This place was a little confusing to find, but once we got there it was all worth it. We were given a seat at the window with an amazing view of the Harbour Bridge by Camila, who was amazing and extremely attentive whilst also making the experience fun. Drinks came quickly and were BEAUTIFUL as well as tasty, the bar was just at our right, so we could also see the process and time that goes into making each drink. When we were given our second drink of the night we were also surprised by Eisha, who topped our night off with free shots, on the house. This place seems a little pricey at first, but would do it in a heartbeat again after witnessing the care and passion that the staff have for their customers nights out. Well worth the money and walk up the stairs. Thank you so much for making our night so special, especially Camila and Eisha. We will be back!

lovely hidden gem :) got cocktails 'mango no. 5' which was delicious, and the 'blue lagoon' which is also nice!! offers plenty of small share foods, i got the sweet potato chips with chipotle sauce. it was a good size, though there are some dishes i saw which were essentially snack sized. really rustic, colorful and modern environment, id love to come back:) only irk is that the menu is a laminated piece of paper with a qr code, like bro just give us an actual menu please 😪 im sick of scanning things all the time

Delicious cocktails! Some of the best I've had. Incredible view of harbour Bridge. Food was good too - but the guacamole and salsa quantity for the nachos was way too small for 5 ppl so we asked for more so. If there's more than 2 of you definitely ask for more.

Very beautiful location & great cocktails. We loved the happy hour! I'm just sad they take bookings just for groups of minimum 5 people. My partner and I really wanted to book but was not possible. In my opinion Hacienda is way overrated. Good for drinks, food is actually below average and expensive. While the view is good, there are many places with better views of the harbour- you can't even see the Opera House.

Me and two of my friends came for a cocktail night and was served by the amazing Shanel. She was so lovely and amazing and was so happy to recommend the best cocktails on the menu. If you come her you have to ask to Shanel to be on your table if you want an amazing night!

Pros: Great view and interior decor. Decent selection of snack options. I'd recommend this place for drinks before dinner. Cons: Cocktails are very expensive and we didn't particularly enjoy them. That may in part be because we had to wait 25 minutes for our drinks, despite both myself and my partner approaching the waiter multiple times and following up. We visited on a Monday night and it seemed like there were too few staff to cater to the number of patrons at the time, despite there being only a small number of patrons.

Great place to come for cocktails and a boogie-house and dance music, in the Pullman Grand Harbor Sydney-5 star luxurious Hotel. Hacienda niteclub. Dance area too small would be my only negative however. Service;Great cocktails, (try the Fresa Spritz $20.00)- great vibe, great service and great doorman opens the door for you - which is a nice touch. Cleanliness; place looked neat, clean, I'll n order. Looked good, also u can book seats for large crowds. Value for money; 20.00 cocktails, usual for the area. Expect to pay around 20 for cocktails. X-factor;Great views of Sydney harbor bridge and harbour/ ferries. Could easily stay here all night...will be back and stay as a guest next time. Memorable night with memorable friends. Brilliantly located bar overlooking circular quay with great seating options but unfortunately this is where the positives end. The service (we went on a Sunday afternoon when it wasn't too packed) was very poor. As you walk in the 2 ladies at the door were too busy in conversation with each other to bother helping guests find a table and the bar tender looked like he was being held there against his will when asked to make cocktails 🍹 which the place advertises as their specialty. I had the Peruivian (pisco sour) cocktail which was interesting but a tad too heavy on the absinthe and clove garnish. Overall I would not recommend Hacienda but I've given it 3 stars for its spectacular view and great seating options

Amazing bartender and I wish there were more like him, Elias suggested an amazing Australian shiraz-based gin Negroni. Very knowledgeable about cocktails and giving tips for Sydney. Ask for this guy to make your drinks, he'll get you sorted! The view is pretty nice during the afternoon and it is a very pretty place. Went three times during my stay in Sydney and the second time we were turned away because one person in the group had on black sandals. It was in the afternoon and no one was there plus was really bad because I had talked up Hacienda to the group since my last time there was great. Dumb door policy but had a great time with the cocktails and staff was very pleasant.

