I was asked by the lovely Roslyn today to leave her a review and I can't believe I hadn't done it sooner! Been coming here for months and would not go anywhere else. Booking system can be a bit tricky to navigate from time to time, but I find it easy to book when Roslyn is working. I have been growing out my brows after a waxing hack job a few years ago, Roslyn has been patiently helping me to get them nice and thick again. I am so happy! I am glad I was asked today to give a review as I am genuinely thrilled with my brows. Love Love them!

I just found this exceptional threading company online. When I visited their website, it is so full of varieties, information about brow services and more, giving you the right information that will surely satisfy your needs and so many offers I want to try! Their booking system is very easy to use and they also have information about each services to help you with booking. The customer service I received was amazing! I felt so welcome from the moment I stepped foot into the establishment. Everyone was smiling and happy, it was really heart warming for someone who suffers anxiety in new situations. The prices are very fair and you defiantly get what you pay for + more. I’m soo happy with the outcome of my brows AND the overall experience. I’d also like to point out how easy the booking process was! I have used many sites where the booking process is way too confusing and off putting. Overall my whole experience today was awesome and I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking to come here.

I just booked an appointment using the online booking system and was very impressed with the service. When I clicked on the "book now" button, there were lots of available time slots and I could easily chose one that suited me. I also really liked that there was an option to share who referred me to the business in order to provide them with an incentive. I was also able to enter my credit card details securely to confirm the appointment. My only piece of feedback is that the font is a little bit small and could be made bigger so that it would be easier to see. Overall great process and I would recommend booking an appointment online at Bombay Brow Bar!

Highly recommend this salon! I can't even remember how many appointments I've had by now which is obviously a good sign. My brows keep getting better and better and the staff here is at least as (if not more) excited about that as I am! They take the time to advice you on the best shape for your face, obviously help you get there and provide a lot of tips on how to care for your brows afterwards. Thanks girls!

Lady who did my brows was very lovely and accommodating of a small change that I requested. Gave me lovely eyebrow massage afterwards. Recently the therapists have all been different, it would be good to have some continuity but the service is usually very good despite this. I took one star off this time as there was another staff member (trainee? Manager?) who stood by really close and watched me the whole time and it would have been nice if she had introduced herself or explained why she was there.

Great first experience for the eyebrow threading.. From Sophie's warm greeting to the professionalism of Sofia, I definitely felt very looked after at Bombay Brow Bar. This was my first time having my eyebrows done at all – I chose threading over waxing after hearing about people’s terrible experiences with waxing. Although the technician I originally booked was not in and someone with a higher skill level did my eyebrows, I was still charged the same price as my initial booking. The experience was a positive one, I didn’t find it too painful or uncomfortable. It was quick and I am really happy with the result! I will definitely be coming back :)

First time I have had my eyebrows shaped and they had a lot to work with! Excellent service from the easy online booking system to the lovely premises. They took the time to go through exactly what I needed and I was very happy with the results.

I usually pay $20 to get my eye brows threaded. Today I paid $35 and the service was probably ten times better than where I usually go. They really know they are doing and are incredibly friendly. They took the effort to take photos of my brows to prepare for future sessions and told me about my shape. Not sure whether it’s worth the extra $15 though. Also they have online payment to make it easier but don’t take cash. *edit* You later receive a follow up email with the photos of your brows and comments. Extra money for extra services I suppose

I recommend Bombay Brown to everyone who wished to do their eyebrow in a good and professional place. The price is not expensive like many places we can find in the CBD and the service is excellent. I fell that they really care about the customer and quality of work, since I've been there my eyebrow look much better, I was able to thicken my eyebrow and improve the shape.

I really love going to Bombay Brow Bar and having my brows done. There's no one else I can trust my brows with but BBB. Every time I have my booking, my brows are always in shape. Highly recommend going here!

Was unhappy with my eyebrow treatment as the shapes wasn’t even and I didn’t feel listened to or like I could speak up. Update: The customer service team reached out to me and I truly appreciated how they handled the situation. They explained to me that I could have found the shape to be uneven because it usually takes a few visits to get the perfect shape and I left quite large spaces between getting my brows done.

My partner went to this place on our vacations there and that you might think is as many others in Sydney, but reality is that prices are really competitive and more than cheap for the great job that they do, she was extremely pleased. After my rather disastrous forays into waxing my eyebrows, found this to be a really good experience. Ashnay was really good and quick,. It wasnt as painful as I thought it would be. While it is a bit more expensive than other eyebrow services, seemed like it was worth the extra cost.

Had my first visit to Bombay Brow Bar with Ashnay, while I was skeptical of the online payment system at first it made sense after my appointment as it was prepaid it made time management easier, after having bad brows for 15 years from over plucking, bad wax jobs, bad threading rendering my eyebrows too thin, uneven, one bigger then the other and one completely misshapen Ashnay is the first therapist to actually measure my brows and explain where I need to grow, what supplements to help growth, what beauty routines help growth and how to fill them in correctly, I am over the moon I have finally found a professional therapist who knows her art well and does not try to create false arches but actually works with your own brow structure and how they sit on your face and open your eyes better. Definitely would recommend to a friend, Ashnay even had excellent banter and made me feel comfortable and in good hands.
