we ordered the mac & cheese bites and funghi pizza from the beer garden. the bites were perfection however the pizza could’ve used a creamy or cheesy sauce. the outdoors seating is gorgeous specially with the gum trees and plants, will definitely be coming back!

The worlds most underwhelming and dissapointing chicken burger. Dry, tasteless and very basic (tasteless piece of chicken in a bland batter, a tiny bit of sauce, plain cabbage slaw and plain bun. No aioli, no cheese, no taste, no excitement. Staff also looked like they would rather be anywhere else (it was a hot day). Otherwise, beautiful surroundings, great locations and extensive drinks list. Great place to come for a drink and a small snack, but perhaps not a meal.

The Venue: I really loved the airy open courtyard layout, with a centrally located bar. The raised platform area is a great touch. The seating arrangements could be better, but not too much to complain about either. The Menu: We ordered the margherita pizza and some fries, both were delicious and arrived really quickly. It's one of the better pizza's that I've tried in Perth, imho. The food coupled with James Squire's Ginger Beer, really hit the spot. The Service: The service was rather good, and having a great web based ordering system, let's you order from your table without the presence of the waiting staff. Summary: Great al fresco space for beer and nibbles. Would definitely visit again.

Great venue! The garden bar is great with different levels outside, make your way up the stairs to the rooftop and it's a real cosy spot. Totally chilled vibe for a Sunday sesh with great music from the DJ. We had a group of 15 and everyone was impressed. Thank you

Ambience is really cool,dark and dreamy. Food portion was unexpectedly huge, the crispy barterred fish especially although it probably fits the pricing of it. The only thing was that they had policy of not selling spirits on the rock...but if you have food then I'm not sure why it's an issue.

Amazingggg place to go. My mum and I got treated like absolute royalty for our birthday on Wednesday! Food was incredible, the cosmo spritz cocktail was delicious. Great experience at The Garden. A really well thought-out menu and great array of drinks. The staff are very personable and the atmosphere created in the bar area and dining area - whilst different - make for a very enjoyable experience. Well today the company that i work for decided that they would put on lunch for us as gratitude for the work we had just finished. The place was set out into different sections so catering for social events or even couples would work well. The food judging by what the boss ordered for everyone in our group seems gourmet and they even cater for vegans as is 1 of our bosses. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. So if you're in the area why not pop in and enjoy a few hours and relax.

Been here several times and took some friends that we had over from the UK. They loved the outdoors and the atmosphere. As bars go in Perth this is a pretty good one. The drinks are the average price, a bottle of wine is not that expensive here and the surroundings are good. Upstairs is a good place to relax and have a chat. This place can get very busy so be warned, Sunday arvo is pretty chilled though and you can usually get a seat or table.

Went to a Gin High Tea on Saturday with some other girls. Set up was indoors (thankfully because it was cold and wet). The high tea food was really nice, some pulled pork sliders, chicken sandwiches, tiny quiches and salmon crostini things. We had 6 gins to taste. The young girls serving were fast and efficient. We had a lovely time, and it looked like the people at the other tables had fun too. Nice place.

The Garden precinct has been fully renovated and is a great place for a drink and food. With Servo, Leederville Hotel and Sandgropers bar all linking together its a great place to hang out for lunch and dinner.

The Garden is a lovely mix of indoor and outdoor dining, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, the food delicious but please stop killing your food with chilli, pepper and anything that is remotely hot to the taste buds because I simply cannot taste the actual "food" which is what I more interested in. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, great variety or alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Would have been five stars but unfortunately your public restrooms , especially the lady's need some serious maintenance and upgrade, but still an enjoyable place to meet up with friends !

Visited the Garden for a drink. I was initially impressed with their cocktail menu. I ordered a white sangria, they decanted it straight into a glass with ice, no fruit, no garnish. The taste was very bland too. My friend ordered a Pimms again no fruit or garnish, just ice. These drinks were $15 each, over priced for the lack of effort and slow service. We did not order any food. However the atmosphere was nice. Not sure I would visit again.

Last minute decision to go on Thursday, quickly rang and they had space for dinner for 5, very helpful staff, kind and assisted with every query. They wouldn't take cash. My friend had to pay for everything on their card and I reimbursed them. The Chardonnay was really nice and the margherita pizza was superb. I asked why no cash and the reply was, it takes too long to cash up.

A great spot for a bite with friends. Staff were accommodating and friendly even letting in a special pooch from the rain. We shared a range of starters and the fish taco's were a stand out. Loved them! Delicious pizzas for mains washed down with a lovely rose recommended by staff. Will be back.