Easily my favourite cocktail bar in Sydney! The drinks are top standard and the view does not get any better. Their wine selection offers a great selection as well. I've stayed there for hours on end. There are also plenty of food options that compliment the food. Must try the popcorn chicken. The only downside is the service speed. But in the grand scheme it's a golden treasure.

Lovely staff with poor overall service. At 12.30pm on a Sunday with expected full reservations and two events, we were told most things have run out, including some alcohol. Given that, location and vibe is good. Not suitable for groups lunch or dinner once the available 3 tables are taken but good for drinks.

Some of the best views of Sydney. Everytime I go they treat me very good. The staff is amazing and the cocktails are tasteful. They have a Portuguese bartender who's great. And the waiter, Daniel, is always taking care of my needs. The atmosphere is quite enjoyable. Quite fun to be the bar of a hotel. I place you must visit.

Booked a table for anniversary. The view was good and the staff was friendly enough. We had 2 cocktail which was also pretty good. We then ordered the wagyu beef and my girlfriend the salmon crudo. The salmon was actually better than average, but the burger was horrible. It was cold and dry. Had to keep drinking to wash it all down. Stay away from the burger!

Beautiful venue, great decor, lovely view at sunset. It took 35-40mins to get 3 drinks which I found we overly sweet. There was next to no service at the table and I had to go to the bar to signal staff as there is no service at the bar either. Staff did not check on the table again for another 30mins. Would perhaps visit and order a bottle of wine to buffer the lack of service.

Great views and delicious cocktails! However, the service was not the best. For an upmarket venue it was quite disappointing. When we arrived we had our order taken (a bottle of sparkling) and although there was only one other group there at the time it took 15min to arrive. We then had to go to the bar for the next few bottles and let them know we wished to order food because we couldn’t get the attention of the waiter, they really should check in from time to time to see if we wanted anything. Although the food was nice it was heavily overpriced for what we got. The tuna and avocado tacos although delicious were literally about 3-4cm long. I actually laughed when they came out! Lovely venue and great views, as it was our girls Christmas catchup (kid free!) we were keen to keep drinking but we gave up waiting to have our order taken so we went elsewhere in the end :(

Great views! Funky cocktails! Food, I can only comment on what I ordered.. Pumpkin arancini balls- they were to the small side, the breaded coating was quite tough. Haloumi stuffed peppers- this was more of a ricotta-like creamy cheese, wasn't any significant. Tuna Tacos- was ok, the taco itself was tough and just missing some citrus to cut through the raw fish. Cassava chips with salsa- this was unexpexted. We were expecting deep fried cassava chips. What came out was very similar to the Asian puffed put prawn chips but more dense and stale. It definately did not go well with a salsa side. Sweet potato fries- this was probably the only normal thing we ordered. Charcuterie platter- wasn't worth. We had 3 types of cheese, the size of a finger. The cold cuts were not of quality..

Staff are super friendly and bar staff are pretty cute. All well trained and helpful. Cocktails are refreshing and the views are lovely over the harbour. To get that coveted insta photo on the pink couches may require a group booking. I would highly recommend a group sitting to get great seats. Best in the day time to get the most of the view and the decor at this venue. Situated above street level, a short stroll from the Opera House or circular quay train station. Parking would be best at the Opera house. Not a child friendly venue but a fabulous spot to go with your girlfriends.

I went to Hacienda last night on a date and must say the cocktails were delicious and the atmosphere was great. I will say that last drinks was at 9 and the lights were raised and we were pretty much asked to leave at 9:45. I understand that on a Tuesday night it’s not your busiest time but to rush your customers that were actually there out the door was very disappointing.

I want to give a huge shout out of thanks to the staff of P&O & the Hyde Hacienda Sydney, for helping my beautiful friends Keri & Jason have their wedding. The wedding was suppose to be on the P&O Explorer, however, due to the "C" virus all cruises were cancelled so it was looking like the wedding wasn't going to be able to happen. These wonderful staff members & some of Keri & Jason's friends rallied together & in 48hrs managed to pull together an absolutely stunning service & reception for K&J. We are all so very grateful for everyone's help in making their special day go ahead. You all did a terrific job.

