Food was very average. I had the rump steak, found it bland in flavour. I've had better rump steaks in other places. I wouldn't recommend it. However, the ambience of the place is nice and if you just want to have a few drinks it's the perfect place. If looking for a restaurant or a nice food experience it's better to try the other many places around.

Love this pub! The atmosphere, the service and the venue are awesome. Always very clean! The food is always fresh and delicious! Meals are reasonably priced and serving sizes are decent. The staff are very friendly and service is quick, nothing seems to be too much to ask. Safe to take kids, they do supply colouring pages and crayons to entertain, kids menu options and there is a little playground up in the same area too. This is fast becoming one of my favourite places to stop for lunch and a few cheeky drinks when out shopping. Recommend giving this place a go.

Such delicious food with great menu variety. Honestly the best parmi I've ever had. Food came our reasonably fast though it was packed, kids loved it, the wait staff were hilarious. Only negative was the layout when ordering was a bit cramped. So so worth it for the food though.

Ordered a limocello sorbet cocktail (absolutely dangerously delicious), a tasting paddle (for beers), a pint of ginger ale (perfect mic of beer and ginger) & the fish tacos. Which were the perfect snack size and full of amazing flavours. Great prices for everything and a good range of seating options. Perhaps cooler air con given Perths current temperatures. But otherwise a great little after movie stop!

Shout out to the American Chef who came out at a busy service to attend to our kid's allergies. Allergy aware restaurant and great bartender service and wait service! Lamb 'Cube' - it's more large chunks of lamb on skewers, charred to perfection, melt in the mouth with tiny chew, kid's favourite on mash. GF Pizza, solid margarita pizza. Stunner - half rack of the Pork ribs, trust in USA chef to make everything in house. Arguable best ribs in Perth. Smokey, charry, subtle sweet and savory, soft and tender. Wash this down with house brew, seriously what more do you want!!!!??? Caveat - they didn't have separate fryers for GF during my dining experience as it was super, super busy service, they couldn't guarantee the oil was safe. This is when bar staff spoke to kitchen, chef came out to talk us through the menu. Great job guys!

Pub grub was good. Good atmosphere and lively. Decent food for price - not too expensive...Very busy on a Friday afternoon of course but still got our order pretty quickly and drinks flowing. Kids menu was a hit. Nice pizzas.

The music is uncomfortably much too loud to eat and be comfortable at the same time, you can't hear yourself think! Visited on 3 May lunch time 2021. About the food... One of the best steaks I have had recently. The salad was nice, simple, and although little limp it tasted fresh. Peppered sauce, sensational. The chips were really good, not too salty and just enough flavour to make you want to eat more! All round a really nice meal, highly recommended. It would have been really excellent if the bar service staff were a little more enthusiastic, however it must have been very uncomfortable wearing masks. This is the second time I have ordered the same meal here, both occasions the food was excellent. The first occasion masks were not nessisary and not worn earlier in the year. 2021. Definately worth a visit. I will be back.

Not a bad watering hole with a good menu to choose from. It was the pretzel bread that had let me down on this occasion. It was stale and chewy, pairing it with the cheese dip would have been ok, if it were actually the consistency of bread. I believe it had been microwaved for whatever crazy reason.

Friendly staff, the beer selection is not really craft as yet as they are just starting off. It’s nice to see them doing the brewing right in front of you (still havent had their first batch of beer yet tho) . A small beer still cost $10 which is still a bit much . The food prices are reasonable and the location is quire nice with a great lounge vibe with indoor and alfresco dining. The food was nice, especially the fish tacos. It can only get better in time. The beers have gotten better and the service is friendly and it's a great refuge from the heat...

I tried the burger and honestly regret it. One of the most flavourless, under seasoned burger offerings I've ever tried in Perth. I like to try burgers all over Western Australia and this would be 3 out 10 for flavour sadly. My partner tried the steak sandwich which was actually really nice.

Nice brewery/ restaurant located conveniently at the Carousel shopping centre. Good customer service. Average sized menue. Some items were quite expensive for what it was, but they do have specials and deals for different days, that are super cheap and good value. The food its self was average in flavour. The pork belly was beautifully presented, But everything else was standard pub food. Ok but not great 👍

Went on a Wednesday for lunch. Found the food portions generous but my fish was slightly overcooked. Other orders were favoured. Downside to drinks one of our party wanted a white Moscato that was on the menu but was not offered an alternative when advised out of stock. I would expect bar staff to be sufficiently across their drinks to be able to offer something to taste.

Amazing service. Our food was a little late in arriving, not that we noticed, but Jason (the chef) sent our table some sliders in the meantime which was very sweet. Nadia, our server, was lovely and very attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be coming here again.

Visited here on a Saturday evening as a group of 4. The staff are friendly and the environment is modern and pleasant. Prices are on the more expensive side but the food is delicious and delivered in good time. Cocktails are well made too. I recently celebrated my 70th Birthday bash at the Waverley Brewhouse Carousel, the staff were amazing and the selection of food was outstanding. A great place to just drop in for a drink, meal or celebration. Thanks to the Management and staff for a great time.

