Then used there mortgage broking team and they refinanced my loan from ANZ paying 4.84% to BOQ at 3.59%. This saved me over $6,000 a year plus got given a $1250 cashback on top. Their financial planners sorted out my income protection, life and TPD. They then got their buyers agents to find me some wonderful investments.