Nice looking place and nice views but I hate how busy it always is and always so crammed and have to be on a long waiting list to get seating. But it’s understandable as it is a small area in a prime location. I recommend going early and putting your name on the seating list. Their glasses that they serve drinks in are nice and heavy.

After a beautiful Christmas breakfast with mum, we decided to stop in at the Pullman Quay Grand, for an impromptu coffee break in the gorgeous Hacienda . We had spent Christmas morning at the Pullman a couple of years ago and after telling everyone how much we loved it, today seemed like the perfect time to share it with mum. Impeccable service and welcomed us with warm arms regardless of the fact Christmas lunch was near. Our fears of imposing were not even a thought after we were quick to be seated and shown how hospitable an establishment the Pullman is. Hotels everywhere could learn a whole lot here. WOW what a view! was the first thing I thought when stepping into the Hacienda Bar on my first visit. To add to the beautiful summer afternoon vista, a cruise ship was moored across the Quay and over the course of a couple of bottles of wine, it gracefully reversed into Sydney Harbour before our eyes Let me just say that as the view is expensive, so are the prices. However, for a group of friends who don't see each other often it didn't matter. The staff were discreet and efficient and allowed us to eat, drink and chatter away at our own pace. The food, Cuban / American / Latin fusion, was well presented (particularly the tuna ceviche and tortilla) and with an extensive cocktail and drinks menu, all garnished with a beautiful view over Circular Quay, the Hacienda Experience was well worth it.

My first time here and I can say without a doubt that this place is awesome! It has a nice view of the quay, the selection of drinks will satisfy all patrons and the venue, thanks to the verandas, feels very fresh. It's going for a fresh Cuban vibe. Although there are cigar boxes scattered around theach venue, the toxic smell of cigars is non existent thanks to our smoking laws -- a godsend for all who don't want their clothes smelling lIke an ash tray. The staff are great but be aware that a lot of the patrons here order cocktails so expect a lengthy wait. Overall this is a place I'll gladly revisit again and again.

Great venue for a beautiful sunny day. Went on a weekday afternoon and it was very lovely. My main issue was that my meal wasn’t what was advertised, the fish of the day option isn’t what is actually advertised so best to ask what it comes with as it’s not at all what’s listed on the menu - saffron potatoes, green beans, plaintain and chorizo are listed on the menu but the fish was just served with a few pieces of asparagus and tiny carrots. Another thing to be mindful of is that the meals also came out at seperate times so some people finished their meals before others received theirs.

Two for cocktails on a Friday afternoon. I'm still a little confused about the booking situation. Online it said no bookings for two people on a Friday, but there seemed to be tables booked for people. It's a beautiful outlook, but faces west so the afternoon sun can be intense. Bar snacks were nice. Cocktails were lovely and the bar staff very friendly, but lack of table service meant someone was constantly queuing at the bar. Table service for a $20+ cocktail doesn't feel like too much to ask. The cocktails come in very small glasses.

We were a walk in and needed to wait around an hour for a table. Disappointed when we were provided a small table for quite a large group. Not enough room for our food and drinks meaning we had to eat on our lap. There is no way that you can order food without a table as the plates are quite large. Waitress insisted that we start a tab when we were seated. If this is a condition of a table, it should be stated up front. Waitress agreed to allow us to order and pay individually. The miami burger was dry. Sweet potato chops under cooked and underseasoned. The "prawn skewers" were actually mini sugar cane prawns, not the real deal. The ceviche was amazing but didn't match with the charcoal tortillas. Overall nice place with a nice view but definitely more potential. Most staff were friendly and helpful.

Hacienda is great for a drink and a view. We had a group booking of about 13 and the service was slow, the servers were overwhelmed and the food came out late so after snacking for 2 hours we were too full to enjoy the massive platters that finally arrived. The quality of the food was average and they had no vegan options besides hot chips. The only things worth boasting about are the sunset view of the harbour bridge and the Passionfruit Caprioskas, which is a shame, because I had much higher expectations for such a well located and hyped up venue.
