Good venue with a lot of pool tables, snooker tables and arcade games. There are usually tables free and it is a good atmosphere to unwind. I've had some issues with my table lights being turned off midgame, and during covid I'm not sure the staff know when they officially close, but overall it's a great spot.

The place is nice, the destance between the tables are so small that you'll need to wait for the other players on other tables in order to play. They doesn't serve alcohol which is a bumper. Overall it's okay

It's under Event Cinema, very crowded between 4-6pm, you maybe have to wait to get a table, great place to play pool, not much expensive (18/h). Nothing to complain.

Located in the heart of the cinema district, this is a great place to grab a game of pool with your friends. There is an ATM on site which is good since they only take cash. One minor drawback is they don’t serve alcohol. But it has plenty of quality tables and is relatively cheap.

Quite a large floor with pool and billiards both. The only thing I would suggest management is to designate a place for used sticks. Used sticks were all being lumped with unused ones with no sign of sanitising being done by staff!!

Great pool place. A hub of young adult culture in Town Hall. Good tables and equipment. Staff are standoffish but it's not like you need to interact with them for more than 1 minute, so no matter. Pool tables are a bit close to each other, so make sure you don't impale people at adjacent tables.

Reasonable price per hour for tables. We paid $16.00 per hour. There is a small food store within the pool hall to purchase snacks and drinks. We got a uber as it is impossible to get parking and there is construction work in progress.

A pretty cool place to hang out, however, the bathroom near the entry smelled horrendous. If you are playing on one four closest pool tables, you could smell the stench of urine from that far away (these are tables 15 to 18). If you can, book a table away from these.

Tables are nice but not spaced very generously, makes it a little hard to play when you have to wait for someone else on the table next to you to take their shot. Pricing is okay ($18/hr) considering its in the middle of the CBD, staff are friendly and informative as well. There's an internet café in the same underground area moderately priced as well. Can get a little stuffy especially when crowded which is quite often.

Love the rotating set of pinball tables. I live 2 hours away and always drop by if I'm travelling through!

If you're looking for some entertainment with your friends (pools, cyber games, darts, punching machine), this place is highly recommended. They have a lot of pool tables, so don't worry about not being able to find one. Its priced at $18/hour, which is a good price considering its in the middle of the city. They also sell some light finger foods and drinks too if you're looking for quick energy. Cyber equipment are all high specs, with comfortable chairs, mouse, keyboard, monitor. Hardcore gamers will enjoy this space

City Heroes sports a chill atmosphere and is great for groups. The pool tables are clean and high quality, with the cue sticks also being high quality. The overall vibe of this hidden gem is a fun atmosphere and I would definitely recommend this place for a great afternoon or evening.

This location boasts the best and most competitive pool tables in the region. There are a significant number of Diamond tables which are well maintained with aramith balls (with the option of cyclops balls at request). Cue's are well maintained and consistent, each time you visit will be a consistent experience.

The place has a lot of pool tables and it's very cheap to use for an hour, only $14. The place is conveniently located near food stores, the cinemas and an ATM (the place only accepts cash). It can get quite busy, crowded and rowdy during busy periods as the pool tables are fairly close to one another. The tables are of genuine size and the cues and billiard balls are of good quality. The only thing I disliked about the place was that some staff members were not very friendly and some can't speak English fluently.

People know Cityheroes as a pool hall, yes, I agree it is the best one in Sydney. But besides of pool and snookers, you can play mahjong all day here. $80 for a room and unlimited time. Best place to go for weekends.

Have gone down with friends and on my own and I have to say the environment is warm and welcoming. The place has a food court and Internet Cafe style room separated from the main hall. Great experience that can be paid by the hour or pre paid to however much time you want on the tables. Reasonably priced and the tables seem to have been serviced recently.

Pretty comfortable place for chilling play billiard and also dart, they also got internet cafe here to play online game. 1 hour pool cost aud 18. To play dart the machine need you to insert coin, the cost is depend of your type of play. You need to leave your id in order to borrow the darts, and if you dont bring any coin you can also change ur notes to coin at their counter.

Awesome. Popular, very popular. Massive groups crowd the game area. Tables are kept in very good order and the house cues and balls are immaculate. There is a computer gaming section that is quite popular also, I am not too familiar with the games they provide but it seems to host all types of hardcore gamers choices. They sell pool equipment of a high classed standard. There is also a milk bar here where you can get drinks and candy

This place had great customer service and provides high quality 9ft American style slate tables with expensive cues that will enhance your experience. There's not much choice other than maybe the pool place in China town. It's okay, prices are not that bad, I mean it is a popular place. The worst part is honestly the toilet, you can smell it if your table is anywhere near it.

Best pool hall in Sydney because it's the only pool hall in Sydney. Only offer American pool and Snooker. Place has the tendency to smell like urinal cakes but opens til 4am so you win some and you lose some.

The place is open and very atmospheric, the players are all friendly including staff, any help, they will offer in the best they can. A very good place for down time and enjoy yourself in and interact with other players and gain tips and improve your skill.

The travel to get here is a nightmare (Parramatta - Town Hall) but there's nowhere else i'd rather play Games at, The staff are incredibly friendly, Events are held often, The prices are some of the lowest in Central Sydney for an Internet Cafe and the sheer mass of Computers they have for you to use is insane. Quite alot of their PC's have problems that seem to persist even when you restart but if you can get past that its a supurb area to hang out in and play Games.
