Went here to see my friends band play. Rock on Moonshifter!! It was a Sunday, so pretty quiet but decent for a Sunday. The staff was nice enough. I'm sure it's a busy place Fri Sat night's. I would go back. Drinks are a bit pricey for the type of pub it is.

Came here for a quick drink, ordered the sangria and was disappointed to receive what tastes like mostly red wine and one orange slice. Not enough fruit and other standard sangria liqueurs in this. Looks like a cool joint to hang out at, but won't be back for the sangria at least.

Awesome, beer garden and staff and heavy toilet doors. Everything is sweet, and don't trust any1 that doesn't give at least 4 stars... the place is cool af. Just go, and review it well... coz it's COOL

Easy to get to and still a cool place after all these years. Beer garden is nice with plenty of tables, door and bar staff are friendly. Lots of great bands on most nights. Open late until 1am. Only down side is the cash only bar in the band room, but there is an ATM inside.

A dark and dirty pub that has become a Melbourne live music institution. With a great selection of beers on tap, and a fantastic wine selection thanks to the attached bottle shop, this place will easily handle all of your needs. Also, they let you bring food from other venues, which is definitely a bonus when you grab a snack from Lord of the Fries and want to munch down.

$5 espresso martini shots. Need I really say more? Great vibes, got a table pretty easily. Lots of cool, young people. Lots of drunk, old people (see self portrait attached). Would recommend the inside for people watching and fun with friends. Outside is good for an open air hot box and bantz with randoms. 👌🏼

Cash only bar, closest place to withdraw was across the road at the convenience stores "mobile ATM" so it took a while to get through the line. Great directions from staff, except the NAB no longer exists. Beers weren't that cheap and a few of the bar staff clearly didn't want to be there .The ones that did, showed it. Thank you to them.

Music - 5 stars, excellent ticket booking and admisdion experience, super-friendly staff and great sound. Security was on top of a small disturbance really quickly! Unfortunately, the smell in the band room made it really hard to enjoy the show - gotta stop selling drinks to drunk peoole a bit prior to them not being able to hold it 😅

Saw a gig last night and was very impressed by the audio system and acoustics of the room. The space is well decorated with a lot of raw wood and stone which made for a great atmosphere for drinks and socialising. Plenty of drink specials throughout the week and $8 pints of the Evelyn Draught were a smash hit.

This is an amazing place on the brunswick-kerr street corner. We were there on a Tuesday night. You get cheap drinks and some really cool bands play here every night. We had a brilliant time. This place does not have food, but let's you bring take away food from elsewhere.

The bohemian heart of Fitzroy. You can catch a live band here every single day of the week. Staff are super friendly as is the owner who is happy to engage with all (she is a true dog lover too). This place will allow you to purchase a bottle of wine at the bottle shop and drink it on the premises, they will even provide an ice bucket for your convenience, very civilised. Great place to meet and chat. Not for those who dont enjoy passive smoking. No food.

Every weekend, magic happens at The Evelyn Hotel. Artists and flea market stall holders flock to hold a space at Love, Evelyn Weekend Markets. Here, you will find more contemporary creations and artisan cakes made by locals. Jive to the hippy background music. It isn't a huge area, but packs quite a bit of punch if you looked closer.
