My wife and I had a seniors meal. Would have been only 15 tables occupied including outdoor. Meals were sumptuous and I feel excellent value for money. Drinks reasonably priced also. Would recommend

To be honest I've always found the exterior uninviting so it's take so long to give them a go, but that's where it ends. Every single member of staff are amazing - attentive, polite, respectful and welcoming... Then add to this good standard pub food, a small play area for kids + unexpected kids-eat-free and ballooning entertainment from Brendan (well went on a Wednesday)... Well! We'll be back regularly. (And the layout allows space and distance for people who may prefer a kid-free area.)

If you have children this place is great value for dinner as several nights kids eat for free. There is a children’s playground and a large outside dining area. Also has a TAB and sports bar plus a large drive through bottle shop. Food is quite good with a nice selection to choose from. A good bistro to visit if you live in the Point Cook area.

It is so great to be back here after almost a year due to the restrictions. The staff were as friendly as they have always been, the food amazing!!! The only thing that was lacking was the table service, it is a shame that the hotel’s management has decided to stop table service. In my opinion table service is part of the charm of going out to dinner I’m your local hotel. I hope you bring table service back, I have to add that this stopped me from spending as I did not want to line up to get more drinks. I hope management reconsiders this so that we keep coming back to this great location.

A fantastic venue, this is definitely one of the local places I would recommend you to pop in to when you're next passing thru Point. So many good points to mention: • opening hours from 7am thru to 3am makes it such an easy to access venue • a large carpark which is never totally filled up, & laid out in such a way you will never have to walk far to get to the entrance • a bistro with a large dining area, that serves up a drool worthy menu that is very reasonably priced • a pokies area of a more intimate feel with around 50 or so machines (just my estimate, not actual numbers) that on nights when it is busier still always has a easy going feel to it • a TAB that on weekends has its own menu smaller than the menu of the bistro, so you can keep punting whilst still getting a feed. • a drive thru bottle shop(but please always remember don't drink & drive!) • security & bar staff who always are friendly & happy, you're guaranteed to be greeted with a smile, or even a good joke if the right people happen to be on shift at the time If this doesn't convince you that this is worth putting on your list of places to visit then i don't know what will. Need I say more or have I convinced you enough that you have already begun to get ready to head on over? Seriously, do yourself a favour & visit!! ** This is not a paid comment I swear. I know it sounds like it could be, but it isn't. Everything I have said is the truth, & just my honest opinion - & maybe I'm also in a good mood as I walked out from there a few hours ago with more than I walked in with too!

We went in for the first time to check out how good this place is given it’s so close to home. We ordered the following: ▪️Pork Belly - This was delicious everything on the plate went well together, definitely a must buy again 10/10. ▪️Ribeye Steak - my husband loved it, cooked exactly to his liking, he said it was one of the best steak he’s had, 10/10. ▪️Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken with arancini - Chicken and arancini was delicious but the green pea purée was definitely disgusting ruined this dish, 8/10. ▪️Service - great service greeted straight away and taken to our table, didn’t wait long for our food. ▪️Price wise average but portion is worth what you paid for.

Always great for a casual meal or drink. Dinner or lunch. Even just an afternoon cuppa or cheeky wine with a mate. The staff have always been super lovely and accommodating. It can get super busy sometimes, however when it's not so busy, it's just perfect and calm. Which is great for myself, but of course it just depends on what you like. There's a small playground if you have kids, and they seat you at the opposite end of the bistro if you don't have rugrats.

Excellent service. Prices are really fair. We went on a Tuesday night and the kids ate free. Parmas were stock standard. Made well but expected a little bit more in terms of flavour and creativity. The lamb according to friends is really good. Free entertainment for kids is a great idea to keep the adults sane while dinner is being prepared. A great place for friends to meet.

I highly recommend this place if you have children. The meals are generous and lots of variety. If you go on Tuesday or Wednesday nights, they often have someone doing face painting or balloon animals. Plus, they have a cute little playground area with equipment (indoors).

Recently visited on Mothers day thought the food quality had taken a steep dive south to what i have been used to in the past straight from fridge to table is terrible. Modern hotel complex with a lovely bistro. An extensive menu and daily specials. Friendly attentive staff who appear to enjoy their work. The menu also offers a special two course menu with a choice of courses at a reduced price. All in all the bistro is competitively priced.

Booked my mums 70th birthday in upstairs function room and had room at the back near the lift and outdoor area. It was perfect for our group. Josh who was managing on the night was awesome, he was attentive, non intrusive, listenned and asked appropriate questions. He served the kids their yummy sausage rolls first before the adults as id asked him to earlier. The kids were well looked after and he catered to our vegans, vegos, celiacs and all. Only complaint would be the microphone didnt work and he tried to get it going but it wasnt a big issue. The food servings were larger than expected, we added to the standard 6 cocktail servings to 8 servings, with 2 of the mushroom arancinis and as much as the arancinis and sausage rolls were a hit, we had too much food, 6 wpuld have been sufficient. Outdoor area was handy and recommended as still felt the smokers werent far away and part of it. Recommend the upstairs function room, Josh and the food. Mum enjoyed last night.
