The kids are doing a great job. Excellent customer service they always smile and greet people. They got my burger wrong that promptly replaced with the right one. The manager named "Laura" was excellent and did a great job in handling the situation. The burgers are nice and fresh during lunch and evening times. This is the best franchise in the neighbourhood. Whoever runs this place should be commended.

Friendly helpful Staff. Nice clean Hungry Jack's food area. Always yummy food. Only negative was that the Disabled toilets needed cleaning when I went in there...that was not good They were not busy. So Staff had time to check those things. Bit disappointing 😞 As nothing puts me off more than a dirty toilet! Yuk!

As far as HJs go this is one of the better ones. Always appears clean, never too crowded and a roomy dining room, worth a visit when you're hangin for a Whopper.

This morning I ordered 2 x BBQ breakfast wraps. These were the first I have ever had that were put together with absolute precision and care. Perfectly wrapped and toasted! Youd get 5 stars if i hadn't had to wait in the park for my order. However, i guess you can't rush perfection. Well done guys 👍👌

The place was old and I personally didn't like the environment to eat there. I went there in the afternoon and there was only 3 people and it was a bit busy. The burgers were made in a rush and all the salads and sauces were scattered all over the place. I would rather go to any OTR hungry jacks rather than going here.

Service was slow and slack at cleaning up a mess on the floor. 2 of burgers were cold. Only 1 small container of sanitizer on the counter and it was almost at the back of the counter. Sanitizer was not working All and all not a pleasant experience. 😪

Probably the BEST Hungry Jacks I have been to in SA. The quality of food is always excellent in both taste and presentation. You could pretty much take the burger out of its container and take a photo for presentation and advertising. Staff have always been friendly. The store has always been very clean and tidy on my visits. Decent little playground for children. I give it 5 out of 5 in comparison and relativity to other fast food takeaway businesses.

Decent food, quick service, decent staff. If anything is wrong they're happy to replace it. If you have an allergy they're required to clean everything and make sure as well as they can that it's free from cross contamination. RE: the guy complaining about being highly allergic to pickles - the onions and pickles are frequently touching, and without informing them that you have an allergy the gloves aren't changed between touching pickles and your burger. With such a high allergy maybe you could pick them off if it's wrong?

I came here to claim my free birthday whopper. I couldn't see the offer on the app on my phone anymore when I went to claim it. I was surprised as I was told that the offer would last two weeks. Luckily the manager still gave me one, even though she said the offer was only supposed to last for 24 hours.

I hate to say it but the burgers aren't better at Hungry Jacks. They have become completely tasteless somehow. You wait in line seemingly forever to order a drink they advertise but don't actually have because their machine has broken down - again. The store is largish and normally freezing. Decent size car park. Staff are a little slow to get to you.

1.13pm # 136 ordered an ULTIMATE Double Whopper at the window. Got home to find the order was incorrect. AS A FIRST TIME, LOCAL CUSTOMER I was so disappointed as I only received a Double Whopper cheese. No bacon which was my reason for purchasing the Ultimate.