Great staff but they serve you the wine before taste it. We had to drink a whole bottle in bad conditions so we didn't enjoy the meal as we have would like it. They didn’t change it either. Attended on Saturday the 22nd of Feb for lunch, to celebrate my wife's birthday in a group of 4. This was our first time there, and we were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and really helpful with some dietary requirements. The food arrived within 20 minutes of placing our order, and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend "The Garden in Leederville". Quality service and food at very reasonable prices. Will definitely be back very soon.

Beautiful, outdoor setting on a summers day. Food was delicious & big servings. Out table had enornormous delucious salads, pasta and fish 'n chips. All Excellent! You have to order at the bar which has efficient, fast service but on a busy day the food may take a while. Table service for food delivery was friendly. Music and street drama was a distraction & entertaining. The usual issue that it's sometimes hard to converse over the music. Spacial areas gives plenty of room for various table settings to choose from. We will be back!

This place, whether you like a casual drinks or have a full meal would be a place to try. They place is encamped by some trees and plants. This makes the place softer. Many tables and chairs if you have a bigger group. They're are about 7-8 beers to choose. Every Friday between 5-6pm is the happy hour.

Went to the garden on a busy Saturday night when a previous reservation fell through. The wait to order at the bar is a little long but the food is so worth the wait. I ordered fried chicken, duck croquettes and a margarita pizza and chips. It was so good, and the chips were the best my friends have ever had. Love the atmosphere, what a great venue

Myself my husband and 2 friends had booked for the Saturday which was only the second day restrictions had been lifted. We had booked for 4 pm and arrived early but we were shown to a table near the bar and told we could either eat there or move to the restaurant later. After a few drinks we decided to move to the restaurant but on being seated we were told that we only had the table for 30 minutes as our booking was from 4 to 6 in keeping with the guidelines. It was completely our fault as we hadn't realised the time and left it to late to eat within our booking time limit. Then a young lady called Maddie came to our table and said she would see if there were any cancellations in the next time slot. She didn't have to go out of her way to accommodate us as it was our mistake but she returned and had managed to secure our table for another hour and a half. It was our first time eating at this restaurant and we really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The pizzas are fresh ànd tasty and the tacos are really yummy. What makes this place though is the staff, from the friendly bar staff to Maddie and the restaurant crew. We will definitely return

My friends and I booked a session for Bottomless Brunch at the Garden last weekend and from start to finish, we had an awesome time, mostly thanks to our server Crissie. Crissie seemed to spend the entire time moving at hyperspeed, wielding a prosecco bottle and a super friendly smile. Our glasses were topped up almost instantly, food appeared promptly and every time we looked around for her, Crissie seemed to appear out of thin air to help. Overall, would definitely recommend and attend again!

Other than this the pricing was as expected. We also ordered a pizza which came promptly and tasted quite nice. Shame about the poor service.

For me this is a 'get your night started' kinda place, where you can have a few chill drinks, in nice seating areas. Bottom floor is almost always completely full, but theres usually seating upstairs. Whenever I'm in Leederville I like to visit the garden, it has a huge variety of drinks and I can always try something new when I come.

Was a nice place however upon paying the bill there became an issue. Food very good, lots of it. Ambience excellent. It took the dear waitperson 15 min to sort out 4 customers paying their bill who wanted it split by 2. The problem was it "Wasn't Allowed". We asked for the manager who apparently said "No" but didn't show his/her face. We stood our ground. Of course the result was "Ok I will do it" eventually, however we made her day "bad" by all this carry on. Could have saved themselves quite of bit of staff time, 15 minutes and 2/3 staff involved, if it was allowed in the first instance. The wait person stated we had made her day " bad" on account of this !!!. God help her if something serious happens in her life. !!! Probably won't be back.

Leed Me On Tour For a friend’s birthday, i joined the Leed Me On Tour that started at The Garden and worked it’s way around Leederville to 2 additional venues before ending at Bill’s Bar. For $10 we all got discounted drinks, food at each venue and an amazing tour guide with some serious spunk and charisma. Jasmine, our tour guide, got us VIP access and GOOD discounts on drinks that were well worth the sur-charge. We started with our group of friends but made friends along the way. It’s felt intimate, fun and I would do it again! Such a different experience for Leederville that I highly recommend. For $10, it was worth every cent.

Awesome ambience and like a Tardis inside, little alcoves all over the place including the roof. Didn't eat here, but enjoyed a couple of drinks. Good choice of beer and ale and my wife had what they call Pirates Punch (spiced hot apple juice with Captain Morgan's Rum) because they had run out of mulled cider. Almost didn't get served because they have a "no sports jersey rule", lucky I had a jacket on I could zip up.
