What a lovely quiet place to hang out Saturday at brunch time. My friends and I love it. We go for coffee and drinks. The menu has a good range to choose from and the food is tasty and well-priced. The cocktails are delicious and well-made. The service always courteous.

Visited this establishment on a public holiday. Such a chilled atmosphere and a great place to chat and catch up with friends. The staff were friendly and efficient. The menu had a variety of food choices and a range of drinks which included cocktails, beers and wines. The medium steaks we ordered were cooked to perfection! The ordering system was great as you can order directly from your table or you can go to the bar. We’ll back soon!

The place was great really clean and well laid out pub. The dining and drinking areas were really clean. Plenty of room for your own space. Outdoor heating and outdoor eating, relaxing area. The staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly and gave me a run down of the local places to visit. Would be great for a family feed or group of mates. Food prices were great value for money and the beers are the cheapest of all the local pubs I noticed which I will be returning for! I paid $9 at all other bars for a beer and I paid $8 here. The toilets were super clean and so were all the tables. I had a great time here and can highly recommend to any tourists or locals new to the area. 🥩🍺

Had just belated wedding ceremony. The Team at Hotel West End (headed by the function manager Kate) handled the event so well. I was really happy with the function space. They food was great as were the price of drinks. They even put together some vegan platters for my party, and those that partook of them said they were fantastically well done. Can't thank the Hotel West End (especially Kate) crew enough for an awesome covid safe evening. Thanks guys, you did an awesome job!

Nice looking place inside and outside, pretty stylish, it was a good looking modern pub. I went on Monday 2 for 1 main meals. I had the Parmagiana & Chicken & Mushroom Carbonara. They were pretty much what I expected them to be. Nice size, standard fatty greasy oily pub grub. Taste was good enough, I pretty much knew what to expect so I wasn't disappointed.

We hosted my daughter's 21st Birthday party at Hotel West End on the weekend. The service from Kate was outstanding. The food quality and quantity was impeccable and the guests and myself were very satisfied. The wait and bar staff were also very attentive and anything we asked was no trouble for them. Love the place! First time we ate at the restaurant and found the staff aren't too friendly. Although, can't find fault on the sfaff members at the Gaming side especially Michelle and Taylor! I commend their hospitality and always make us (myself and friends) feel welcome whenever we visit. :-)

What a wonderful watering hole. My partner and i had a few cold drinks here this afternoon. She loved the chardonnay on tap and they have a variety of beers on tap. I tried a few of them. Whilst Brisbane struggled through the mid afternoon summer heat we sat down to cold beers and chardonnay and listened to the soothing sounds of the vocalist. She was great.

Obsessed with their lunch schnitzel and mushroom sauce. Amazing value and quality! Really friendly staff who invite my dog to come and sit on the deck and serve him water. Staff also don’t mind getting creative and customise cocktails and seem to enjoy making them pretty just for fun, allowing extra garnishes etc at request. Maybe my favourite pub...Second only to the possibility I could find a better one but haven’t yet.

Great bar to catch up for a weekend lunch or drinks after work. Short walk the CBD and right in the heart of the cosmopolitan West End. Relaxed atmosphere and meals are delicious and reasonably priced. Street parking available but limited. Catch the bus and have a few more drinks!!!

Always a great place to go for a pint. Very kind servers who are always happy for a small chat. Clean bathrooms and floors. The bar was clean and organised. Good choice of popular beer and spirits. Although one bartender seemed a little stressed, she handled it well. The security was extremely nice and ensured I was getting home safely. I would highly recommend people to have dinner and a drink here.

Cut a long story short , Waited nearly an hour give or take 15mins for our food , very very genuine appologetic manager tells us our food order never made it to the kitchen and tells us our food is being prepared now , I was happy with the genuine appology but they went above and beyond , refunded our money and gave us free drinks on the house. Winner winner winning because the food was the Best pub food / restaurant food 5***** i have had in years, and not because i was starving and not because it was free but because it was Good . Highly recommend and you would be so lucky if they forgot ur order.

We have become regulars. Spent most of October Fest here as they had (& always do), fantastic food and specials. My partner lived there in October, as he said he had the best venus scnitzell ever. This place has a new look which is fabulous. Prices have doubled but the food quality has improved. Its not a good place to order lunch if you only have an hour spare. Wait times are crazy, they have so many chairs and tables to cater a lot of people but they cant handle 10 customers. I would hate to see this place packed out.
