Have been going for years, every Sunday $10 special, kids eat free. You put up with the cheap tables & chairs the simple drink options & very basic premises. You laugh off the fact they stuff your order up every-time because it was a cheap feed. However now no specials no kids eat free but still cheap everything else. Sorry Tav we are going elsewhere. Can’t increase prices when you improve nothing else.

Went on a Tuesday night and they had a special in the restaurant which was 2 for $24. (On about 6 or 7 menu items) It was great having a choice of either mashed potato or potato bake as an option as well. Had the California topper on my schnitzel, but the prices aren't discounted despite the special offers. Still worth getting though. My family enjoyed their meals as well. I took off one star as the main pokie room is a smoking area, and the non smoking section only had a few machines.

Must be under new owners. The Tavern very clean great meals friendly staff. Meals took 30 minutes to get our lunch out.

The food is good and also is good value for the cost. I had a chicken schnitzel and vegetables for lunch today(27th February). I have been to other places for lunch and they charge at least double for the same meal. You want food that is good at a reasonable cost then try Maryland's Tavern. They do have dinner specials on every day so visit the Tavern to see what is on special for the day that you visit.

I love this recent find! We went to trivia & was brilliant. We had a blast! The service is fast, regardless of how busy they are and the food is totally scrumptious. And really affordable prices. On the cheaper side! Even if they raise there prices we would still go, the servings are very generous. Not much of a place to look at, definitely attracts all types(!) But everyone is happy and I've never witnessed any problems. Staff are super friendly, it's like walking into a bistro run by your Aunties!! Great place to take kids, I saw a group of people have a adults table and a smaller height, equally as long kids table beside them! Take things for the kids to do - no play area, but I think that's part of the charm. Kinda old style..10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First time I ate here was great. Unfortunately they cannot keep up with the multitude of orders for mothers day. -Entrees were awsome. -Snitzels would have been lovely if they weren't cold. -Maryland Burgers both dishes had under cooked red patties. -kids didn't get their meals untill all the adults had finished their meals. Management were lovely and quick to try to resolve our complaint.

We came here after West’s Leagues wouldn’t let us in because our IDs are digitised. This place has great priced meals, friendly and knowledgeable staff, easy sign in for COVID19, Great vegetarian options and a happening atmosphere. When a mistake was made with our meal they were proactive and resolved it immediately. I will be back every time I’m in town. Thanks guys!

Absolutely spectacular food, I might be bias towards pub food but the Maryland Tavern is definetly one of my new favourites! The meals were fantastic for all of us who had them, the service was fantastic and they had some great music with a mixture of 80’s, 90’s and early 2000’s hits. I highly recommend the Maryland Tavern as people did to me before I visited but it is definetly worth visiting.

Food is usually pretty good. But this place is in real need of a renovation. The line up to order a meal can last forever and quite often people walk out because there just isn’t any tables available. It is a popular place for local families and it would be really nice to see a more kid friendly area. This place could be making a lot more money if only the owners would spend a little on it.

I loved this place, had such a good culture. I use to head down on a Tuesday night and you could watch the dart players and have a chat, it had a real great atmosphere New management came in and ruined it and treated us like **** still a nice way place but geez take care of people and stop making assumptions cuz we were young (<21) that we were just trouble
