I enjoyed all the food I have tried so far. Love the half half option that I can taste more flavors. Last time I got garlic prawn, pesto scallop, Potuguese chicken, Moroccan lamb and loved them all. The chicken wings were very nice too. Definitely will go back for more!

Nice little local pizza shop. Walk in client on a Saturday night, got seated on one of the window tables so worth calling up and booking if u want to sit in the normal tables. Ordered three types of pizzas but my favourite was the Hot Sopressa Salami; spicy, a little smoky and delicious. The other two were prosciutto & supreme which were also good. The one consistent among all the pizzas was the excellent crunchy base. Loved the French bulldog artwork!

Pizza Deli at Waterloo is the best pizza in the suburb. My favourites are their cheesy pesto pizza, herb and garlic pizza, and garlic prawn pizza to name a few. Pizzas are always fresh, hot, and full of flavours. You can order half half as well, and any left overs you can bring home and still stays so good after you heat up in the oven. If you are in the area, search for this place and you will see why its pizza is popular.

Delicious pizzas, friendly staff. Moderately priced. Staff have always previously accommodated requests. Probably the best regular pizza base pizza I've had delivered to my door in years, if not ever (so not comparing to deep pan or thin and crispy variants). 5 Stars for only pizza though. Pasta selection is more limited, as are desserts. Very casual place to dine in (like a a takeaway joint) but deliveries usually prompt.

I've noticed the pizza Deli is highly rated, so I thought I would see what the hype was all about. We ordered 3 pizzas for a delivery, the food came right on the eta, we were originally provided ( great start) We have the garlic pizza, roasted vegetable and the pesto chicken. Both pizzas were hot, fresh and most importantly tasty. Will definitely order again.

Amazing local place that does very tasty pizzas and doesn’t shy away from the toppings! Fast and efficient, they are great if you are taking away or getting delivery. Few tables set up inside, but good luck getting a seat there on weekends. Highly recommend the pesto chicken or the bbq chicken with feta as they will keep your bellies full and a smile on your face for a long time to come!

I can’t remember the last time I’ve had pizza that was this good!!! I’ve tried the veggie pizza it was SO good that you can actually taste the mushrooms! Thickness of the dough was just perfect, pizza sauce was exquisite!! Also ordered spaghetti with arrabbiata sauce it is amazing! It was nothing like other super oily pastas. The sauce was blend in just perfectly with the pasta. I can eat the same food every night for months, scrap that, for years!! I wish I had known this place before!!

I had dinner here recently, I ordered the moroccan lamb pizza, I liked the pizza it was delicious and food arrived promptly. Nothing stood out for me which would make me rave on about it or give it 5 stars, the food was acceptable, price was standard and staff were reasonably friendly. I would recommend and I will go back! My only advice is, you need to go bigger and aim for more artisan, niche food. Although the garlic bread was nice, I could buy same quality at my local supermarket. Same advice for your pizzas, change it up have different quality pizza bases, when distributing sauce on pizza don’t dot it on so it’s too perfect, get messy. You also have way too many options for traditional pizzas that I could buy elsewhere, get more creative with the pizza menu.

Revised review: Unfortunately after many years of ordering pizza from Pizza Deli, the delivery of recent had started to let them down - hence, my previous response was an unhappy review. Since this review, I would like to thank and praise the owner/manager who took it upon himself to make contact and pass on his sincere apologies, he had spoken to the staff who were working that night and explained it has been hard with Covid on a small business trying to find reliable delivery drivers. At times, he is having to deliver the food himself. In goodwill of my complaint, I was offered the same order free of charge - Thank you. The pizza arrived on time and to the quality I always expect from pizza deli, thank you for taking the time to ensure your long term customers are appreciated.

Have ordered pizza from Pizza Deli more times than I’ll admit. It’s always excellent – hot, fresh, generous toppings and plenty of cheese. Reheats well the next day if you have any leftovers, which is frankly unlikely. It’s great value and is always delivered quickly. Best Margherita around.

I had a BBQ Meat Deluxe pizza. It was the closest thing to perfect I’ve ever eaten. The base was perfect thickness, not too crunchy, not burnt, not too doughy, not too floppy, not too hard, no grazes in my mouth (and I inhaled the thing). The top was perfect, dark bits but nothing burnt. Topping was generous; the pizza felt heavy (but the base still supported it. P.E.R.F.E.C.T ratio of cheese to meat to BBQ to base. Price is average for a pizza but a deal for what Pizza Deli give you. If a Dominos pizza and D’Arazio pizza (Bondi) had a love child which only had the good genetics, it’d be Pizza Deli. I’d recommend this place to anyone. P.S. the guys behind the counter are super good with customer service. Props for an excellent offering! 09/07/2020

This is my favorite pizza restaurant nearby. Creative combination of ingredients displays different cuisine and I have to say it’s delicious. I tried one with prawn which topping with feta and fresh shallot. I never had such pizza before. Genius! Recommend scallop one as well which is my girlfriend’s favorite 😄

This classy place is managed by a close knit family they cook in-store in the afternoon hours and start sale post pm. Your go to Saturday night pizza dinner. A quick wander of the neighbourhood and we stumbled across Pizza Deli, a small restaurant on a corner street in Waterloo. A simple arugula salad, a perfectly made pizza, and a bowl of pasta was enough to make the whole stress of the day fade away. We’ve been back a few times since, for mid-week dinner, and lazy Friday night takeaways. This spot is a sure-thing for a tasty and comforting meal.

I had a fantastic meal at Pizza Deli a little while back. It had not long opened and was already packed. With their giant Frenchie motif this venue was one of my fave pizza places before walking in the door. Frenchies are my all time fave dogs so this was going to sit well with me. I just sat there smiling at the wall. It has to be one of the most instagrammed walls in Sydney. The staff are fantastic and the venue is large and bright. It services the Waterloo apartment blocks popping up everywhere and is only a short walk from the Green Square area - this place will be HUGE. The pizzas are fantastic and besides the Szechuan Prawns which I didn't like because my tongue went numb everything was superb. Hot Sopresso Salami, Four Cheese, Pesto Scallops and Proscuitto or Beef Cheek Pizza are all certain to be favourites. I also smashed the BBQ Meat Deluxe and while it is hard to mess up this was a highlight for me. They also offer pastas, their own mousse and no one can say no to a Nutella Calzone!!! Everything is of the freshest and highest quality and mostly everything is made in-house adding to Pizza Deli's appeal. If I lived back in this area I would have a tab at Pizza Deli and I do look forward to returning one day soon.
