Although we live just around the corner, that was our first visit at Vale. We had lunch, the food was great and the portions are generous. It's a bar, so need to order at the bar, and get your own cutlery etc, but that doesn't bother me. Will be back soon that's for sure

A GOLD STAR goes out to the staff for their best efforts. Always giving their best. A GOLD STAR for the venue itself. Modern clean and spacious with a good atmosphere as you walk through from one section to another. Another GOLD STAR for the drinks selection. Caters for all The other food has been better over the last couple months. Improvements have been made in the kitchen. Happy its my local.

I’ve been here few times, I could never fault the service.. Thanks guys.. Food wise I wouldn’t order the chicken and chorizo paella and also the Thai Beef salad again.. I think those two need to be removed from the menu. Coming from me, I’ve tried most of their food and most are pretty good..

First time visiting this place as recommended by a friend, atmosphere similar to The Quarry as been told it's the same owner but bigger. Had $5 steak night that's on every Thursday. Food was great but preferred The Quarry better. The Quarry sticky date pudding still taste better. Will still come for other meal.

The fried chicken burger changed my life, wow it's so good!! Beer was cold and reasonably priced ( local, imported and craft beers available on tap), inside/ outside and toilets were all clean and tidy. Seems pretty popular with the hivis guys on weekday afternoons. Smoking area outside and some green grass for the kids to play on.

—I’ve had a lot of five star experiences here, ——-The last few have been threes and fours, ————-So I have to drop them back to 4 for awhile, ??? This chef is five star ANYWHERE Against ANY competition, let alone for a pub. The scallops and chorizo dish is to die for. The waitresses particularly Katie and Laura are very good too. Nothing’s too much trouble for them.

Nice atmosphere, child friendly offering kids coloured pencils and pictures. Menu was varied and not full of the usual items, Asian, Aussie and American. The rib eye steak is 400gms and costs $40, but it is very worthy of the price. Main serve of garlic prawns has hubby pushing his tummy limits, but he managed to put it all away. Chicken parmigiana was well presented and tasted as good as it looked. Sorry no pictures taken this time. We're too hungry and the food looked and smelt so good. We'd go again.

Sadly another waitress serving our desserts found it a little too hard to place them in the relevant positions on the table so just dumped them both in front of one of our group instead. Not really a big problem but quite unprofessional...

Had a counter lunch here. The food was good value and reasonably busy for a Thursday. Food was served in good time. The only criticism we had was the outlook to the car park with ratty plants - no idea why an effort wasn't made to improve the ghastly (what a great word 😄) view. An easy improve.

I was excited to go to the Vale. It was a beautiful day and we planned this. We had reservations and we ordered our steak. It was good but the orders were not consistent this time. Fries were salty and steak were inconsistent. Had 1 perfectly done but 2 was supposed to be medium but over cooked. I gave 4 stars because we enjoyed our stay and the service was impressively fast. We still want to go back again. Been generous with my rating because as I see around, people were good and enjoying their time as well.

Disappointed in our local. Service was pretty poor, felt like we were an inconvenience, not customers. We ended up just getting a main and drink but for a table of 7 they really dropped the ball. No follow up drink orders, couldn't be bothered to ask if we wanted dessert or coffee, we had to hunt down our own water and glasses.

We used to go quite a bit as we have a coeliac in the family and they are quite good at catering for that. After restrictions were lifted, it has been a hit and miss. The burgers are not the same (patty change?) Friends had in 2 occasions bad experiences with their food. Not a lot of veg options and the once available are a bit bland. Beer is always good. Do make a booking.

Went for mothers day lunch. Our table was 1 of the high qs. Im in my 60s and cant climb a bar stool. We were then given fold up table. My daughter ordered th pork on scallops. 1 scallop that was half cooked. S-i-l stead was well done after a medium raw order. Couldn't get attention of staff. When we said something upon paying for bill were told "too late to do anything now..told them th food went back." Didnt care. Apart from that was pretty good. I made th booking so they knew I was an older person.. not sure I would go back

Had our sons 1st bday party here, table was perfect as was the booking experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly on the day. The food came out very fast and tasted excellent. A staff member even came up to me later on to give me some money back that he had accidentally overcharged. There was a special on that we weren't even aware of. Great honesty! Thank you to all staff involved who assisted us, greatly appreciated.

