Great venue, the live band (Brown Sugar) & DJ Trey were on point.
1st time there & all staff we encountered were professional, attentive & friendly.
It was that good - I forgot to take photos haha.
See you in the near future!
M. C.We went here for a work function, with a set finger food menu, cocktail options, and an open tab.
The food quality is great, especially the mushroom and truffle arinchini balls.
The bar team were pretty quick and appropriately staffed, and catered to our needs.
The view of the QVB is pretty, and it's nice to have some indoor/outdoor space.
I'd go again.
I. A.We went just to have a drink before our booking at THe GLASS and was the best decision we could have taken! I recommend this place 100% for a drink whilst enjoying a nice city view!

S. S.Zeta bar is one of my favourite bars in the heart of Sydney located at the Hilton hotel. The roof top bar has great views of the Queen Victoria Building (QVB). Love the classy ambience and great range of cocktails. Love it.
A. K.Classy and upmarket bar inside The Sydney Hilton and within the heart of the CBD. Zeta Bar is the perfect venue for drinks with a good selection of spirits at reasonable prices. The views across to the glorious QVB make for a delightful backdrop to a drink.

K. H.Incredible venue and Decor. Extremely stylish internally and externally. They have a large variety of drinks including exotic creations like smokey bacon cocktails. Can be a bit pricey however it's a great place to start the night. Only issue is the lighting with some corners of the bar being quite dark. Small amounts of standard bar food just for snacks.

Just go to the Marble Bar downstairs, better atmosphere.
M. K.Nice bar with good selection of cocktails and wines. Seating overlooks George Street and faces the QVB. Unfortunately all positives can be undone by poor staff attitudes. My partner and I visited Zeta bar on Saturday in the late afternoon and the place was quiet with a handful of people enjoying a quiet drink, we took a seat at the front of to take in the views and were immediately approached by a staff member who queried how many people would be joining us, when I said it was just the two of us we were told that the area we were seated in was not suited to just the two of us and that it is generally reserved for groups of 6 or more - she then asked us (albeit reasonably politely) to find another seat. I know it's a small thing - but if just felt wrong and so ruined a potentially great experience. Cocktails were good, staff were ok.
E. C.Amazing cocktails. Very nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. In particular Christian makes drinking here an unforgettable experience by "tailored mixing" your cocktail. Definitely a place to try if you are in Sydney.
N. S.A classic bar in Sydney, has been here for ages and to me is one of the best cocktail/hotel bars. The staff are great, with drinks to match. Plus they have a great outdoor terrace with an amazing view of the QVB at night. Which is still cozy and warm in winter. Keep up the good work guys.
M. F.Used to frequent this bar quite a bit years ago. Was disappointed to see it's gone very much downhill in the sense of vibe + crowd. Nobody was really there and I can only describe the place as being "dead".
Ordered some smokey old fashions which were served quickly and were enjoyable - nothing amazing though.
If you're local, its a nice venue to have a drink before moving on somewhere else. Otherwise best go to one of the many other venues close by.
L. A.Cool atmosphere. Friendly staff. Good crowd. Small private lounge areas for hire. Nice outdoor smoking area. Free entry when you stay at Hilton otherwise$25. Two dance areas. Age group 20-35. Awesome DJ.
G. N.Nice ambiance, but couldn't get anyone to take my double scotch order so I left. Bar staff seems focused on people coming to them vs vice versa. I took my $60 drink order elsewhere.
R. C.The barman told me my drink was 12 and at the end was 24. He gave me the price per shot and put 2. So the price was ok but should have been clearer from the beginning. I would have ordered something different. The place was still great.
T. A.Handsome tall asian man, very nice and helped us decide which drinks to get. Very good descriptions of the drinks, I really enjoyed this experience. After our first round of drinks, we trusted his choices and let him choose/surprise us with the rest of them.
M. K.Pretentious bar in the Hilton. This used to be a favorite but we don't bother with it anymore. It's a shame because the location and view are superb. The waitresses act like they're doing you a favor by placing your order. They speed walk through and avoid eye contact. To get them to make a pit stop at your table, you practically have to send up a flare. She'll stop for a micro second so you better be quick. The last few times the wait staff have really turned us off. Who has time for that?
A. M.Zeta is a very classy place to sip a cocktail or whiskey. Don't go when it's too busy though, because the atmosphere isn't the same. There's a great range of cocktails, which are good but not Sydney's best. My favourite is to go before dinner, grab a lounge and have a drink or two and just soak it up. Beautiful people, beautiful drinks and a beautiful venue.

