Such a nice place around Warburton. Staff were fantastic and so helpful. We lost our gold ring ( don’t know how) and couldn’t find it. However, staff were so friendly and helpful to search around. Food was huge but quality (taste) not as good as other good points. Chicken Parma was dry and pork rib was not really grilled. Thanks 🙏

This old school pub has a great community feel. We came down for the weekend from Queensland and where other pubs couldn't fit us in , this one went above 🤌 and was able to give us a place to eat for the evening. OmG, the parmis are amazing 👏 😍 we went back a second night too as the food was outstanding, aswell as the service 🥰 I can tell the owner is a passionate person running this establishment 💓

Unfortunately we have had bad experiences coming here, before we even step foot in the place Manager comes up to tell us what they have run out of, like the simple things potatoes, steak etc, there is always an excuse. We find when we finally do get our food after an hour or more wait it is ok some dishes lack flavour. Even the bar runs out of spirts etc. We keep going back to support the local business but unfortunately we will be looking for somewhere else to go.

After our first day trip out in the country side after lockdown we were all hungry before our drive home. Just by chance we pulled into here to find the carpark pretty full. Were seated and told dinner was about a 35 minute wait as they were pretty full. It was well worth the wait. Food was generous and tasty. Service was informative, friendly and helpful. Hotel looked like it has been very recently renovated, was clean and fresh. Great venue, food and service!

Quite place and nice food. We went to the Blue Lotus Water Garden, and it is on our way back. Plenty of car parking, friendly people, we were enjoyed there.

My local pub. Andrew is a bloody great publican and his staff are exceptionaly polite, helpful and friendly. Get down there and get ya chops round one of their many awesome chicken parmas n some icy cold tap beer. If you don't have time to sit down in the bistro, the snakery provides a pretty big choice of the pubs menue as well as ice creams, and all your other sweat tooth desires. Head down to the Warburton Hotel aka The West.

We enjoyed the hotel we went there ostensibly for a party and it was well catered for quite different to how it it had been in the past. The meals all arrived really quickly and they are all quite good quality for a hotel I didn't hear anyone on the table complain about the quality of the food and everyone said how much it was better than how the pub had previously been. Since the last time I had been the decor has changed and a lot more airy and pleasant atmosphere. Prices were around what you would expect in a hotel ranging from about $18 through to $ 30. All in all quite a pleasant experience for all of us and we would probably go back and eat there again food

Love eating here. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the food is great, especially the seafood platter for 2, would highly recommend that for a treat. The hotel has a good atmosphere and cool on a hot day and cosy in the winter.

Meals for both me and my wife were lacking in side vegetables and both meals were floating in there garnish which had not been reduced properly, my wife's steak was cooked perfectly and so was my salmon. I got the steak sandwich which initially seemed exorbitantly priced for what you're getting. Then I got it! While i don't often spend on bar food, this was well worth it and the other high reviews does this facility justice. The sandwich was more like an extra large roll with a full serving of delicious chips. Awesome facility and friendly customer service.

Meals ok when we eventually got them. Might help if garlic bread/ entrees were brought out earlier as over 1 hour wait is a long time especially for children. Nice decor, new lock needed on outer door so someone doesn't have to get up and close it every 2 mins to stop the rain coming in!!

Went here with the wife and 7 month old in her pram. Good sized space inside and pretty modern. I had the Caesar parma and it was really good. Fresh chicken and well cooked with good sides. Wife had porterhouse which was only ok, under seasoned. Problems were that it took around 45 minutes to get our meals and the bar didn't have a great choice of beers.

My family went to the West last night for Mothers' Day dinner. My mother-in-law has many dietary needs which were expertly catered to by the kitchen and other staff. We are so grateful that everyone went out of their way to make her Mothers' Day a memorable one, as she was convinced there was nowhere she could go that would have food she could eat. Our party of nine arrived at our pre booked time of 7:30. We were warmly welcomed and seated. No other diners in the room. Good range of choices in the menu. Ordering is at the counter. The meals were delivered promptly and all at the same time. They were hot, tasty, nicely presented and reasonably priced. There was no follow up service or offer of a desert menu. The beer was chilled and the local wine excellent. We intend to return.

The steaks (mine and my daughter's) were not the requested "rare"which is really common with many restaurants. I wish that I could get what I ask for. The blue cheese sauce was a gravy boat of cheesey soup when I had imagined knobs of blue cheese melting on my tender sirloin. The stake was tender and generously sized. It was a good pub meal but not memorable. The others had parmas which they enjoyed, were massive and an inch thick and later doggy bagged, too big to eat in one sitting. I would not easy them cold!

We went to the Warburton pub for dinner my boy had chicken tenders and chips and I had a beautiful steak the pub is very nice inside and comfortable as well the food took a while to cook but my steak was huge and would have taken a while prices were ok but not the cheapest but if you're driving out that way it is a very nice place to stop for a meal
