This was a great experience. A great building, blending the new with the old (150 years). Great beer and a 'comfort food' lunch menu, most enjoyable. The service was personal and professional. A great vibe all round!

Lovely homely brewery with simple but tasty menu. Had the classic beef burger with bacon, lovely relish and fresh hot chips. The range of beers was well explained for the casual visitor and the lounge area was a nice touch!

Great food, Great Beer and Value for money. The facilities are also very well laid out for Somone with a disability. The staff are courteous and helpful, and have a strong degree of product knowledge. they are invested in every step of the brewing process to consumption.

Lovely spot for lunch and beer tasting, staff were so friendly and lovely to talk to. Really friendly, inviting atmosphere in the dining area while still being scrupulously clean and very covid safe. Comfort food was great and beer tasting was lots of fun!

Oh so now I understand what it's all about. My boys took me to Miners Gold Brewery, usually reserved for hubby's boys treat, for Mother's Day lunch. Wow! I'm not normally a beer drinker, and you don't have to be I must add. The excellent staff at the bar helped me find one or two to suit my palette. I chose Brandy Creek and Fog on the Tamar. With great staff, good food and excellent beer I had a fantastic lunch with my family, including the grand-kids, in their beautiful setting at Beaconsfield. Thank you. Oh, yes I didn't forget hubby, we took him a couple of flagons (?) of his favourite beer, Fog on the Tamar, too. Hehe

Loving the Happy Place beer. It’s a nice setting too in Beaconsfield - good to stop in.

GREAT BEER! fantastic options and brews, I'm particularly fond of the "fog on the Tamar". I have stayed for one meal, we only had snack style food which was all quite good. I would say this is all let down by the general feel of the service. We were 'scolded' for not booking, our plates were 'hunted' even thought we were hardly finished. I also wasnt very kid friendly. In summary, a great brewery, good venue OK food, but let down by service and price is a bit steep. I'm sure it can all be ironed out over time

The vegan chips were fantastic, even though they had unfortunately run out of the veggie medley that is normally served with it. The chicken burger was a nicely balanced burger that went well with the Motherload fries which had a lovely garlic chilli siracha sauce. However I would probably steer away from the sweet potato fries as they aren't as nice as I'd hope with such nice normal potato fries

Walk in through the craft brewery to a comfortable bar and dining area. Dining and deck from an original homestead, great meal, great local wine and a great range of their own beers on tap. The mid strength Dark Choc was very nice. Take home packs, I chose the popular choice, Fog on the Tamar

How to be pleasantly surprised, what a great place! With relatively easy access, Superb Disabled toilets, great food to compliment the equally great and tasty range of craft beers what a pleasant addition to the ever growing venues the West Tamar is offering. Perhaps the only suggestion we can offer is to allow disabled parking on the level ground next to the paved path in... The premises doesn't offer coffee of sweets as a table opposite commented on, but nor it should, it's a Craft Brewery, not a Cafe or Restaurant! The meals that are served most definitely compliment their Beer range so why destroy that with Sweets and/or Coffee!?

Food and beer were ok and reasonably priced. Service was a bit odd. Asked to leave a credit card (?), staff seemed annoyed that we didn't book and took our plates before we had finished our food. Decor and atmosphere good and was cool to see the brewery.

Great atmosphere and fantastic service. The burger and steak sandwich are outstanding. They make a crispy and delicious shoestring fries. The beer is exceptional with 8 taps to choose from. It’s hard to say what was the best. Highly recommended.

Tasting paddle of 8 x 100 mL some light, some heavy ~3 x half pints in alcohol if your driving. Pub style meals but no coffee so try lìtle gem or IGA for caffeine!

Very nice beers with the option of buying tasting flights or pots. The food is also great and well priced. I was offered a free drink because an option from the specials board was not available. After a very reasonable wait we were again offered a drink for our short wait. Service like this is very hard to find and I would make the trip to Beaconsfield just to eat and drink here again.

Well, this is an absolutely up and coming place. The owners have invested their heart and soul to totally modernising this place whole maintained the rustic charm of the buildings history. The distillery is fantastically laid out so on entry, you pass through the heart of the distillery. The beer choice is fantastic, and for the non-beer drinker I actually found a beer I liked. The food here is easy and compliments a relaxing afternoon. Caters for two-prople through to mixed-large groups. Lots of car parking space. Really clean. Well done. So glad our local friend took us here. We also were provided a tour of how the distillery is operation. A passion that is so evident in the beer that is produced. Well done.

Great new brewery with solid plant based and vegan meals. Not all meals are vegan, meat eaters will get their kick too but so nice to have beer and plant based under one roof 👌. Vegan burger has to be one of the best I've ever had, and you have to try the loaded fries. Highly recommend stopping in.

Has a limited menu but all the choices are so good. I suggest getting a board of their beers for the table so you can try them all. Book ahead if you can on weekends as it can fill up quick.
