I just can't believe how good this place is... From the outlandish and funky atmosphere, to the ridiculously good food. The staff are amazing and it bloody just feels like home. There's no pressure, no attitude and even though it was our first time, you're made to feel like a regular. The fish and chips were PERFECT and the Surf & Turf was AMAZING! Will definitely be back. What a place...

Fantastic! Had early drinks and dinner with our dogs and nothing was too much trouble, sat out in back courtyard with great local vibes. Happy hour was still going on arrival so was great to sit and chill with the four legged couch potatoes the food was fabulous definitely recommend the lamb ciabatta and pork ribs. Wasn't our first visit and definitely not our last! Keep up the great work guys!

The best mussels and gumbo I’ve had in Australia! Our group had mussels in tomato sauce, gumbo, chicken burger and salad - all super tasty and the mussels were amazingly fresh. Book ahead as it was booked out when we arrived. Hip retro decor and atmosphere, with live music on some nights, unfortunately not when we were there (Thu). We will be back.

The heart and soul of Portarlington. No matter how much they spend on the 'other pub' they will never capture the friendliness, vibe and great times to be had at Saints. Saints is a one of a kind treasure that has captured lightening in a bottle. Long may it be the best night out in Portarlington.

Love the atmosphere of this place, cosy and cutely decorated, as well as a lovely port view as it's on the main street of Portarlington. Also a good set up for gigs with an actual stage, good lighting and sound. I had the garden pita pizza which was lovely. A few nice vegan options too.

I love this place... it’s atmosphere and cosy feel is unique and SO wonderful! The service is lovely - casual and friendly. The food is just delicious. Everything I’ve tried from pizza’s to burgers and fish’n’chips has been well presented and perfectly cooked. Again, it’s the atmosphere that sets this place apart. The beer garden and especially the open, outdoor fireplace is such a hook! If I had any (constructive) criticism, it would be merely that I’d like to see some more of the local craft beer scene available. It won’t deter me from visiting again and again - keep up the awesome work guys!

We booked a group of 20 people 2 months ahead. On arrival we were given a table for 12 people, despite a personal visit 2 days prior confirming our numbers & being shown the 2 tables we would be seated at. When questioned the managers response was to complain the venue was too small for group bookings. She rudely waved her arm dismissively & said half of us could sit in another room. A very disappointing attitude. Despite this when the food finally arrived (almost 2hr after our arrival) it was delicious and the band was excellent. We had a lovely night despite the attitude of the manager. This was the 2nd time I have experienced rude behaviour from this individual, if I was the owner of a venue I would be very concerned having my business managed by someone with such lack of care for customers.

This is one of the best places in Port. One of the best chefs around and great friendly service ! Amazing food. Delicious everytime. Never disappoints. My partner can never get past the fish tacos. Everything I have had has been divine. Great music venue! Amazing view.

2/1/21 Venue was reasonably good on the night tables could do with some spray and wipe and a cloth. All meals came out together but took well over a hour very slow considering venue was half full. Live music and atmosphere 10 out of 10

Absolutely brilliant food last night. Had the gumbo, fantastic flavour, cooked to perfection. Friends had ribs, they were fall off the bone. Muscles were amazing, thanks for a cracker of a night.

Lunched there yesterday. Table for six. 12.50 lunch menu had many options. Service is good. Wine is quality , even for house wine. Wine serves seem small. Food serves are not generous, I expect because of pricing. Qualitty of food is good. Atmosphere is nice ; busy and a bit noisy inside so we dined out back and luckily the weather was kind. I would go again for the fish and chips. Not many options for gluten free.

Been here heaps of times with various groups of friends, who all have various tastes. Each and every one of us loves this place from the food, to the outdoor setting and the friendly staff. They make a great cocktail, great place to spend with friends and have a few laughs. One of the top places in the area.

Great little outdoor area, fabulous staff esp the barkeep with the turquoise coloured hair! She was fabulous ❤ and you're in for a giggle if you read the graffiti on the back of the loo door! You may also want to run away with a pot of the pineapple chilli jam

This bar is brilliant. Has adopted its own personality and look, great decor and really good to have live music every weekend, keeps the staff enlightened as well as the customers. The food I mean my god what can I say, it's brilliant! All in all I love this place its beaut well done guys :)

The place is an unassuming little rock bar, with nice staff. Why it gets 5 stars you ask? Because after several years in Britain and Australia, I finally got a good fish and chips. Juicy Gummi shark, light crispy batter, proper side salad and none of that over-battered, greasy-dripping mess that you normally have to put up with. Partner had the mussels which were also great. Recommended.

What luck that we found this place! We were hoping to eat at the local pub but it was not serving meals. We headed up the street to find this eclectic little restaurant / bar / music venue. The food was great proportions and damn tasty. The price was on point and the staff very welcoming. We will be back here asap to enjoy the goodness.

A good little venue, very tight for space. The staff seemed very flustered and under stress, we ordered the seafood taster which was surprisingly good and good value. The only downside to the food was, that you cannot get a side of chips at all if they are not with your meal as there is only 1 small fryer in the kichen. One more downside is there are no craft beers at all, just the boring carlton varieties or a corona. The wines are local only and average at best, we had shiraz and cab merlot, if they only want local drinks atleast have something decent from wines, beers and ciders. If they fixed the drinks menu we would have hung around allot longer. The artist performing was good, the volume and mix was also good.
