E. P.Lovely staff and good solid pub. Fair range of quality beers at decent prices. Stayed upstairs, room stank of cigarettes, bathroom didn't have toilet paper. Otherwise nice amenities and lovely building. I'll probably stay again and hopefully give a better rating 🙌

N.I liked it. I loved how there were like 3 different bars, and a resturaunt right there. There's an atm in the lobby and several smoko areas. The gaming lounge is a decent size aswel. I guess the place could use some upgrading especially with live entertainment but overall good place to relax and wind down for a drink. Needs a pool table area please.
M. D.I will start by setting the food was good but what place serving steaks doesn't have peppercorn sauce on the menu? The kids meals were more like toddler meals. If you go there make sure you get your wine from the bottle shop, keep the receipt and pay corkage....or get stung 27 dollars for a 500 ml carafe.

My have been the night security threw a couple of people out at least they are doing a good job.

Recently we decided to have lunch here with all the family and the food was fine all though we were let down when we were pushed to to have all the kids meals, entres and main meals arrive at once which was not ideal. As you can imagine.
Otherwise the place is great and we always have a blast.

This blush-coloured gin is a delightful drop. It’s made from natural red fruits, including raspberries, strawberries and blackcurrants, along with the usual dry gin botanicals.
I recommend enjoying this sweet, slightly tart gin neat, tonic or made into a pink spritz with a dash of prosecco, lemonade fresh strawberries and blueberries 🫐
Easy parking, fabulously friendly service and extensive range in all categories to suit everyone 👍🏼
Hours are also very convenient being open from 9am - 9pm Sunday to Wednesday and 9am - 10pm Thursday to Saturday.
W. H.This is a very cool place to be on a Sunday afternoon, Live entertainment, very friendly staff, and a great restaurant. The view down the to the marina is spectacular with surrounding Marketplace, it's a great place to spend a few hours before having a nice cold brew and listening to the Band. You're welcome.

D. B.Fantastic old rustic pub with accommodation. The rooms are great, I had one with a Juliet balcony with a glimpse of the sea. The room had its own en suite, which had a lovely shower (plenty of room), basin and toilet. It had tea and coffee facilities and a small bar fridge. Had a great king size bed and plenty of storage cupboards for your belongings. I stayed there for 5 nights and was very comfortable. The only thing missing was a lift as you have to climb up and down a very steep curling staircase, which I found quite difficult with my suitcase. There is a lovely sitting area overlooking the lovely little cafes and restaurants. I frequented the restaurant on-site and the food was absolutely delicious with generous meals, which were well priced. I highly recommend this hotel to stay, eat and drink!!
b. b.Nice place. Big areas, food was good. Unfortunately they had the football on when I was there on all if the big screen tv's. It was loud, and I don't like football, but when it finished there was a live singer who was really good.
T. B.Friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Meals are fantastic and well priced. Dining area is very casual and not typically fancy but the restaurant is next door to public bar and pokie room . Kids are welcome.

A. K.We have been eating at Sails Bistro regularly for the last 4 years. Great atmosphere and comfort, friendly staff and a great range of yummy fresh food. Plus daily deals. We especially enjoy the $5 brekkies only on Sat and Sun for Manly card holders.
L.Cooking till 9pm. We have had the best steak in a long time from the manly. Usually an above average feed but tonight the meal was one of the best in a long time

A. B.The Manly Hotel is a fantastic little pub. I try to come most Thursday nights as they have a free open mic night for stand-up comedians. Friday and Saturdays, they seem to have live music a lot. The pub meals here are good and have a wide range of drinks.

T. E.Food was pretty average, of the 5 or 6 dishes we ordered, half of them were overcooked. My "salad" consisted of some limp lettuce, half an olive, and 2 halves of a cherry tomato. Location seems to attract less than desirable people, while we were leaving, we were treated to a rousing argument between two crack heads who were apparently staying at the hotel at the time.

D. E.I have grown up with the Manly Hotel, and I have always enjoyed my meals and the service. I went there the other night and ordered the macadamia barramundi. First bite, I unfortunately encountered a bone. Luckily, the rest of the fish had no bones (although I was a little on edge), and the flavour was great. The waitresses are polite, although I feel they are a little too casual for the restaurant atmosphere the Manly is trying promote.

A. H.Always good food at the Manly Hotel. The herbed butter macadamia Barramundi is my favourite and I am never disappointed when I order it. Sometimes the food can take a little while to arrive but it is worth the wait. Portion sizes are good and the customer service is friendly.

P. R.An absolutely beautiful old building set in the heart of manly village. A great range of beers on tap and some really amazing live music but who on earth is that god awful barmaid. The one with the blonde hair pulled up in a bun. She is the most vile and sour person I’ve ever seen working behind a bar. She is rude when she serves and glares as you as if you have no right to be in the pub. She totally ruined my experience there and really needs to learn some manners. Hospitality? She must be the most inhospitable barmaid in Queensland.
