Still one of my favourite Pizza Joints. It is great for early dinner with kids. Pizza and pasta consistently awesome. All staff are friendly, helpful and kids are no trouble. Gets busy so get in early or make a booking Close to Fish Market Tram, Pyrmont, limited street parking. Delivery is also awesome. Highly recommended by Me and the kids.

Great restaurant with very nice decor; really liked seeing the small red car parked in the restaurant! Food was pretty nice, lasagne was really tasty, tiramisu was perfect, the pizza was nice with a thin crust, toppings could have been better spread on it however, as it was super flavoursome and then the sides were dry. Service was nice and attentive. Price was a little bit exxy but otherwise it was a very good experience.

Great place for some pizza & pasta. I recommend making a booking during peak times 6-8pm as they are normally busy around that time. Quick & fast takeaway as well. This place is good for quick dinner dates or big groups.

Not a bad restaurant. I only visit one time and only for takeaway. But the service and the food is good and fast. So nothing much to complain about. The downside is there are not many parking around. If you want to come from other places, I will suggest to take the light rail or buses. The restaurant also looks clean and tidy, has free delivery to Bondi if you order more than $28, early dinner 20% off the bill from 5 - 6:30 pm Tuesday to Sunday.

I have come here for many years, Made In Italy is a staple around Pyrmont. Great pizza's, great service and relatively good amount of seating inside and some outside for al fresco dining. Pizza's a relatively well priced for Gourmet Pizza's. Great place to bring the family or even dine alone. Friday and Saturday nights, you should book ahead.

What else can you ask for in a proper Italian restaurant? Not only is the pizza crispy and awesome, not only do they give you a generous portion of amazing chili oil, proper Italian coffee to finish the meal off, it's just a darned good place to eat!

Authentic Italian-style food. Good house wines. But the choice of main courses has become limited of late; focusing on standard pizza and pasta offerings. Yes, there is a very limited choice of 'specials' but they used to offer so many more 'secundi' a few years back. Due to the acoustics, can be very noisy when crowded. Notwithstanding, service cannot be faulted -- indeed this alone would be sufficient to bring us back time and again. You are always made to feel welcome and greeted as one of their long lost, favourite clientele.

They used to be a full restaurant but have now downsized to a take out style counter restaurant with 3 tables. Service is friendly and food still good although menu is reduced for in house dining. Best pizzas in town without doubt. We’ve been getting these delicious pizzas for years and can’t get enough. Our faves are the gambari, fungi, Made in Italy and Vegetariana. Always order more than you can eat so you have leftovers for lunch the next day :)

Very average. When the restaurant was open, they use a proper pizza oven. In the takeaway outlet, they us a conveyor and the quality is disappointing for the price. The base is the biggest let down. Nice friendly staff. Busy in Friday night. Unfortunately, I cannot honestly recommend. I stand corrected on the oven. Please accept my apologies. However, the result is even more disappointing then.

Updated review: awesome pizza, just wish they had 1-2 more vegetarian options. The pizza is thin crust Italian style, and most importantly they have a decent chilli oil, which is the number 1 sign of a good Italian restaurant. What's number 2, you might ask, but that is a hot contest b/w olive oil, the pasta, and last but not least the lambrusco.

The red Fiat Bambino is quite an average looking car by itself IMO, & yet placing inside this resto actually complements their red logo of "Made in Italy", giving the resto a bit of a character. Food was definitely an 8/10 in both quality & quantity. Dimmi discount is on right now, but even if not, the price is very reasonable & it's certainly excellent for value. Subjectively, what made this resto a 10/10 in my eyes was its STAFF 👏- Francesca "Ferrari" has exceptional customer service skills to go w her gorgeous smile (hence "Ferrari" is her new surname-kidding!) & friendly unassuming owner happened to sit nearby. Other staff seems friendly w good sense of humour making the place so COZY. No wonder despite the team is not multicultural, it attracts diners of all races!

My flatmate gets pizza from the takeaway Made In Italy across the street a lot, but he's never been to the Trattoria so I figured it was time to check it out. The place is a decent size, with indoor and outdoor seating with the decor a tongue-in-cheek homage to an Italian lifestyle (see Vespa's.) We ordered a Meat Lover's pizza ($25) and Carbonara ($21) with some wine ($16.) Kind of a hefty bill for what you're getting. The Carborna was decent, I wouldn't mind ordering it again, but the pizza was also OK, much like how I feel about the takeaway restaurant. Nothing mindblowing, but not bad. Service was a tad on the slow side. If you're looking for Italian in Pyrmont, this is a decent place to go, but don't expect too much.

My favourite spot for lunch on a Friday (pizza=treat). Seating on crates is fun, although it's really close to my office so I tend to take away. If you like their facebook page you get a free drink.

The food ok, but a bit on the expensive side (expect $40-50/person with no drinks). The service just isn't good enough. Slow, forgetful and unhelpful - it takes long to catch any waiter's eye, recommendations were vague and usually the most expensive item in the menu, one of our orders didn't make it to the kitchen. Additionally, dishes came out 5 minutes apart, creating the awkward situation of most people having food in front of them, but having to wait for the other guests. There are better options within walking distance in Pyrmont (Signorelli Gastronomia) or a short drive away (in Leichhardt and Haberfield), so we're probably not coming back.

My favourite meal is the picante pasta ... They call it Arrabbiata. The staff are awesome ... They will put up with takeaway orders over the phone without a menu and suggest long or short pasta with the picante sauce :) ... you can also order online. As far as dine in ... 5 years ago they used to have a little fiat 500 inside the shop. They would serve what I thought was authentic Italian like liver with onions (awesome tasting dish). The takeaway used to be accross the road. Now it's all in the same shop and the atmosphere reflects it a bit. Still a nice place

The meatballs in the pasta were also satisfactory, as they felt the minced meat.
