We got a Parmy here and it was delicious! The garlic bread was amazing! One of the best parmys I’ve ever had! Tasty and certainly will be back ! Staff were friendly and the food came out really quickly. Their mushroom sauce was bomb too!

What a lovely find - Husband had a beautiful medium rare steak & I had one of the best burgers I've ever had - The Bobtastic Ultimate - service was outstanding - the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is - & I admit I'm being picky but - that my burger didn't come with fries that I had to purchase them - but in the scheme of things - very minor issue. Terrific tavern - drop in - you won't be disappointed

Amazing customer service!! My steak wasn’t cooked the way I wanted, so the waiter/manager offered me a new piece of steak, actually a bigger piece than what I ordered and a complimentary drink as well. The food was great overall and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Highly recommend and will definitely come back :)

We went for a birthday party with 20 people and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. We used our woolies staff discount cards and got 50% off the food. The meals were great sizes and tasty. It was very quiet in the tavern on a Tuesday night so that was a bonus. Will definitely be back.

Went here the week before with my little brother and the waitress recommended the pork ribs rack & sweet potato fries....this is the reason I went back again and this time took mum for lunch knowing I wouldn't be disappointed!! The ribs are amazing, falling off the bone and finally a place that gives a decent serve at a good price!! Mum got the grilled fish & chips & the fish was yummy!!! Well done!! Will definitely visit here again!

Delicious meal, and great value. I ordered the 200g rump medium rare. Its not common too get a 200g steak which is cooked so perfectly, helped by a good choice of cut. It has a charred slightly smoky flavour on the outside with a melt in your mouth texture internally. The mushroom sauce has a strong mushroom flavour, chips and salad were fresh. Well done

Visited the Oxley Tavern today, I can highly recommend the food. I ordered, Bob's Worx burger, all I can say is Wow, the best burger I've eaten in a long time and just how a burger used to be served. Staff were friendly and helpful, I'll definitely be back.

Food came out fast after ordering. Intimate dining area. Reasonable prices and food selection. Ordered the Bobs worx burger and fries and shouldnt have bothered with the fries as i struggled to finish the burger ( in a good way) cooked to perfection. Dont forget to book a table on their webpage thou as it was quite busy for a Sunday. They were most accomadating with the pram etc. Could've used a kids club for the 10yr old but cant win everything. Great pub, good atmosphere and all the sport you need. American diner style food which is great and massive portions, the signature burger was huge but so tasty. Ended up attending multiple times during a 2 week stay nearby. Would definitely recommend for comfort food and sport.

The bar with an identity crisis. Is it a sports bar? Is it an American burger bar? It honestly doesn’t know, but regardless, when I ordered an Uber to come to a place for dinner that advertised “Pub Grub” I was looking forward to a good feed. Pretty much the whole menu is burgers with coleslaw. Where’s the option of veggies, or salad with a meal? Why would you serve coleslaw with absolutely everything? The saving grace that got 3 stars on this review was that the chips were good 👌🏻 and the Parma was “ok”. But what’s with the tasteless diced ham on the Parma? Customer service was on point though, and I thank you for that. Safe to say I won’t be returning, as if I wanted a burger bar, I’d look for a burger bar.

Delicious pub food and friendly staff. Excessive serving also. My only quarm was that I went there as their google pic showed a tasty looking burger with a big pickle on top. I got there at 1130am very hungry and had to wait until 1200 noon for kitchen to open which wouldn't of bothered me had the kitchen times been stipulated on the website. Then after the wait to order I was advised that they no longer do the pickle. I know 1st world problem, but that's was why I went there. Update the website please. Again, great food

We ate here on Sunday evening and we were really impressed. The food was really delicious and the serving sizes huge! Such good value for money. The hostess was so lovely and gave the kids colouring pencils and paper, and they had giant jenga blocks to play with. I would definitely recomend this place for dinner with the family.

The burger taste great and I love their coleslaw. However, they did not wash the lettuce properly and I found a bug in my lettuce. My partner had a salad where the lettuce was not washed because it also had a bug in it. My burger meat was a bit undercooked, still pink. Service is good.

We had my husband's 30th birthday here on the Sunday that just went for approximately 40 people. They were extremely welcoming and accommodating and every single person at the party commented on how great that food was and how well priced the tavern was. Most people at the party said they would return and I will definitely be back with my family. I would highly recommend this place. My husband loved the slow cooked ribs for $17! Nobody can beat that price!! We will be back!!! Thanks to all of your staff for a fantastic night of celebrating.

It's ok. The renovations are ok also. Terrible wait for staff between gambling room and main bar. Always have to chase someone to change money. Staff also are aware of this yet seem to not care much and laugh which is frustrating. Everytime. Very slow service. It's a local to me and I mix venues but always get annoyed at this problem. Love Oxley Tavern for Bob's! We come most Sundays after our sons game for lunch. Prices are amazing and 90% of the time the food is on point. You get the odd occasions when something isn't right but hey, we are all human! When you have a single income family of 4 with a partner and son who really can eat, this is the place to go for value. Awesome service too!

Okay let's start with stellar customer service!!! They were eager to help in any and every way and were amazingly child friendly. This place makes a mean dagwood dog. My fish came with an awesome fresh salad. Just a short stroll from aveo it is the perfect place to pop for lunch and a cold brew after a visit to Nana. And conveniently located around the shops you'd need to pick up a few essentials afterwards before heading home. Also..... They have a jukebox to go with their old school burger joint theme restaurant atmosphere. And of course there are some pokies for those inclined to try their luck

Meals reasonably priced for what they are pokie area is very clean pity the eating area needs some work not much new carpet new paint....suggest grippy tiles easier to clean etc. When i find the eating area improved will give higher rating. Id avoid the area late at night particularly if your a woman by herself. Not alot the pub can do about that though it more of the area its in safe as during the day.

This review is for the Bob's Burgerswhich is one of the best burger diners I've been to in a while. Great variety of different types of burgers, along with other fried chicken and pasta like meals. And delicious pountine. If you have always wanted to try Canadian pountine, sunbelt try this here. Tastes just like the chips, cheese and gravy that they make in Canada. And though i haven't really gambled here or drank much alcohol, as a tavern, it looks pretty neighbourly and local friendly. And the staff definitely go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and at home.
