I don’t usually write reviews but I was so impressed with Clever Little Tailor! The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel very special on my birthday. The venue was cosy and intimate, perfect for date night! The wines, cocktails, and ciders were fantastic. Will definitely be coming again.

Nice quiet bar with a touch of class tucked away on Peel St. Plenty of spirits and choice of beers on tap. Service was friendly, with the 2 female bartenders were attentive to table service with regular top ups of water. We ordered an old fashioned and a boilermaker, and ended up staying for 3 rounds of it. Will be back again!

We like interesting tap beers and there were 3 but they were really good and the platter we had with our beers was really good. We ended up stopping by chance because other patrons highly recommended the platter and they were right. Staff and service was friendly, efficient and also interesting. Plenty of other options if beer isn't your main thing.

Cute little bar off the way. Loved the decor, the champagne bottles are great to look at & great conversation pieces. Went in on a Sunday evening before a show & there were still quite a few people in there. It appeared great for a drink, if you want something out of the usual same old. Great assortment of drinks.

Fantastic atmosphere with surprisingly great music (Stevie Wonder, George Benson, etc) and some remarkable craft beers on tap. The staff is friendly without being obtrusive or sycophantic (fake), and offer exceptional service that’s effortless. Fast and relaxed. I went on Monday night, which was relatively quiet; which could have contributed to my positive experience. Regardless, highly recommend.

Ordered two drinks and a share plate at about 11pm at night. Our food came a little late whilst the staff were professionally managing unruly customers. We didn’t mind. They did provide two cocktails on the house to make up for the wait. Excellent service, excellent atmosphere and tasty food and drinks!

Always love calling through here of an afternoon once I’ve finished up, especially when the weather improves. The staff are great to chat with and are able to share their time equally to chatting, maintaining the bar and serving customers. The rotating taps for beer is a nice touch, and it’s good to see a mix of local and interstate craft beer dominating the line-up. The bottle list is equally impressive. Spirits is quite a diverse selection, so it’s unlikely you won’t find something you’ll enjoy. Keep up the good work team!

A really cute little bar with a great vibe! It was warm and cozy and perfect for after work drinks. It has a great range of wines, beers and spirits and the bar staff are super knowledgable on all their products. They're very good at giving cheeky hints on what drinks are the best to have! A great evening out in Adelaide!

This charming little small bar is a world away from neighbouring Hindley St. Cosy, warm, and brimming with an elegant but honest sensitivity. It makes for a perfect escape from the daily grind. The owners are very welcoming and its clear they have their customers at the core of their concern. The wine and beer range is top notch, the choosing of which is aided by the extensive knowledge held by those behind the bar. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Decent drinks selection that is definitely popular however I agree with another review that the atmosphere is a bit pretentious and not intimate for a very small bar later in the evening. Probably quite different earlier in the evening and will go back for another look.
