Nice small place near tram station and uni. Pretty good food with affordable price. The board said that Student will get discount for food. Which is nice. The waitress quite friendly and the food pretty nice. And the food came pretty fast. Looks like combination between Chinese food and Vietnamese food. Overall it's a good place to eat.

Very tasty Banh Mi rolls. The staff are very nice and it is not expensive. The restaurant has plenty of seats inside with tables and booths. As well as some outdoor seating. The location is a little bit out of the way if you don't live or work nearby, but it's a good place worth going to. I feel like they are under appreciated, and I plan on going there again.

Very good laksa and pho. The banh mi is excellent with the roll just right and the pork meat tender and the crackling crisp. It's just opposite the Botanic Garden tram stop on North Terrace. If you like looking out for the really good banh mi for lunch, this is one for the list.

Food quality went down. Service is super slow and they still do surcharge for contactless payment. I might not recommend this place until things improve... I have been eating here since they was just opened so I feel quite disappointed.
