience was great, customer service was great on Monday. An assistant manager there that was a young adult helped me with my selection, went with the Vietnamese Chilli Chicken As I did feel like some chilli food didn't go to the Indian take away down the road wasn't really feeling it. The assistant manager promised me it wouldn't take longer than 10 minutes that Monday on the public holiday. I also noticed he made my pizza and there was a lot of chicken and shallots on top and cheese which I thought was very generous. After 7 minutes of waiting the pizz came out and it had coleslaw chopped chilli with garlic sauce which looked pretty good. I was very happy with the service I received and the assistance manager which I forgot his name was very helpful that night, I also asked delivery time and he said Ntwhers between 30-40 minutes, which was good as I only live in Redfern. Would recommend coming here, the new management seemed pretty good and staff was very helpful 😁👍🏽

Don't expect a $5 pizza here - because you pay for what you get. Crust Pizza's are around $20. And they taste so much better the Pizza Hut and Domino's. The Philly Cheese Steak is so amazing. The problem is you want to eat the whole thing yourself.