minus - too loud music first thing in evening , too many extra charges on the bill including "others " and "service charge "at $30 - what ??? also dress code is not imposed , two blokes sat next to us in full gym gear inc baseball caps yet it's supposed to be smart casual not Lycra love in ....
S. S.Zeta Bar is one of my favourite bars by far. The interior is amazing, one of the most beautiful venues in Sydney. The cocktail list is extensive and range of drinks amazing. The crowd is lovely. If you want nice hangout where you can enjoy yourself on a very different level - I would highly recommend this place.
K. M.Great place got a good night out, bit packed but in a good way. Bit of a wait with the lines if you come late but if you get there 10-11pm or eariler so you should be sweet. Cash only for entry which is annoying. Coat room is $5 so bring a bit extra or be ready to hold your coat all night (I held mine, forgot I was holding onto it 2mins later haha)
H. F.Zeta is probably the shiniest cocktail bar in Sydney: all polished surfaces and moody lighting. The cocktail list is far beyond the usual classics, with nods to prohibition-chic and smoky bacon inspired cocktails. The drinks are excellent, and there's a few snacks available to soak up the alcohol too. The downside is that parts of the bar are very dark - you may need the light from your phone to read the menu - and with such a big space service can be patchy if you're tucked away around a corner. Worth stopping by, but with so many really fantastic cocktail bars in Sydney, it has a lot to compete with.
C. T.On a warm evening, standing out on the balcony in the middle of the city is a bit special. Unless someone is smoking. But Zeta has a great range of cocktails, a number of seating areas and you can do cocktail-making classes there, which is quite fun for hens parties. Sometimes the DJ can get a bit too enthusiastic and you can't think what to order...
S. Y.Oh hey there fancy! So anyone who comes round here I hope ya'll have been saving up for the month or have a sugar daddy on your arm to pay for this place. Undoubtably some of the BEST cocktails in Sydney but it's a very elegant venue. So if you're looking to bump n grind or shake what your mama gave you then walk yourself straight back out!
H. N.I picture this fancy bar to be much more enjoyable when it is less busy. The spaced out seating and outdoor area overlooking George St help to make the place appear less crowded on busy nights. Drinks, especially their cocktails, like the sister bar Marble, are delicious and priced reasonably given the location. The décor here is much more modern and chic than Marble, allowing a nice change of feel to go from one bar to another. Dress code strictly applies here, so make sure to dress not-too-sloppy and wear covered shoes. And there is a person paid to hand out paper towels in the bathroom. Will try my luck again on a non-peak evening.
O. X.Impressive venue with nice balcony overlooking onto George Street. The music was very suited to the crowd and everyone seemed to be having a pumping night. The interior is modern and provides many seating areas. The drinks and the dance floor was amazing!
J. L.Cocktails were pretty average considering they were 25 bucks each, I guess you’re paying for the location. A real after work crowd too. If you want decent drinks, better off at Grandma’s, Stitch, Lobo, Mings etc.
D. P.Very beautiful interior with good music and nice view of the QVB. The sangria was probably one of the best I've ever had. The atmosphere was warm and although we missed the tango by a few hours, judging from the dancers dressed up and hanging out afterwards, it must have been quite a sight!
A. S.Our monster had his bday bash here the other night. Thanks to Mark n his team for an awesome evening. They have been helpful in prep n accommodating our various wishes/requests. Food came out punctually n spaced out correctly (didnt take all the food pics), open tab at the bar went without a hitch (that i know of). We had such a good time that they had to (politely) shooed us out past closing time. The youngsters seemed to enjoy the live band too, myself included (though i aint that young anymore).
T. N.If you feel like having a nice drink at a fancy place, then come to Zeta Bar. The place has high ceilings and glass everywhere. They have heaps of selections of cocktails and wines. Sit at the bar and order your drinks there and you can talk to the friendly staff.

T. W.A great place to hang out with friends, comfy lounge, private areas and an outdoor space to relax on a cool evening. I especially love their special themed Friday nights. In the past they have done "Extreme Cabaret", where the entire bar took on the sexy mystique of the 19th century underground look, guests got to enjoy prohibition-inspired cocktails, nibble on some delectable alcoholic treats and be entertained by juggling dwarfs, snake charmers, contortionist and burlesque performers. "Farmer's Market", where "Shoppers" are invited to wander through the stalls with a grocery bag and the option to select a few seasonally fresh fruits or vegetables, plus a herb or spice before heading over to the "Farmer's Market counter"; where one of the "Grocers" will mix and shake the contents of your grocery bag with your choice of spirits into an unique and delicious cocktail. And most recently Alto Tango, where you can drink bespoke cocktails and nibble on South American inspired food in a 1930's Buenos Aires setting.
J. A. M.Beautiful open rooftop overlooking the Queen Victoria Building, wonderful for drinks on a balmy Sydney afternoon. Expect it to be pricey, as with most hotel establishments. I always enjoy the innovative cocktails here: including anything from pistachio & rockmelon (liquer, nuts and ice cream on the side), to gunpowder (smoked in a cloche) to bacon and maple syrup. Take a date!

E.Great place, went on a Friday night and was initially dreading the crowds and the overly loud music but it was an excellent atmosphere... great live music, the room with the fireplace was cozy and perfect to catch up with friends.

N. B.Friendly staff until it turns into the night club. People on the door taking money were quite rude. Make sure you k ow where the toilets are cause if make a wrong turn they will make you pay to come back in.

L. D.Zeta Bar is located in the Hilton Hotel and there is usually a line outside to catch the lift up. The cocktails here alright but they are quite expensive. You probably come here for the atmosphere and the view. The rooftop bar is nice outside to chill with mates
