Wonderful quiet restaurant when we dined there on a beautiful evening. Saw Kangaroos on the golf course with the ocean beyond. Lovely staff and the food serving size was huge. Had Haloumi fries with butter chicken and basmati rice and the ham and pineapple pizza with dessert Almond and orange cake with a separate bowl of ice cream. Scrumptious food.

The place is now pub like and very casual. A simple menu and when we were there extremely noisy. My main stated that it came with noodles but when presented it had rice. The mains were tasty and especially the chicken schnitzel was huge. I then ordered the panacotta which came out broken. It looked disappointing. Nothing was said. The flavour of coffee and pears was very good. When asked how the meal was we mentioned the disappointment of the presentation of dessert. I was disappointed that I was just palmed off with this dessert and nothing said. Just disappointing that they will see what they can get away with that service is not of a high standard.

Really enjoyed our salmon and side of mushrooms and also side of veggies. We are in the restaurant part and the service was very good from the older guy (I think he was the manager) but the younger staff were just average. Some younger staff were good and others looked like they weren't sure what they were doing. It was busy and the manager worked out a way to fit us in which we were grateful for. Views were really good - overlooking the golf course and further away was the sea. Would definitely eat here again if in the area, hopefully the younger staff will be better trained and more confident in future.

Great food great service. Wait time could be improved. The menu caters for kids also, that has a great deal meal + drink + dessert = Perfect! The steak was cooked to perfection and was top tasting, the Prawns in kale was delicious and perfectly chargrilled, and the mussels in wine sauce with ciabatta bread was Devine! Bar could be stocked with more variety though. New management so definitely worth stopping here for a meal.

To be honest we were expecting a little more than a pub meal. The food was nice although the beef snitchzel was oily and not pleasant to eat, my 11 year old son did not finish his for this reason.

We love going for a drive and stopping in for a drink or two and a bite to eat in the Sports Bar. There's a fine dining experience as well with a beautiful menu - high-end prices with locally sourced ingredients. The location has a few different menus on offer - they also make wood oven pizzas which I can personally recommend; last time we were there we ordered a dozen oysters to share hubbie had a fish dish and I had the Vegetarian pizza - was the best I had ever eater. And my husband agreed - he's a pizza chef! Great views of the golf course and the local area, I would highly recommend this location for any season. We used to attend an Artisan market at the location - which we loved.

Thank you to The Peninsula Bar & Restaurant for making our family luncheon to celebrate hubby's 70th birthday a day to remember. With two fussy young grand children in the party, nothing was too difficult. Food and service was faultless. Well worth the 1-1\2 hour limo drive to Normanville to experience the hospitality and scenery. Special mention and thanks to our waitress Nikki-Lee for her superior service. Would definitely recommend.

Normally a good experience. But tonight was bad. Ran out of food. Food that did come out was missing ingredients (nachos). Linguini had no taste and took 1 and a half hours to get meal. Kids weren’t happy. Past experiences really good. But tonight the chef was having a bad night.

The most amazing food! The prices are great considering the quality of food you recieve! The table service is just as good, such friendly bubbly people. I highly recommend to anyone and i personally will continue to eat here regularly!!

An experience to remember. Amazing food. Pizza was delicious. Schnitzels are the best I have ever had and service there was 10/10. Staff are lovely and as for manager Rick he definatly made eating at his restaurant even better. Such a laugh and a pleasure to have a round. We will definatly be back just for him 😊

You must be loosing a lot of business as your Yankalilla & Fleurieu Link have the wrong telephone number. The only way we could book in was to visit the resort. The food & service was very good. The view was magnificent.

Our lunch of salt and pepper squid and barramundi was good, if a little over priced. The restaurant is rather cavernous and lacks charm, although there are great views over the golf course and Lady Bay beyond.
