Good location, nice food but priced as fine dining. Didn't make us want to return though. That's the reason for 3 stars. Kids' burger was delicious (I had a bite of my son's). Cocktail report- all around $20. Whisky Sour was very disappointing and Pomegranate Fizz.was nice. Didn't taste much alcohol in them.... I had Seafood Gumbo which I never had before. But it tasted like "Seafood Marinara" which was also on their menu.....

Me and my friends had a great experience at Sapphire CBD. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. The food is amazing. We all order a couple of seafood buckets and ribs and wings to share with a side of chips and corn bread and food was so delicious! The flavours on the ribs and seafood was something different, but definitely worth trying. Compliments to the chefs for a job well done. Also the cocktails were so good. We will definitely be coming again soon, but be sure to book though as they tend to get really busy.

I visited Darwin in 2018 and 2021. Found this great restaurant in 2018 and knew I had to revisit it in 2021, it was so good. Their meals are excellent and I went there a few times during my holiday. The chef pays so much attention to the details of the meals. Everything is perfect and the highest quality of produce is used. Very reasonably priced too. Great service as well. Now I need another holiday in the NT so I can return to Sapphire Bar and Grill again. After eating so much barramundi and calamari in Darwin that week, I decided I needed plenty of vegetables. Look at this beautiful salad.

I've been to Sapphire twice now. The first time was pretty good, had the brownie and it was insanely indulgent, but with a bit of a wait time. The secondary time I ordered a chai latte and the nachos. Both were at best okay. Was very mediocre in warmth, and again a long wait time. Nice location, and the first time was quite nice but I probably wouldn't be in a hurry to come back unfortunately.

We are always greeted with lovely smiles at this restaurant. The owners are so hands-on, working tirelessly to deliver 5-star service to their customers. Their seafood tray is definitely a favourite and a must-try! The prawns are huge and very tasty. The sauce that they drizzle on the seafood is so tasty, you can't get enough of it. Our family went to Darwin for a family vacation and came across this restaurant and bar Sapphire Bar & Grill and can I tell you, we ate there 4 days out of our 7 day holiday. The staff are so welcoming and the cocktails were AMAZING! Their delicious brunch menu was to die for! They definitely have the most amazing burger in Town, the Mc Attack. Not to mention all of the other dishes ribs, smoked cod, salmon and steak were all really delicious. Beatiful flavours and cooked with love. I will highly recommend Sapphire Bar & Grill CBD. Make sure if you’re in Darwin it’s a must go to restaurant. We can’t wait to visit again. THANK YOU Sapphire Bar & Grill for the vibes and delish food.

Definitely a must try if your ever in Darwin. The service is top notch and the staff are super friendly. They all make you feel welcomed and are so accommodating. Food is really delicious. We only wished they had a similar restaurant in Adelaide where everything is kept at a high standard, from the moment you walk in. We would definitely be regulars! Also the beers were nice and cold. Amazing food and service! They have an amazing setup out in the CBD. They bring something new and fresh to Darwin with their awesome menu. We have had a farewell, 21st and a few casual dining experiences out there because the food and service is consistently great. Happy Staff that make you feel welcome and platter options for the whole family to enjoy! The chicken wings, chicken waffles and desserts were my favourite! I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while so I was a little disappointed by the experience. Firstly it was a Saturday night around 7.30pm and the place was very quiet only 3 tables seated including our group of four. My partner tried to order a 200g steak which she was told they unfortunately didn't have but they did have a 300g Scotch steak. The waiter seemed very inexperienced as he didn't ask what sauce or how well cooked she would like her steak I had to ask for him. Secondly our friends ordered stuffed Eggplants for mains, after a few minutes the waiter came back and said they didn't have any Eggplant Entree and ask would they like to order something else. Our friends said they ordered the Eggplant main and asked if he could go check and see if they have any. The waiter then left after about 10 minutes we saw he was walking around the restaurant floor but hadn't informed our friends on the Eggpant situation. Our friends had to call over to him and ask if it was available to which he replied yes it will be out soon. These Two service issues had upset our friend and he was thinking that he wouldn't be coming back again. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time which is good as the restaurant was essentially dead quiet. The food was tasty and portion size was good although I felt my partners steak could have done with abit more vegetables. Half a potato one cherry tomato and 4 green beans all hidden under the 300g steak this left the plate looking sparse and could have used abit more colour on the plate just a simple garnish would suffice.

I have celebrated my post birthday celebration with friends in this restaurant their Seafood Platter was amazing, the portioning is for 4 person not 3person and mind you the food is superb. If you like big serves of tasty food, that almost always includes cheese, this is the place to go. The drinks selection is very good, with some very interesting cocktails on offer, the food is well prepared and the servings are deceptively filling. Everyone I was there with loved their food. I have no hesitation about going back, next time I'll take a bigger appetite with me.

It was love at first bite! Amazing selection of dishes to choose from, only problem is there is not enough space in my stomach to try them in one sitting. Hence why I am a repeat customer. Friendly staff. Food is pretty good, but the burgers are massive. I am not a body building gym guy, I don't need to eat a 1kg burger in one sitting. Perhaps sapphire could explore making normal sized burgers in addition to the double patty ones? They are also impossible to eat as the meat and fillings just slide right out. They are really tasty, but just excessive.

One of our favourite restaurants in Darwin! It’s always a great experience, the ambiance is very chill, welcoming and charming. The experienced staff demonstrate outstanding customer service and make fantastic recommendations! The food is phenomenal, with a wide variety of choices on their menus to satisfy all taste buds. My all time go to is the ‘MAC ATTACK’ an absolutely sensational chicken, Mac and cheese burger that hits the spot every time. Best chicken burger in Darwin hands down!
