Ignore the people trying to explain that there aren't enough beers on tap. As a coeliac they have 8+ gluten free beers in the fridge + rotating taps for all my friends. It's an excellent bar with amazing service, great options for beer and cocktails, and a great vibe. Shout out to Laz for going above and beyond for myself and my group, he's an absolute gun and you'd be lucky to have him pour you a beer!

A little tucked away treasure in Driver Lane - it is bars like this that make Melbourne’s laneways so iconic! It is probably one of the best craft beer selection from all around the world you will find in the whole of Melbourne CBD - I’ve been looking for 5 days and this has been the best so far! Love the decor and quirky touches but the music is a little dated but it does all add to the ambience of the vintage and intimate feel. Decent selection of snack food to choose from at affordable prices. A great spot for a quick drink by yourself or for a solid session with mates. A big shoutout to Kyle for his vast knowledge of his beers and being an all round top bloke! Will be back again the next time I am in town.

Cozy space to grab a craft beer, recommend for small groups to meet up. There is seating for solo travelers stopping by, but limited. Lots of craft beer along the wall, limited draft selection. The staff that night wasn't very helpful or engaging with telling you about their selection. Might be a better place for locals who seem to know how the place works. A list of their selection and a quick intro would have made the experience better, so try a less busy time if you want a little more engagement. Also, was hoping the place would showcase local beer more (feature it in the menu), especially since the location could attract a lot of tourist.

I went here S it was the nearest craft beer offering. Unfortunately it was a bit limited in the selection of Tap beer, there was a good selection of bottles. I sat down in the non smoking table only to have 2 people in the table next door leaning over the glass barrier puffing away. The IPA was outstanding :-)

This was a surprise find that we did not regret. You don't expect to find an excellent bar with great drink choices right of Bourke St Mall but that's exactly what we did. Perfectly acceptable spot for a quiet beer, mid-day on the weekend. I expect that night times (especially Friday) could be a bit more of a mosh. It's lounge seating with plenty of standing room, so don't be surprised to share with strangers. Lots of potential, and could see it gaining a star with a more extensive range of beers on tap. Would be a brilliant location for waiting out the 57 tram.

Never imagined a pub could exist at the ground level of Emporium and this is a cute little spot to steal some time off while shopping to gulp a beer or two. The craft beer range is limited and I would like to clarify the beer taste is unique to an individual, so some may like all (IPA, Pale Ale, Pilsner, Lager(?)) of what this place offers and some may like one or few or none! Returned here a few times on our recent short stay in Melbourne. Cosy layout with a lot of sofas and spaces to choose from. Good beer selections with a range of craft on tap. Hidden away in this lane is great as it is a quiet spot, just beware the smokers that congregate just outside that seems to permeate throughout.

Wait staff on Saturday Night let the venue down. The female bartender was rude and made every order we made feel like an inconvenience to her. We asked what was the dips and she replied "I don't know, cucumber maybe?" Everything we ordered made us feel terrible for being such a burden on her. Who know maybe she was having a bad day.
