I haven't been able to eat a burger for 13 years, after becoming a Coeliac. So, when I was looking for some place new to take my partner for dinner, I stumbled upon this gem. I was amazed when I saw the waiter bringing our meals out. They looked almost as good as they tasted. Finally, I was able to enjoy the most delicious burger I have ever eaten, on a gluten-free bun. Every aspect of the meal service we experienced was sensational, right down to the Arizona Iced Tea, that was so big that my partner and I could have shared one between us. The staff were all too eager to assist us with making a choice from their extensive and scrumpdelicious menu. I would have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful Cafe/Restaurant to anyone who is a CONNOISSEUR of fine food, great service, in a rustic Tavern-like setting. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ehh personally 5/10 I dislike Northbridge in general but attended here and there was quite an unpleasant odour of what seemed to smell like beer and vomit, Could of been a bad day to visit but the overall vibe and enjoyment at Morley Varsity is unbeatable in my opinion. I'd assume their food and service is still great but the venue and smell wasn't pleasant.

I thought I’ll never have any good food in an Australian pub - but Varsity proved me wrong! I took the deluxe cheeseburger with no Mayo and it was delicious, not greasy or oily at all! The service is top notch, enjoyed my stay and will come back for upcoming footy games.

A little pricey, but you won't be disappointed. I had a Presley (double cheese with bacon, peanut butter, jam and banana) and loved that it strangely worked. Don't try something if you don't love it's parts. Der. The milkshake was awesome, onion rings were great, the burgers were excellent. Even the salad looked tasty!

The place to go for when you have the dirty burger craves...dirty in a good way, you know what I mean. Highly recommend the vegan delux, even for non-vegos 👌 Good casual place to dine in, for groups too. There's indoor and outdoor seating, booth seats, pool table and sports on screens all around if that's your thing. Friendly staff...free fries with burgers...even delivered burgers are perfect (pictured)...what more could you want.

Most recently had the vege burger made vegan which was awesome. Great venue for sports fans with numerous televisions displaying muktie sports (AFL, NFL, NBA etc). Pool tables available to play also. Previously, the Falafel burger was amazing, made vegan. Pricey noms due to vegan cheese surcharge, worth it if you want a sneaky treat.

Love the atmosphere and food you can get from visiting Varsity Northbridge. I have been a long term fan of ordering uber eats varsity into work however have since started doing this less as it's much more affordable and fresh going in and ordering. I'm a long term fan of the Texan however the trifecta has questioned my loyalty to the Texan at times. Definitely one of the top burger places in WA and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good meal.

This is a fun place for drinks and a bite to eat. They have pool tables and other games. Good range of drinks and quick service . We had the vegan hemp burger, it was burger of the month and not part to the regular menu, but they do have other vegan food oprions. Really yummy food !

The food was really good and I enjoyed every bite but the reason why I rated 3 stars is because of the attitude of one the waiter who was responsible for our table , I felt he was rude when I asked him if possible to cut my burger into 2 halves because it was too big for me, but his he replied “ you have a knife over here you can use it !” I already knew that there was knife on my table but I know that it’s not suitable for to cut my burger that’s why I asked him to take it and cut it in the kitchen with the proper knife. Honestly I feel really sad when a restaurant is providing his customers with a good quality food but sometimes the experience is ruined by one of the employees

Came here for a quiz night with some friends. I've never been here before but it was literally the best experience. Service was fast and friendly (even my phone call to check if we needed to make a booking, the staff member on the phone was so polite and helpful). The food was amazing and came out super fast, bar staff were amazing, wait and floor staff were amazing and the quiz master was very good (good sense of humour). Music was great, atmosphere was awesome and it was an all round wonderful evening. Can't wait to go back :)

Burgers done right, and every seat is the best in house! Seriously, everywhere you sit at Varsity, to our have access to a number of big screens playing all the best sport from around the globe! Now the serious business, the burgers and boneless wings we samples on Sunday, were nothing shy of spectacular. The Cluk Norris, was a delicious Butter milk fried Chicken fillet, with dirty slaw, pickles and an amazing sauce that just hop off burger perfection. I'm not really a wings kinda guy, but these buffalo boneless wings had just enough kick in them to be absolutely moriah, and the ranch dressing was a fantastic match!! Will definatly be back, and can't recommend the friendly staff and relaxed vibe enough!! Top notch thank you very much!!!

Always friendly staff, love the shuffleboard set up, my 8 year old son and I visit to have shuffleboard/loaded fries mum son afterschool dates, great open space, pretty good selection and well priced beer/cider selection. Always putting on events or themed stuff which is entertaining for the venue to have new elements when you come , like they still do lunch specials and weekly deals.

The venue is very good. Clean, spacious and fun atmosphere.(I've only visited in the day) The service is polite. It is a bit on the pricey but my goodness, this meal was hot and fresh. First time here and really please with my burger. An American themed burger place. I had the FIELD DAY burger which was Stacked with Marinated Mushroom, Semi-Dried Tomatoes, Spinach, Red Onion & Blue Cheese Sauce (GFO) which is vegetarian, it was really tasty and delicious. I ordered fries as well and they were perfect. There's seating inside and outside and judging by the clientele it was a very popular choice place.

