Always a great feed at this shop. Chips are always cooked to perfection. As for the hamburgers, my goodness. Lets say you cant always finish the chips after the hamburger,as much as we try. So filling, and tastes like a proper hamburger with all the trimmings. Yummo. Owners are fantastic people as well, who take pride in what they serve.

The young girl, wearing black, working at 2pm today mady my day. I ordered the 2 flakes with chips and squids (bucket hat). I wanna say I'm very grateful for the awesome service. I've just moved from Sydney and hands down I can't get enough of this place, great price and quality of food is amazing. I've had the fish and chips from here and I can't compare this to any other take away . I recommend the grand slam with the lot. The chips don't feel greasy and leave you feeling good

One of the few good fish shops left - I'm a regular of these guys and my fav is minimum chips and 1 - 2 butterfish. Food is always excellent, well cooked and tasty. Just a tip regarding a place to enjoy your treat. There is a great shady spot (with a choice of three seats) at Seaford. The only slight downer is its 10 mins away, but worth it. The food won't go cold.

Had an amazing experience here! It was my first time trying fish and chips in Australia and I have been here for 2 years. Wish i had found this place earlier. About the food-butterfish and chips were cooked to perfection and so was the prawn panko and onion rings! The price was great and the portions were fantastic! I'd like to Thank the two ladies behind the counter who had done an amazing job in serving me! I guess from here on this will be the only place from where i will ever have fish and chips! :D Keep up the great work ladies! :)

We just moved over from country Vic- this was our first beachside fish and chips experience, and we were expecting a great feed. No complaints here! Service was friendly and obliging. Fish was beautiful and fresh, batter absolutely delicious and light, and the potato cakes (fritters to you) we’re amazing. We’re so glad this is our new local take away joint. We loved everything about it.

Oily food nice Greek potato salad. Most food battered. Small shop fits only 3 people due to covoid need to wait outside warm to hot. No place to eat inside. I took out to car parked in shade and had air conditioner on.

The Australian fish & chip shop Delicious the best fish & chips, we have ever had.. OMG not oily.. the fish was fresh (not pre cooked) and the batter was crispy and had flavour. The chips are thick and crispy. They were busy, but this time of year to be expected, as they are near the beach. Definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend that you try them out for yourself. Standout and by far the best fish & chips.

ALWAYS great burgers, fish, chips and potato fritters! Even when they are busy, which is most often. We live abt 15 min drive away so tend to eat our food at the nearby beach. We prefer to buy from here rather than our local places. Nice, clean premises, staff are efficient and friendly and top jotch food. The perfect combo!

Would have to be one of the best fish'n chip shops in the south. Always great service and food to match. Went back there after a couple of years and they still remembered my wife as she placed our order.

We have going here for years . The fish is usually pretty good . I would avoid the cheapest filets and go with the local gummy shark as a starting point . Minimum chips with a piece of fish each feeds about 3 . Prices are reasonable.

The food is excellent but is too highly priced. For instance, a piece of king George whiting is over $9 plus a further 80 cents to grill it. At the nearest local fish shop, King George Whiting is $6.50 plus grill. Same applies to a hamburger. Hamburger with egg & onion which is fairly standard is over $9,, the nearest fish shop where the food is almost as good charges $6.50 for the same order and only the burger with everything on it goes to $9. This is not value for money and I will not be back.

One of the best fish and chip shops around. Fish: big, good texture and flavour. Batter: tasty and crisp. Chips: crisp outside and nice. Will be back - prefer a dash more salt on chips.

First time here. Decent fish and hamburger. Very average chips. I love tabouli and always order this salad to have with my chips when ever i get fish/chip take away. I must say this is the worst tabouli i have ever had. Funny taste and WAY too much wheat !! Especially for the cost. Brighton fat chicken, just down the road, have at least just as good fish and burgers but with better chips and WAY better tabouli. Great taste with emphasis on parsley instead of rubbish wheat, as tabouli should be. Also they have a better range of salads. Not to mention cheaper prices. Probably wont be going Australian Fish & Chip Shop again. Maybe for a burger or piece of fish.