Mediocre reception when we arrived and check in our booking. Eventually placed in the dingey row of table next to the cleaning/service area. Were supplied menus sometime later and went to the bar to order Bar staff were friendly helpful and cheery. Food took an age to come out, but it was quite busy. My fish was overcooked and dry, the Cobb salad was nice but overpriced. The chicken parmigiana was the winner. Ambivalent about going again.

One of a kind un enclosed nano brewery. You get to see where your beer is made. Great food menu and not so expensive. Their in house beers are well underrated. They are definitely going to be a force to be reckoned once they fully commercialise.

Steak is awesome. This is their share platter. EDIT: We came back here for their Brewhouse burger, but it was a bit undercooked. They took it back and recooked the entire dish. Superb service. I've been here 3 times now and I'm very satisfied with their service and food.

Considering it's on top of a shopping centre, the new Carousel dining area exceeded my expectations. One nice highlight of the rooftop is the Waverley; we had a great T-Bone here and sitting out in the heat in summer with a beer is great. Steak special on Wednesday lunch is great value too.

I really enjoyed the restaurant. The decor, location,vibe, staff were all great. Huge menu with a lot to chose from. However my food was a little let down. I order hot chicken wings. They were cooked perfectly but the marinate/sauce was so salty I couldn’t eat it.(I love salt but not that much). The blue cheese side sauce wasn’t made in-house basically looked like craft mayonnaise. I also ordered a side salad for $8. It was a bowl of lettuce with a couple of old cherry tomatoes. That’s it’s. No dressing or wedge of lemon. Side dish or not. Show the salad some love!! Despite the average food I would come back as it shows potential. Beer was delicious and cold.

Such a great place to catch up and talk. My siblings and I went here for lunch and ordered 3 pizzas, hot chips and drinks. Great range of seating options, normal height tables, bar high tables, outside seating (both covered and uncovered). Wasn’t at all loud (perfect for catchups) The pizzas came out at a reasonable time. Not at all greasy. They were delicious and high quality produce on them. Highly recommend the cheesy steak one and meat lovers!! Staff were super friendly and great attitude. Would 100% return within the month to try their other food! 🍔? Time of day: 1pm

Drop in for a refreshing oil drink, and a tasty meal in a nicely laid out spot!! My Traditional Parmy didn't dissapoint, and my partner had the simple but very tasty Fish and Chips!! There’s a good Menu selection, nice atmosphere but food was very average. My husband ordered a schotch fillet stake sandwich which was very chewy and not soft. I ordered a chicken parmi which looked like microwaved. Looking at the brew barrels we thought they would have a nice craft beer selection but that was not the case. I chose a house brewed session ale that tasted like more like water in my opnion. It has a lot to improve specially because it is overpriced

The burgers and fries from here are perfect. Nothing more needs to be said about the food other than if you like hearty Aussie pub grub, at a pretty cheap price, this place is amazing. Service here isn't anything to write home about, however you can kind of come to expect that from what is essentially a pub. The people here are very busy, most of the time, cleaning down tables and pulling pints; as the place can be pretty packed. But when they do serve you, for the most part everyone looks like they enjoy it. Had a decent chat with a few of the people in here. Really affordable, portion sizes are excellent, and this might be the best place I've eaten in WA for not skimping out on the sauce. You spend $2 for a HUGE pot of aioli with the fries. Amazing. I love this place.

Always a really nice place. The staff are exceptional. Bar staff let you sample a drink before you buy it, if you're not sure you'll like it or not. The house be is interesting. The menu is pretty good. Very nice place. Will definitely come back again and again.

Have been here a couple of times and have had a great meal both times. Despite being busy the staff have been helpful and our food arrived in a timely fashion. With a good atmosphere and wall mounted TV's it is great spot to watch live sport.

Food came out in record time, cheese burger and fries quite tasty but fish taco was a fail. The taco was tuff with soft portions - it's one or the other , soft or crunchy! Fish was cold probably due to being smothered with cold salad.

Good standard, if expensive, pub fare. Steaks tend to come out one level more done than desired (n=2, rare was medium rare, and medium rare was well done). Pop in if you need to escape from screaming children or a rest from partners taking too long to figure out if clothes fit, but I'd not class it as a "destination," even though the microbrew is interesting, if the output maybe a bit more towards Victorian tastes.

What a fun pub! We really enjoyed our drinks in the outdoor area. The sun was streaming in at 6pm but it wasn't too hot so we loved it. Service was great and the food was yummy. A super place for an after work wind down or weekend party!

Food is a mix, mini burgers really good, pretty much exactly like merrywell, beef cheeks were way too tough, fish tacos were pretty good, cauliflower entree was below average for the $16 price tag. Always good for a drink with mates but could take or leave most of the food.

Love the old truck with kegs on. I'm going back !! They stared seving Guinness on St. Pats day. They haven't got a harp yet. Hope they do. Make it a brrilliant place. Oh. They have put a micro brewery in place of the old truck.
