Having never been here before, I'll start with the good. The place looks cool, the decor is Lux and the room we had, Pop Princess, was big and comfy with good lighting. However, after we were shown to the room we were left on our own. We rang the service bell but no one came. We had to muddle through working out the system, which was less than straight forward. The guys at the bar were friendly and generous. Just lacking a little in mixology skills. Don't go here and expect any choice in wine. All in all we all had a great time and will be back.

We had a great night here it is so much fun ! We laughed and danced and sang. Booked in last minute for my birthday and bought a package deal which included 4 bottles of wine or 1 spirit or 20 beers. The system wasn’t the easiest to use but was manageable.we loved it !!

My work colleagues and I keep coming back here. So much fun and a great list of songs to choose from. Definitely recommend looking at packages as otherwise drinks can be very expensive. Staff are friendly and explain everything in detail. Highly recommend :)

Nice rooms and good drinks at affordable prices but the software for the karaoke system is hard to use and the lyrics on screen are often wrong.

Great place to go with friends, individual rooms to enjoy karaoke with just your friends. Very expensive for alcoholic beverages though. Eg 700ml Smirnoff red $100

For perfect Asian style Karaoke experience, need not to go to Japan or Korea to adventure. Right on gouger street, this place offers variety drinks and song, enough to entertain small or large group friends.
