First time customer, wonderful large reasonably priced, well-cooked meals. Best Lemon & Lime bitter drink, I have ever tasted. Welcoming & helpful staff, clean & tidy venue, large play / outside area for children. Covid safe dining. Fantastic live music, great dining experience, tables cleared and tidy when meals were completed. I will be a returning customer, thank you for a fantastic evening out.

Attended the hotel last night for a birthday dinner. It was fabulous! The staff were fantastic, the food was incredible, I could not believe how much there was. The prices were great. It was a really relaxed night, with a family friendly vibe. Would recommend to anyone looking for great food and a fun night.

The update to the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Much more in tune with the changing population and more tailored for families. Slightly on the pricier side for food but it is delicious, well presented and came out quick. Sadly for the price, not much care was given to the steak which was often overcooked and a bit dry. Drinks were very well priced. Cocktails were well made. Front door staff were lovely but not all staff seemed to be having a good day.

5 stars for service everyone was super lovely from the door to the bar. Super helpful. That alone pushes this to 5 star rating. Food this time around was a 4. Chips hot and crunchy but the steak sandwich was a bit sad; the ends were mostly empty and I felt it was a bit flat tasting. My friends schnitzels did look good though. Watermelon lychee cocktail was delicious and can be ordered from the back bar from 5. Would like to try the other cocktails. Could have been bigger it was that good. The spaces were clean and spacious and very comfortable and accomodated our large group well indoors. Outdoors by evening was quite pleasant on a summer evening.

Staff are friendly and well presented. I was given the suggestions of the cheaper trade lunch specials, but opted for a menu listed item. I took the classic pub schnitzel but added the clubhouse topper which was one of several topper options. Food was made timely and presented well. Chicken was cooked through and was still moist and full of flavor, even though batter had crispy edges. Salad had a mild non overpowering dressing which is a plus for me. Meal cost $22.00 plus $7.00 for the topper. Signage around the establishment clearly inform patrons of specials, upcoming events and directions of utilities around the hotel. Bar, restaurant, kitchen and tables are clean and well presented. Tables were not overcrowded with gambling or promotional material. Smoking area is adequately designated away from non smoking patrons and no smell of smoke lingered through the hotel. Toilets first appearance appeared fine, but are in need of a detailed clean, especially on wall surfaces and silicone joints, where mould is starting its presence. The floor wastes and plug and wastes in sink are dated and clogging with grime and dirt from foot wear and use from time. BEER - beers were poured as a two pour and held head well in the Narellan Hotel branded glasses. No taste of dirty lines, so either recently cleaned or regular service to keg room and lines. WINE - I was solo on this visit so am unable to comment STAFF - knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Colleagues have banter and friendship showing the establishment is a nice place to work with. MANAGEMENT - were present throughout my short visit. Hands on management as opposed to other venues running via security system. FOOD - timely, hot, tasty, pricing I would not like to see go any higher but meet the price to ratio to quality range. As always gambling is not applicable for me but the systems and availability appear to be working and functional. Overall a neat and tidy establishment which presents well and embraces the community.

Great pub! The fresh Carlton Draught from the tank goes down well while watching the footy and boxing. The giant Chicken Schnitzel, Chips and Salad is unbelievable value at $12 on Monday and Tuesday nights. And during the pandemic, you can get it to take away! Big verandah out the back is the best place to relax on a sunny afternoon.

Got told the brisket nachos were killer. I was not lied to!! Also killed the toilet bowl when they made there way out in the morning.. yikes!! First night h t out in months due to covid. Loved the outdoor long tables for my daughters birthday catch up. Staff were so accommodating when we asked for a table indoors as the night went on so we could enjoy the live music. The artist, Luke Robinson, was great! He took requests and even sung happy birthday to our girl. Great food. Vegan options were lovely too. Food was quick to be served and value for money. Cocktails were great too.

We had a booking with 30 people on the shaded veranda for Sunday lunch. It's a pleasant hotel where food and drinks are ordered at the bar. Food is reasonably priced and tastes good, the burgers and steaks were a hit with our group. Staff were helpful, friendly and service was quick. Easy check-in and wardens for current Covid restrictions. Plenty off street parking, children's outdoor play area with dining tables nearby.

Im giving 5 stars cause it was great, but I ordered the pork belly all in all it was great and I was super excited for the crackling, but unfortunately it was burnt to a crisp which put me off it. Other than that the meat was really tender and the sides were beautiful.

Really lovely 'pub' - modern decor in a relaxed setting. Nice and clean - they clean the tables - hooray! So tired of eating at dirty tables in Australia. Food was great - steak cooked perfectly with mash and veg $15 on Mondays - hard to beat. Good selection of wines for a non- beer drinker. Something for everyone in this excellent ' concept' pub, bar and restaurant.

I went there for the first time in 15 years last Sunday for lunch with family and friends. The food was great with a fantastic outdoor area at the back of the pub that you can hire out for functions. Great atmosphere with a good crowd of people enjoying their day having a quiet beer and a bite to eat. I will definitely be coming back you in the near future.

We held a 30th Birthday party there and the event manager Karen was so helpful from beginning to end. Let me start by saying, what I was served up was not pub food. The food was fabulous, bosicolla schnitzel and aside of mash and veg. I eat out alot and the mash was first class and delicious. The snitte was crumbed to perfection. Please don't change the serving size it is perfect however, it is alittle pricey. The atmosphere was relaxed. Well done Narellan Hotel, I will be back !

Went for a private function. So only finger foods were served. Could not compare anything. A ramp is needed at the back to get to the veranda. Having to walk through cigarette smoke smell was disgusting and caused me to have breathing difficulties.
