My mum and I shared this beautiful meat lovers pizza for lunch as we waited for an appointment close by. All the staff were very lovely and the food magnificent. We loved the setting of where we were seated under luscious gardens. If we ever found ourselves in the valley again we would definitely be back!

It's my first time to try at Osbourne with my co-workers, we had a wonderful time, the ambience is cool and fun, like the busy-fun-vibe is always there. We hosted a corporate event at the Osbourne Hotel recently and they couldn't have been more helpful! They went above and beyond, providing menus, decorations, and basically taking care of the whole thing so that my team and I could focus on looking after our guests. The space was light and airy, and everyone commented on how great the food was. Highly recommend!

I hadn't been to the Osbourne since it was The Fringe Bar, but oh my the current fitout is lovely. So sumptious! Staff are super friendly, and knowledgeable about their food and drink options. Food is pretty good, chips were great. The outdoor area is just lovely, with plenty of plants and spritzing fans in warmer weather. If you're a beer lover, make sure you check out the taps outside as there are many more options than the few inside.

Beautiful venue, with so much space and a variety of seating areas. The menu has a great variety of food that is comforting, with a lot of it made in house from scratch. I miss the mac and cheese croquettes with bacon jam, but the new ham and cheese croquettes are still delicious 😋. The dessert platter is essentially everything you want on a plate... Chocolate, rocky road, and cake with peanut butter to round it off lol. Next time I have to try a burger from here, I hear they have a build your own burger day coming soon.

I went there for a lunch. I ordered pesto pasta and it was beautiful. They are very friendly and the service was very quick. They also collected the empty dishes very quick which was fantastic. I will go there later and recommend it to others.

We had a table booked from 5:30, yet they attempted to kick us out at 6:30 by telling us it's time to go as it had another booking. The booth seats are tight and there are no fans or aircon that cover it, so it is hot. I ordered as the menu said 'Philly Cheese Steak' what I received was far from it. It was a burger with a singular piece of sizzle steak with cheese and the regular fillings. A real Philly cheese steak comes on a flat roll and the steak is chopped and spread throughout the mix. The chips were over-seasoned and it was just a poor offering. Although the other people I was with enjoyed their meals, being the only saving grace for this place. Maybe good for a beer due to their tap collection.

The modern, recently opened 'outdoor' (but undercover) area is fantastic for lunch and drinks. The food is tasty, well priced and is served fairly quickly. For example, our group of 8 ordered various different menu items for lunch midweek and were served within 20 minutes, which was great. The staff are friendly too. Definitely coming back!

We had our wedding after party at the Osbourne a few weeks ago and had the best time! We were downstairs in Ann’s Room and it’s gorgeous. Heaps of seating, still get the atmosphere from the rest of the hotel but in your own space. The staff were super lovely and more than happy to crank the music for us when we asked! Went to this cracker of a venue for the first time recently for a work event and was amazed at all aspects. The food was tasty and great. The drinks were great (especially the cocktails!!) Enjoyed a beer, a cocktail and a platter at the Osborne Hotel on a Saturday night. Prices seemed mostly reasonable for the location, seating was plentiful and there was live music. Nice to see a good selection of craft beers on tap, even though I didn't enjoy the one I had all that much. I think I'll come back here for a preamble to a evening meal in the valley again sometime.

Visiting from Melbourne I booked a table for us to watch the World Cup on the huge screen . Unfortunately , when we got to the hotel our booking wasn’t there . However, Jason in management made our night extra special. He went over and above exceptional customer service by bringing in a table for us. Plus buying us a welcome drink . Excellent chicken pie, one of best I had. Wide range of beers - from kraft and small breweries I have never heard of. Live music - a big plus. The only thing that could be improved - the staff should know their menu and what is there in the dish.

This was the second time there with my wife, our date night, both the steaks we ordered weren't what they were the first my wife's steak was supposed to be medium to well done, and mine was supposed to be the same my 600gr was burnt on places and my wife's rare to medium rare and veggies were a little light on, still a very nice place to get away from the craziness out there, keep the the food a consistency level and you will double your walk in trade.

