Grill’d at Norwood is a great and proximal place to have a nice bite! I’ve found this particular location is consistent with their quality and always has friendly, welcoming staff. The chips are crunchy and sufficiently seasoned, the spicy mayo is sweet and tangy, and the chicken burgers are crunchy, flavoursome and a perfect balance of ingredients. Make sure you download their app and claim your rewards (free drink if you’re a student)! Will always be my favourite local burger joint - their burgers always feel more genuine and clean.

Good burgers that have been shrunk compares to pre covid, can have long wait times even though they don't seem busy.

As you can see both buns were burnt which made for difficulty in keeping the burger together. First mouthful had the top of it falling everywhere. The chips were served with far too much salt. While the service was appreciated we had barely finished our last mouthful when the offer to take our plates was given. It wasn’t busy and we were still eating our chips. The plates could have stayed til we finished our full course. Tables were clean and the staff were friendly.

Got this note with my order after menulog took ages to collect the delivery, I was probs waiting an hour or so. This is great customer service despite it not being their fault. So thanks Grill'd! Also the beyond meat burger was super tasty, is if you are into fake meat I can definitely recommend.

This was average. We had the Wagyu burger, and it was soaked in sauce - it was more like sauce with a burger. Service was good, friendly and helpful. No cutlery provided, and no salt or pepper. Good atmosphere. Lots of families there. They're advertising dinner & a movie for $25 - movie tickets are $10 and the most expensive burger in the deal was $13.50, so not sure where the deal is there!

Always a good experience at my favourite burger place! Quick service and delicious as always. 🍔 I always go for the brie and zen chicken sliders and the new HFC (healthy fried chicken) bites are delicious. Can't go past some sweet potato chips either. 🤤🤤

Love, love, love their burgers. The staff are fantastic and friendly. Took my 3 year old nephew there and they gave him colouring in before we ate and a car garage to play with after eating which kept him entertained while we chatted away. Wonderful atmosphere and love the way they give back to the community

10/10 for the amazing vegetarian and vegan options. Love it, especially in a burger place. And the food was tasty. Major complaint however that they use some throw away crockery and plastic for dining in. I won't go again for that reason.

Without question my favourite burger joint! The burgers are amazing and the service is excellent. I have a few food issues and they never complain when I ask for my burger to altered. The staff is so lovely. Especially Kylie, it makes my day when I go in there and I'm greeted by her smile. I don't even bother going anywhere else, why would I when I know that Grill'd Norwood will always get my order right.

Good burgers and chips (chips don'tcome with the burger so I definitely wouldn't consider it a cheap meal), a couple of beers to chose from and seating where you can actually talk to the people you're with. They also do a token system where you can vote for a charity that they will donate to.

Great place for lunch after a movie. Staff were lovely and she brought out colouring picture and crayons for my friends young daughter( kept her busy whilst we had lunch), burgers were fresh and very tasty ( one of the best veggie burgers I have tried), chips were amazing too, loved the herbs on them ( and free when presenting movie ticket). Price was great too. Will be going back. :-)

Excellent customer service. We went for the 2 for 1 burger promotion. We got two orders (4 Burgers in total), usually staff would've given us a long face for taking advantage of their promotion but they were nice and friendly. Toilet is super clean too. 👍

Painfully slow service. I love the food, have had some hot and misses but generally it’s good and life the alternate buns and healthier menu. The service is so slow, so slow it makes me want to make a burger myself at home rather than come here and wait....

We come here every week, but in the last couple of months, there's obviously been some staff turnover. Our meals frequently come out up to 10 minutes apart. Staff don't come past to ask if everything is okay with our meals anymore. Staff walk around aimlessly with our meals looking for table numbers. Obviously the masks make it difficult, but it seems like your floor staff need some training. We'll keep coming every week, but expect to see an improvement soon.

My partner and I came to grilld expecting a relatively normal night. We arrived and ordered fine, however apparently one of their grills caught fire and they had to restart just our order. So we waited 2 hours for our food to arrive only for the orders to be wrong. Nonetheless, a staff member was very polite and apologetic and offered us a free meal the next time we went. Even though the order was wrong the food was still nice.

Disappointed that they didn't have any beyond burgers as I was looking forward to giving them a go. I opted for the garden burger which was very nice but they didn't take account of my request to have no cheese or beetroot. They also wouldn't substitute the cheese for some jalapenos without extra charge. Bit tight really. [Update] Tom from Grill'd called me to apologise about the above and assured me that they do normally have the Beyond. Looking forward to getting back to try it out. Good customer service

A great rustic themed eating environment filled with happy staff and lively customers. The prices are reasonable for the quality and portion (approx 10to 15 Aud for a burger). The food is great but I would have to admit it's not the best in Norwood.

I went on a busy weekend, so understandably the place was a bit packed. Was seated in the corner right next to the entrance to the mall so was a bit noisy for my liking. Burgers were okay, the fries I got with them were great. A tad expensive, but the service was friendly and welcoming.