Really nice efficient staff. It's really nice inside. My partner had scotch fillet with chips and salad. Steak was cooked the way he liked it. Salad was fresh chips however were not crisp. I had pork belly salad. I enjoyed it the dressing was very nice however the pork belly was very dry. I would go again and maybe try something different.

What a nice relaxed atmosphere The Vale has on offer! Calling in for the first time, was impressed with how open and spacious all areas were, as there wasa nice breeze when we arrived, we chose to sit outside in the well shaded garden area! To our delight we discovered a nice simple menu with all the favourites present, So Chilli muscles, and my go to Parmy, were ordered, after a short wait both meals arrived looking sumptuous, and didn't dissapoint! Muscles had a nice kick of spice, and the Parmy was of good size, accompanying chips were crisp and fresh! All in all we thoroughly enjoyed the experience, thank you very much, will definatly be back! Highly recommend!

A nice little tavern in Beeliar/Yangebup which has a full restaurant component. Good is good overall, but if you want the restaurant experience, make sure you make a reservation before going, otherwise you will like most other tavern or sports bar.

I have been to The Vale and what a surprise to learn it was a huge bar and restaurant offering beautiful food at bargain prices and it's fully licensed. It has a fabulous huge outdoor alfresco enclosure that's kid friendly. There's a variety of settings to dine and or have a few drinks. The Vale offers daily specials like the $10 steak night. The menu offers a large variety of food and beverages with a great atmosphere. There's space for yr kids to explore under parental supervision. We had a large outdoor table with shade and privacy. A very enjoyable evening with family including my young grandkids.

New place, first time visit. The place seems to be split into a bar and dinner area. The dinner area appeared completely reserved, but nobody sat there in the time I finished my meal. I had the steak special, a rump steak with chips followed by a chocolate brownie (only one of two desserts available). Pretty average experience.

Always enjoyed the Vale and we are regulars but the last few times in the last month, the food has been a little bit too salty. I love well seasoned food but sometimes its just been a bit over done with the sodium. Other than that, we really enjoy going there.

Staff were exceptional and very friendly! Food was fantastic! We had a table of 19 and all enjoyed there meals. We brought in a birthday cake which was kept in cool storage by staff and were accomodating with providing cutting knife and plates!! We will definitely be returning! The only improvement we can recommend is to include the option of salad/veges with all meals.

Last night my Fiance and I had our engagement party in bar 2 at The Vale. I couldn't reccommend having an event here enough!! The night was absolutely perfect, all the staff went above and beyond to make sure our night went smoothly and were so accommodating to our every request. The food platters were very generous and absolutely delicious. Daniel was an extremely helpful event manager, from my initial inquiry right until the day of our event, he was quick to respond to my every email and always reassuring and happy to consider any of our requests. The space in bar 2 is amazing, the interior was modern with an industrial tweak, so impressive you dont really need to decorate it at all. Big thank you to all of the staff involved, you made our night better than we had ever imagined!

Really neat atmosphere, I felt like I was back in North America. The menu has the typical Aussie dishes (chicken parmi, burgers, etc). The chicken wings were especially good. The chicken burger was way too messy, dripping on everything. Same sauce as chicken wings. Butter chicken was what you'd expect from a non Indian restaurant. One side of the restaurant is a bar, the other is full table service. The music videos are fun and they seem to have events every night so you could be interested to go back!

We had a meal on a very busy night. The noise can get pretty crazy and it is hard to hear the people next to you. 5/8 meals arrived within 30 minutes. Two more arrived around 15 minutes later and I was left waiting close to an hour. It was a packed night and I understand things go wrong. All the food was really delicious, although I believe my late meal was microwaved before it came to me.

Nice pub, lots of quality beers on tap that aren't too over-priced (remember when a point cost $5, hmm, maybe you don't and I'm showing my age...) with the faux industrial decor that seems so popular these days (Jesus, I AM showing my age, yeesh) with friendly staff whom can pour a beer well (a rare talent in this day and age... oh stop it Luke! Your'e old, we get it!). I will comment that the entire layout, indeed the architecture, seems to have been lifted wholesale from The Quarrie (their spelling, not mine) in Harvest Lakes. I like that place too, it just seems odd.