I absolutely love this place, it's a little gem in the valley. I am not a fan of the valley but I will go there for this place. The decor is beautiful, amazing staff, fantastic food. I was really surprised by this hidden little gem of a hotel. It's has a really awesome semi alfresco experience. It's a modern bar where the services was fantastic. We were here for an engagement party but did explore the main bar. Live music was great. The place was busy the whole time we were there but it had this great ambiance and great vibe to it. Big huge TV down in the beer garden was really great for watching the footy but was not intrusive on the experience. Five Stars from me!

Went for a work function, the bar staff were mostly lovely, but the dishes crew were clearly frustrated at the over filling of the venue that had been allowed in our cordoned off section. Was a weird juxtaposition to have dance music on then have the cricket on the big screen. Wasn't bad but would not recommend.

Great customer service. The staff are friendly and honest about selections. Helpful without being pushy. The venue looks amazing but it is purely the staff that keep me coming back. Not sure if this venue hires their own security or if they use an agency, but either way it's to their credit. The guards are friendly and the one eviction I witnessed was handled extremely professionaly given the circumstances. All patrons left with their dignity and a joke on the way out and were welcomed back the next night. Well done crew, Brissy needs more venues taking an example from your business processes.

It's a recently built pub with soaring ceilings and fresh outdoorsy decor supplemented with plants around the walls. Big screen at the pit end with a downstairs bar. Wide range of beer. Food is ok, reasonably pricey but nothing you'd go out of your way for. Friendly staff. Gets busy. I guess you'd go here for the ambience.

This joint is such a great vibe. They have a big screen for you sports lovers, greenery if you're feeling visual or the comfiest couches if you want to have a bit of a read or chat with some friends. It's a large floor space, moderatley prices and the girl that was serving me had ace attitude! I just got a wine to relax and it was delish

Trapped behind an art deco face is a thoroughly modern pub. Lots of spaces for functions and groups, it was pumping on Friday night. The highlights include fast service, a bevy of cocktails, tasty catering and a dazzling wall of beer taps, something for everyone. Lots of screens with sports and CrowdDJ for music, it's an excellent place to while away the evening.

Knew the bartender from somewhere, turns out he tended another bar near the showgrounds that I got blotto at once, and we had a similar conversation there cause he similarly served me to blotto status at another bar previous to THAT encounter. It's like my unconscious is following him from bar to bar. Dude is a legend, he was giving me $5 schooners for like, 3 hours! Granted, it was happy hour, so yeah, happy hour rocks at the Osbourne

Quality of food has definitely dropped since I first visited around 6 months ago. They used to serve an amazingly decadent cheeseburger that was in a cheesy class all of it's own but now they're dishing up a fairly bland standard cheeseburger in it's place with a rediculous price tag of $20 attached. With all the incredible burgers available for less, they'll need to step up their game. The karage chicken was a bit on the chewy side too so maybe there's been a change in the kitchen??? Steaks were pretty damned decent though and Osbourne's does have a fun, friendly environment and is a great place to hangout. Not sure about kicking existing customers out of booths for bookings though...with nowhere else to sit, all 8 of us had no choice but to move on and spend our money elsewhere.

Awesome new space, however the food is way too expensive for the size. $9 for fries, over $30 for 9 oysters and I had the arancini balls - $14 for the smallest balls I have ever seen. Just drop the prices or make the food bigger. Apart from that, service is great, great beer selection and great space!

From out of town (Canada)and it was ‘ekka’. Many places were closed. The osbourne is next to where I was staying so I thought I would try it out. A very pleasant surprise. A order at the bar type of place with pleasant staff and quick service. An unbelievable assortment of on tap beers. Awesome live music to boot. Would have given it 5 stars but it was pricey for pub atmosphere, even for a business traveller. I recommend the the pork waffle whole heartedly.

Amazing renovation of a tired old pub, I visited on Saturday night, great female DJ playing some crowd friendly tunes, very stylish crowd, security guys were top notch, could not have been more helpful directing me to toilets and the smoking area. Why the sportsball being displayed on all the televisions though? Music videos or animations maybe, sportsball doesn't gel with the the after midnight cool tunes.

Went to the Osbourne hotel on a Friday night and was not disappointed. The Osbourne is the old Fringe bar for those that knew of this pub. The bar area is huge and has a smoking area downstairs inside the pub due to its retractable open roof. They also have a kitchen for those that are hungry. It is a bright and well frequented pub in Fortitude Valley.