Perfect place for good and consistent burgers. I must say that the start of the show here is their fries! Burgers are consistently good too! Wait times can be a little long when it’s busy, so call ahead to place your order in advanced. I really like their chicken wings as well! Good value for money. Side note: I’ve ordered delivery from here and it wasn’t as good - not their fault, it’s just that burgers and fries don’t fare the best when delivered. The burger was soggy and the fries were somewhat soft. So eat fresh and don’t get it delivered if possible!

Holy mother of burgers! This is the best thing I have ever eaten. The Soul burger was pure buttermilk chicken perfection. Didn't even care that sauce was dripping down my arms, it was so worth it. My friends and I come here because of their Student Lunch deals and all of us usually enjoy the burger, but I can't really say the same for their vege nachos. It was soggy, bland and boring. It had good amount of serving, but not worth the price. It was more like a $6 than a $9 one. Nonetheless, the staff are always so kind and lovely and if you are craving for some burgers; Varsity Burger is definitely one to check out.

My mate and I had been at a different bar where you were allowed to bring in Uber Eats whilst watching the football. We ordered Varsity Burgers and it was meant to be business as usual. When my mate went out to meer the rider, they did not show or the meal ended up in someone elses hands and bellies. I left a voicemail at Varsity, hoping for a callback and to get a refund at least. What happened next was top quality service. Emma the onsite manager, not only acknowledged immediately what had happened, but sorted our refund, and gave us a free pint and the meals we had ordered on the house. This to me was exceptional customer service and more than made up for the inconvenience that we'd experienced. It was thoroughly appreciated by us, and above all there was no trying to back out of it, handball the problem to someone else or give the bare minimum as a square up. This action ensured we'd be return customers every day of the week. Emma is a credit to how she operates and goes about her business. Thank you.

Varsity used to be my favourite burger joint and I love that you can order and eat in The Game, however I find the quality of the burgers varies. Sometimes the burgers are perfect, other times they are super greasy or literally swimming in sauce! If they were more consistent I'd definitely come back more often as the burgers are like nothing else in Perth.

Great location in the heart of Northbridge, sitting in the window watching the world go by with a burger & drink. They keep it simple here the menu is burger and pizzas, if you don't like that you're not going to get anything else. The variety thoguh is really good and the food is ok, you'll enjoy it, but it won't blow you away. The best part is the blue cheese sauce. They have some fun stuff like spiked milkshakes which is a great way to make the night interesting.

Lovely place, great walk along the jetty. The icecream stand is a bit pricey for low quality product. I would compare it to Macca's 50¢ cones but they're $7. The jetty is a $4 fee to walk, to help raise funds for maintenance I guess? The end of it, and the underwater observatory, closes at 3:30pm. After that, the jetty is free to walk or fish off.

One of the best burger joints in Perth. There's been a lot of writeup and discussion recently on other burger joints. But I think Varsity is consistently up there. Varsity burgers are a strong 8.5-9/10 for me. All of its components come together extremely well. While they don't do the trendy smashed patties, their patty is a good quality hand formed patty, and the toasted bun is excellent. The mouthfeel is always good. I typically order the Cheeseburger Deluxe. If I want to be sick and meated out, I go for the Texan. And when I think I need something over the top, the McFly with onion rings. I also actually really like the Presley; the banana and peanut butter actually work! Saying that, I struggle to finish the burger as the peanut butter becomes a cloying, sticky, and over-rich sauce. Perhaps I'm just not strong enough. The fries are great. :-) You won't regret it. Enjoy!

This is one of the best burgers you can get in Perth in my honest and humble opinion. They're big, fresh and dripping with flavour accompanied by thick cut chips that aren't dripping with frying oil. Grill'd puts up a good fight in comparison but I'd definitely choose Varsity out of the two. Some would say it's on the expensive side but you get what you pay for in this world and if you want to save a buck there's always Hungry Jack's 😃

Great beef burgers, chicken burgers, chips are perfectly crisped thick cut (rather than fries), service is fairly prompt, great drinks on tap and imported cans from USA, great vibe/atmosphere (though a little sports-centric, which I personally don't care for), a couple of games, free trivia nights, can't go wrong! Note: don't get uber eats from here, they always arrive soggy and you will be disappointed and this is not a proper representation of Varsity quality.

Top quality milk bun held itself in shape for the duration and quality sauces and salad. The pickle on the pick that held the burger together was dried out, but a very small complaint. BUT I’m deathly allergic to nuts & despite asking twice about whether or not the topping on the brownie was nuts (it was meant to be honeycomb) I was told they weren’t. The burgers at Varsity Burgers are soo good, it's hard to pick a favourite, but i think if i would have to pick one i would pick the Texan, it's sooo tasty. And they also have delicious loaded fries..yummyyyyy :p It's not like a real restaurant, a big part is outside and you have to walk up to the cashier to place your order, so i would suggest it more for a casual dinner, it's perfect for that. The staff is also really friendly and can help if you have any allergies or are following a special diet. All in all, a place i would definitely suggest

Look it's a fine place to grab a beer and watch the footy, just being in northbridge it's not got the same vibe as the suburban varsity venues (ie joondalup and morley) as the footprint is understandably smaller. Decent burgers as I've come to expect from this chain but just lacking that relaxed casual vibe (and seating!) that accompany Varsity elsewhere.

Best place to go to create the ultimate abomination of burgers without a huge price tag, you can for example order the double cheese burger and add fried chicken, drizzled peanut butter, bacon and a whole bunch of goodness for under $20 and 9/10 times requires some serious work to eat because it is so large.
