We sat in the Phoenix bar on a Sunday afternoon. A very chilled and relaxed atmosphere, with a good acoustic guitarist playing. Staff were very friendly and a good range of drinks. I had the Grilled Chicken Breast which I though was delicious. I’d give this a 5-star. My wife has the Szechuan calamari, and it was tasty, but a bit too deeply fried, and with the chips, just too much fried food on the same plate. I’d happily come back and try more meal options.

One of the nicest Taverns I've been in. So well decorated with Christmas decorations and lights.. so warming when you enter.. Staff were amazing and very welcoming. Traffic was horrendous so I pulled in for dinner and I have to say 5-5 for food and atmosphere. Justin ( Head waiter I think? ..the guy with the beard and A.J hair cut) does his job well.. bright and bubbly yet genuine. Makes you feel welcomed.. well done guys... Highly impressed. I never do the review thing but in this case it was much deserved

Actually this is a good option for an early morning coffee if doing a bike ride along the Gateway Bikeway. Fast and friendly service, nice coffee or hot chocolate or breakfast snacks available. While not actually on the bike way just a short ride off.

Our meal experience tonight was awful, I had a Queensland burger with a side of chips. My wife had beer battered fish & chips, my mum had a barramundi burger. We should have known something was wrong as these meals took ages to come out & when they did they weren’t hot, mums was cold but she said she would eat it anyway. There was supposed to be a meat patty on my burger but instead there were some funny cut up pieces of meat. My wife’s fish wasn’t cooked roperly & her side of mash was cold. We won’t be back

I host a FaceBook group here in Brisbane called "ScootMasters" - We do adventure rides on electric scoots most weekends, and always end up at pub somewhere for lunch. We took 26 riders to the BRT yesterday and the food/service was fantastic. I had only booked for 20, and turned up with 6 extras. NO Problem - Even though they were busy - They went out of their way to accommodate us. WELL DONE! - We'll be back for sure.

I recently had a function at the Bracken Ridge Tavern for my Dad’s 40th Birthday. Overall the outcome of his party was fantastic. I want to thank the bar staff that helped that night and a big thank you to Justin for your assistance throughout my Dad’s event. The catering was incredible and we received a lot of feedback and comments from our guest telling us numerous times how good the food was. The only downside would be the service provided by the functions manager Tory, she had promised several things leading up to the event which caused a lot disarray. Please ensure if you give someone your word on things from the very beginning that you pull through on your end with it. Very poor communication from the functions coordinator if you aren’t working on certain days make sure that you advise your customers of that. Tory was quite rude on the night of the event which was super unprofessional and unacceptable.

We love this place! Have been about 5 times in the last couple of months with a group of 9. Each time everyone has been happy with their meals, which is unusual to please everyone including a couple of kids. Staff are always accommodating and prices are reasonable.

I had the steak sandwich from the lunch menu and it was better then ever. It is my go to when lunching at BRT. The chai latte gets a thumbs up too. The service was friendly and swift. A special shout out to the lady helping with the new QR code, very patient with all customers checking in.

The best family restaurant ever! So far I tried Panama jacks and Yokoshima and it was just amazing!!! The best service ever and also food arrives quick deliciously! I'm so happy that Bracken ridge Tavern is only 5mins away from my place however my family just need to be more patient to not coming every week temptationally!!

Drove over an hour to get parts from a wreckers close by, stopped in afterwards for a quick drink to get out of the summer heat, And honestly it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a LONG time - first off, Shelly in the sports bar was wonderful, positive, attentive and friendly, with excellent chat and informative input on the tavern and the local area, she looked after us well. Then, in the gaming room, Tanya was just as wonderful, her positivity and energy was refreshing, she went the extra mile to make sure we knew all of the wonderful things the tavern had to offer. It's an hours drive from my place, but I'm definitely heading out that way again purely to get the complete Bracken Ridge Tavern experience. 11/10. Wonderful service. Excellent venue!!

Couldn't eat in the restaurant because one person was wearing a high vis shirt, had to settle with the menu in the public bar area. Very disappointed with the service provided in the restaurant by the staff. The lady working behind the public bar needs to be promoted to management as she was friendly, extremely helpful and attentive. As a tradie I would recommend eating and having a drink in the public area.

I am starting to be a regular visitor to BRT having since moved into the area just over a year ago . I am pleased to say that the staff here are extremely friendly and positive in their work . The White Coffee and Co cafe is my favourite place. Always great coffee , caring staff and they are never too busy to say hi . The young lady I’m impressed with is Acki. when asked how she was she replied ‘fabulous’. She was pleasant and uplifted my spirits. Georgina was very pleasant as well . Well done BRT for the exceptional venue you provide for the people of Bracken Ridge and surrounding areas.

Great local place to visit. Meals are brilliant when they are on special. We always wait for a discount. So many options within this club it’s so nice. We take a lot of people there and love having this place around the corner. Such a nice surprise in Bracken ridge. I think the drinks prices are higher than I think should be, so we don’t drink much so it’s not an issue. They are the same price for drinks that I pay for when I go out to the valley or on the Brisbane ricer with views. Lovely place overall and worth a visit.

I really like the new bar and have mostly enjoyed the tapas and atmosphere. Once the pizzas had too much sauce on the base. Staff are friendly. In the main restaurant I used to go all the time, but now it is a bit pricey and the meal I had was expensive and not very nice. I couldn't finish it and it made me feel ill :-( Not as many people go there as there used to be, which is a shame. A very homely place to go though.

Always had good meals here. Tonight though all prices have gone up. Bar staff told me it was because of CPI. But the steak went up 10% plus other prices don't match CPI. I think the the CPI increase was an excuse to raise prices well above CPI. I have been coming here for years playing poker but there are lots of other alternatives. Bar staff had the audacity to say that it was a cheap steak any. Starting to think I'll try other places now.

Today finally arrived my Hubbys Surprise Birthday Party . Functions Co Ordinator "Tory "at BRT assisted me with preparations. She is so professional and work worked so hard to ensure the day a wonderful success. Our 35 attendees were impressed with the "Birds Nest" Function room and I had ordered Platters which arrived hot and well presented. The cost was excellent and our guest were very pleased with the lunch they ordered. Calamari was a big hit. Thanks to all the staff at the BRT for making this day . Such a wonderful day to have a party at BRT

Great hang out spot for the area. There is a section for everyone (sports bar, restaurant, Gloria Jeans Coffee, lounge bar). Renovated not too long ago and everything is clean and well maintained. The service can be a little slack but otherwise a pretty good place for a local to hang out
