I tried the IPA 6.8% and the XPA, all schooners $8, takeaway cans $9. The IPA was excellent, unfortunately this place is only open once a week on Friday after 4:30pm.

When compared to the more southern Australian independent brewers it would be difficult to compare, but it is great to see a brewer in Darwin taking on an experimental beer culture in the NT. I found my beers less carbonated then expected but understand climate would prove difficult in the circumstances. Flavours were really nice though. Is worth a visit for the craft beer supporters travelling the north.

Interesting place to visit to try different craft beers. My favourite was the ginger beer. Unfortunately the other beers didn't tantalise my taste buds as I found most of them to bitter for my liking. Great Filipino food van for a good feed located next to the outside eating area

Well run organization with management ensuring smokers did their thing outside the fence and i noticed drinkers were warned not to take their beers outside the fence as well. I noticed a few smokers tried to enter the no smoking area and were warned not to enter with their smoke in hand..so good to witness, management actually caring for the patrons health and wellbeing in that regard. The service and atmosphere? Great vibe, and good to see patrons enjoying the experience...the bar staff? Excellent service from all behind the bar, and I observed the bar staff urging the patrons to step forward for bar service when the situation called for it. Never had experienced that before...very switched on bar staff. The beers were very tasty, and served at the right temperature. I liked the idea of having a food van on the premises...very tasty food rounded off a great experience..old man enjoyed the night.

Love this place!! Can't believe I haven't visited before. Effortlessly cool, great vibe and the beers are delish. Go for the beer paddle tasting, its a fabulous way to try whats on offer. Will definitely be back next week.

Great selection of excellent beers, and a lovely atmosphere. Only negative was the food 'truck' running out of food by 7:30pm on our second visit - not Beaver's fault though.

THE best brewery in Darwin! If you’re looking for the tastiest beer on tap, look no further. The smoked meats were second to none. The only reason why I didn’t take a photo is because they were demolished too quickly. It’s a pity they only open every second Friday at the moment...

A gem of Darwin. Get here early every second Friday to ensure a good seat. Excellent staff, fantastic ambience - is there a better way to kick off a weekend? Food truck is a great addition and ensures you don't get too sloppy when a knock-off drink turns into 5. The pilsner is my fave.

Wasn't expecting to find a place like this in Darwin! But here it is. Great spot Friday night's and turning out some great beers and good looking line up of food trucks. If you like/have been to the Moon Dog set up in Abbotsford, Melbourne this is very similar, only much better weather for beer drinking! I think only open Friday night's so get there then.
