We had dinner at Lonestar Port Adelaide to celebrate our son’s 19th birthday. Amazing food. The ribs are so good and very generous portions. We also got 2 glasses of bourbon & coke for free 😄 will definitely come back again ! Highly recommend :)

Went with the wife on the weekend and I would gladly go back again and recommend to anyone. I order the beef and ribs deal and for the price was worth it. Wife got the steak with bearnaise and avocado and couldn't even get through it. Service was the star of the meal, we were well looked after the whole time. Well done, we've been to the north Adelaide location and this one beats it by miles 🤙

In order to celebrate a friend’s birthday, Come in here since he like steak n ribs. The size of meals are pretty impressive, we barely finish our doses. The chips are amazing, probably one of the best I had in South Australia. The price, in general, is a little over our budget. But at least we have a pleasure meal. Would consider come back, maybe for another friend / family gathering?

Didn't have to wait to get a table. The service was quite good, with staff checking throughout the journey to ensure we had no issues as well as if we needed any further drinks etc. For the most part a great experience overall. The pepper sauce was liquid however and not really sauce or gravy consistency and that would be largely my only gripe. We are all well fed and enjoyed the atmosphere.

Had lunch here with a friend yesterday. I was really hoping for some good smoked slow cooked ribs. At best the ribs were mediocre. BBQ sauce was pretty tasty. But there is no way those ribs were cooked for 8 hours. They were tough and you had to cut the meat off of the bone. Normally should fall off the bone when you pick it up. Would give this one a pass.. Service was great so I may try something else from here if in the area.

My husband and I waited at least an hour for our meals. When they finally came, the steak (overpriced for starters) was over cooked - we both ordered medium rare and they were definitely well done. They had barely any flavour and came with little to no sauce. I honestly think we could have cooked steak better at home. A disappointing experience and we won’t be going back.

Easter Friday had a burger $14: lunch menu was charged $17 and $3 surcharges. I didn't realise until I got home. The burger was very nice and the chips were amazing. With many fond memories of the Lonestar Bar and Grill on the corner of South and Sturt Roads many years ago, I finally got here for a birthday. No sawdust and peanut shells on the floor at the new Lonestar but good food aplenty. Juicy steaks and mouthwatering schnitzels make the bulk of the mains along with a smattering of burgers and fish dishes. Americana entrees and a beer selection that is strong and perfect. The staff are hip and attentive and a joy to be with. However, their singing pipes need a bit of work though the effort was appreciated. The new version of Happy Birthday was glorious and suitably embarrassing. All in all, it was a great night full of fantastic food, fluids and fun. Highly recommend but if you want to miss the crowd, aim for a booking after 7.00pm.

It was pretty good. The four of us who ordered thought the food was great, although we were given so many chips that we couldn't finish them all. There isn't a toilet in the restaurant so you have to go to another nearby store if you need to go.

A fantastic family friendly venue, with an extensive menu, delicious food, fast and friendly service. I'd go so far to say the service was actually impeccable. Staff are very friendly and obliging and food is very tasty. Only negative is the unappealing side of dry cooked carrots plated up with steak dishes. Just no! Overall a great mainstream eatery for friends and family 👍

The atmosphere was very authentic for a steakhouse, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the menu has a range of options available not just steak but chicken burgers etc as well as a kids menu, they provide full table service the only thingacking is toilets you need to leave the premises and go into the shopping centre to use the facilities also be prepared to pay I went with a family of 2 adults 2 teanagers and 1 child of 8 it cost me $222 for dinner and an entree of garlic bread no desert however the food was amazing so if your willing to pay for quality food and service I would recommend this place
