Ian is really passionate about coffee and takes pride in customer service. We are local and live nearby to the coffee shop. We order beans and Ian delivers them to us himself - that's dedication! What's more, the coffee is excellent and we'll priced. Can't ask for anymore than that! Highly recommended!

Mixed feelings here. The place is very simple, maximising the service of coffee without offering nothing extraordinary. Located next to hope st, which always offers interesting characters and in front of parmalat, which will add a beautiful soundtrack (by trucks) roaring pass every minute. This is probably why is mainly a take away choice for people around. The coffee wasn’t extraordinary. Interestingly the medium offers 1.5 shots, instead of the classic 2. Probably because the flavour of the coffee is quite bitter (in a good sense) and would run over the whole thing. However I did request a second shot and my coffee was mild for my tasting. Latte art was non existent, which I found disappointing because I had seen their pics on social media and thought “let’s see that”. All above contrasts with the friendliness and politeness of the barista, who asked if glass or mug, hot or not very hot…. And later came to ask how the coffee was and if I would like it any different next time. Kudos to him for that. To sum up, I won’t be a regular of the place, but it won’t harm you to have a coffee here

Diminutive, hole-in-the-wall coffee shop. Some outside seating under street trees. Good coffee, very friendly and fast staff. Handy to Kurilpa Bridge and pathway.

Lovely gem of a cafe! Great for takeaway, there is a small amount of seating indoors and outdoors. There is cabinet food, no vegan options when I went, would love to see some! Staff are chatty, welcoming and always have a smile on their face. Coffee is delicious and well priced. Love how the business / staff push for sustainability and support bringing mugs and cups.

A nice hidden little spot about a 9 minute walk from south brisbane station. The two ladies that served me were all smiles and super nice! The coffee used was top notch! It was a medium roast with nutty notes. Had a sip off my friend’s dirty chai, and it was also top notch! Highly recommended!

Easily Brisbane's best coffee. A hidden gem. If visiting the South Brisbane area - especially Kurilpa Bridge, State Library, GoMA or staying on apartments near Montague Rd / William Jolly Bridge - this is a mandatory stop over. In addition to making great coffee, staff are warm and friendly. Popular with local residents & workers but you never wait long for your order.

A hole in the wall coffee shop, freshly opened. A decent coffee for a regular price, and there is a selection of sweets and biscuits (including Byron Bay cookies). Sitting available. Looking forward to seeing some loyalty points/discounts for the locals :)
