Was told about Pizza D'Oro while staying at the Quest nearby. Glad we ordered our dinner from there, the pizzas were absolutely delicious. Perfect amount of topping and the perfect base made for full flavour pizzas. Do not hesitate to recommend this place. Know where I will eat next time I stay in the area.

Best Pepperoni pizza in Sydney! I do not say that lightly. Such a friendly vibe inside and always great to support a local Australian/Italian family who is SO passionate about what they do. Simply WOW! That had to be one of the best pizza feeds I have ever had! Ordered from Menulog and it was delivered hot and fresh, like WOW! The toppings were loaded, the meat was a good balance and it wasn’t badly priced, even for Menulog, again, WOW. I got a meat lovers with chicken and garlics and cheese pizza. Seriously, if you’re after some mean dough and toppings then it’s hard to beat this place! I will say it yet again for the slow ones, it was WOW!

Good quality and consistency is the hardest thing to find anywhere. I’ve not once had a bad experience or been let down in the quality of my pizza(s), I’ve ordered upwards of 40+ pizzas from them since living in the area. I battled with quality anywhere near as good as pizza d’oro over the whole lower north shore. The service is fast and friendly and no matter how long you’ve been going there they make you feel like you’ve been going there for years. The price is super reasonable for what you get! Could not recommend a joint anymore than this one!

Got takeaway from the Vietnamese restaurant one night but could not resist the wonderful aromas of roasted garlic and herbs coming from this pizza shop. Came back the next night to try the pizza for first time. Had the King prawn pizza which came with free garlic bread promotion. Pizza smelt just like the shop. Prawns were plentiful and juicy, not over cooked.dough was medium thickness and nice and fluffy. Excellent pizza, will be back to try other flavours. Owner is friendly and welcoming.

I’ve lived by Michael and Pizza Doro for over a year now and they are by far the best pizza joint in town. Michael and his team take customer service to the next level. I gave mike some glue for his project today and he brought over pizzas for our whole job site!!! What a legend, He didn’t have to do that but it was such a nice jester. Everyone loved the pizza! So much flavour, base was perfect. Definitely recommend 10/10. Support local 🤩

In a area that is saturated with Pizza Shops, this tiny little gem is the business! Michael, the owner, sat down with us and shared his family's story and told us about his mum's secret recipe for the dough he still uses to this day!! Edit: we ordered a second time and they were very nice, A+ service! Pretty good pizza from this little shop. Probably the best in the area so far. The portion sizes compared to cost isn’t the best and they don’t know if their cheese is pasteurized (for the pregnant women out there). Could also improve on their manners a bit as you get a rushed and get a get on with it kind of attitude from them like they’ve been around long enough and don’t really care about trying really hard on their service anymore.

Great experience. Ordered a supreme and added pineapple and was told it would be 15 minutes...I had just left the hairdressers and my hair was a bit damp and I was shivering. Shop owner asked me where I was sitting and if I was okay or needed a heater. Such a nice gesture even though I was getting it for take away and waiting for my partner to pull up!! Anyhow, the pizza tasted lovely and took less than 15 minutes too! We were both impressed and are excited to try more things off the menu!! We will definitely be back!

Had their D’oro special and prosciutto e rucola yesterday. I ate prosciutto first to enjoy the fresh rocket on top. Pleased with the generous amount of prosciutto and rucola. Then the special - pleasantly spicy with chilli oil. (Could be a little too spicy for some but not too much). Paired well with some fruity red wine from Hunter Valley. We will definitely be back! :)

I've been living in the North Shore for five years (McMahons Point & Crows Nest) and I'm pretty confident this is the best pizza I've tried in that time. I took my two children here last week for a pizza and we all thought it was delicious. The base was light, fluffy and crispy and one of the best I've had in Australia. This review is long overdue. I have had the pleasure of dining at Pizza D’oro on four occasions. The first occasion, I thought everything was perfection - the food, the team and the atmosphere. Yet with each visit, they set the bar even higher. I’m not usually one to go half/half on a pizza, but you just want to eat the whole menu which has more than one choice to suit all tastes (including 11 year olds who usually only choose ham and pineapple). If you’re lucky, Michael will invite you to sample off the menu toppings or surprise you with desert! Recently I’ve had the misfortune of being put on a low FODMAP diet, which if you do the research, stops you from eating at most restaurants in Sydney. Michael made me a pizza with gluten free base, no garlic tomato pizza sauce and FODMAP friendly toppings. I couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend Pizza D’Oro whether you get the chance to eat with the Beautiful Pizza D’Oro team Lisa, Michael and Christian or get yourself a delivery of there authentic Italian deliciousness!

PIZZA PERFECTION! Honestly the BEST Pizza I've ever had. The perfect amount of topping to base ratio and the flavours are so so good! We're not super local, but my husband bragged about the Pizza's whilst working accross the road. We had to take the fam to check it out and I am sooo glad we did. Definitely worth the drive and we'll definitely be back again.
