I organised an end of year work event here and everything was exceptional. Sharon and Jono went out of their way to ensure the night went smoothly. The food and drinks were great and the views at night are stunning. Everyone had a fantastic night out.

Staff were super amazing!! Great knowledge. There's a fantastic drinks selection and the food is great. It's wheelchair accessible and you can choose a nice view of the Southbank or a more secluded bar area. It's great!

Every time I've come here the service has been great. They have a list of Cocktails and a very decent selection of bottles, especially the whiskies. The most recent time I've been along I had one of the three Octomore that they had. Also usually you get free popcorn with water separate to the snacks menu

Here very big food court is available beside the river.... I found an Indian food court here.... Near by very big park and the old tram station is there... Very scenic and attractive place.... Very good place for a date.... One complete day we can spend time near by... This is in the central Melbourne free tram zone .. so anywhere from City we can reach here and got back without paying...

Lovely place but every couch or seating areas were reserved. Only place available were the few seats at the bar. Need to reserve. Not great if u make plans on spot and decide to hang because u feel like it. So even thou we had to stand/sit at the bar, drinks were good!

The crew here at Waterslide take their cocktails seriously. And for a good reason - they are good! The skill of the staff is probably some of the best I've seen in a while and they don't let you down with their recommendations. They are very warm and welcoming when you visit and they leave you with a smile at the end of your time there. During the week they are quiet but come weekends, given the location, I'm under the impression they'd get busy. If you're in the area and fancy a cocktail - definitely the place to stop.

I hired this beautiful venue for my post-elopement party earlier this year. The staff were absolutely amazing. Big shout out to the event coordinator Sharon for putting up with my bridezilla swings! She was an awesome host. Although it was an incredibly warm summer night it was the best party ever. Waterslide Bar is a real hidden gem along the Yarra. Highly recommend for a casual drink with friends, date night or party!

Situated upstairs in Southbank along the Yarra river, this is a great bar to visit if you're in town and need to kill time before going to a show at the Arts Centre or just want to put your feet up and enjoy some people watching out on the deck. Friendly staff and a good selection of beverages.

Drove straight into the Southbank carpark and took the lift upstairs to the best bar in Melbourne The Waterslide Bar. A unique atmosphere where you can choose private conversations with a friend or start up friendly conversations with someone new within this unpretentious crowd. The doting staff catered for our every need and have a huge knowledge on whatever drink you desire. We felt completely relaxed and euphoric taking in the tasteful surroundings and ambience. Located right opposite is a fabulous Italian restaurant La Camera, with exquisite food which topped our night out perfectly.

Best cocktails in Melbourne, the staff have great chat. I went there on a sunday and they had a bbq with $2 Sausages, they had bbq sauce, American mild mustard and tomato not to mention onions. If your after a cocktail this place is a must try. If bunnings run out of sausages on a sunday waterslide will have your back.
