Nice little pub with an upstairs balcony with a street view. We had lunch here ..food was very good..reasonably priced and service was friendly and prompt.

Just visited here for the first time to collect our vegan Christmas hamper and decided to have lunch too. OMG the menu here is spectacular! So many pub classics and all vegan! I had the chicken parmigiana and it was awesome. The wife had a burger and loved it. The restaurant area upstairs is huge and the whole place has that old country pub vibe, right down to the old thick green carpet which creaks underfoot with every step. I will be heading back here frequently to sample all the food on offer and to chill on the balcony with a few beers.

Shannon the manager is always a pleasure. Good service great clientele. Music on weekends makes the pub a it a good place for a quiet drink or to meet friends. All the staff are attentive and polite. The restaurant is great and service a dream. I highly recommended The Red Lion Hotel for a function or just a fun outing. I've even seen film crews and.actors making a scene for TV there.

Nice food and atmosphere. We went to the Red Lion for a birthday celebration and sat upstairs. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. It was good pub food and we all enjoyed our meals. Standouts were the salt and pepper prawns, the chicken schnitzel and chicken salad. Some more vegetarian/pescatarean options would be great. The staff were friendly and efficient. Great place to catchup with friends for an easy meal and a few drinks.

Love this place! Every time I come here to eat it's always amazing food, along with friendly staff, superb cocktails and great atmosphere. Lovely balcony to have a beer in the sun, or if you feel head on downstairs to sit on a couch by the fire. Been here a few times now and will continue to come back.

WOW what a find...just had an awesome lunch on the upstairs balcony...music, cocktails and sun! I had the gnocchi with Greek salad, so yum! Staff were super friendly especially at the bar upstairs. Definitely will be back soon to try the parmi heard it was hand crumbed.

Red Lion is one of my favourite local pubs. This establishment has many amenities to take advantage of, including fully stocked bar with reasonably priced beverages, bistro upstairs, TAB, a pool table, darts, and gaming machines. Furnishings in the pub are very comfortable. This Pub has a lot of character and is popular with local trade.
