One of the best cafés in The Parade! My family and I went there for breakfast. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner, who was really friendly. The food variety was good and you may wanna try some Italian dishes. The ice-cream variety was great. I was so tempted to have a scoop, but my special diet finally prevented me. As a picky coffee drinker, I found my coffee really nice. The meals are reasonably priced. Perhaps my suggestion to the owner is putting together a kid's menu. You can still order something for kids but I'd make up something just for kids.

Visited this cafe a couple of times when I was in the Norwood area. Very spacious place with outside seating available. The inside area is very nice and bright. Situated on the corner of The Parade and Osmond Terrace, the cafe is set slightly away from the busier section of The Parade. The cafe was not very busy when I visited the first time to have a coffee. On the second occasion it was a lot busier and most of the tables were occupied both inside and outside. Seems like a popular spot with the locals. Had a foccacia with salami, olive tapenade, bocconcini and tomatoes followed by a coffee ☕. You place your order at the front counter, provide your table number and pay in advance. The service is good, prompt and your food/drinks are brought out to your table. Definitely a cafe to visit if you are in or around Norwood. 👍👍👍👍👍

My mother-in-law had her 60th birthday here and we had such a good experience with exceptional service and food! My mother-in-law also had great things to say about the venue: "Sfizio on Parade, the best venue for a small function celebration. The food was extremely good, all guests were impressed by the quality and the quantity of dishes provided. The service was impeccable, the staff were very helpful and friendly, even when we had a mishap and spilled water on one of the table clothes- the table was cleaned and table cloth replaced with no fuss or bad feeling. We had a wonderful celebration today and many of our guests are planning to book Sfizio for future events - thank you very much Sfizio staff for a memorable celebration! We will definitely come again" ❤️🎂❤️💐🎉

At times the prices on menus can be confronting and you are left having to take a risk on what you get.... not at Sfizio. The perfect sizes are matched with precision, quality and most impressive; speed. The meals came out super fast, were better than one could imagine and I can't wait to be back. The table tried everything from vegetables (amazing variety and perfectly cooked), through tasty salads, tricky meats and baguettes. From the crunch of the bread to the spicing in a sauce it was all brilliant.

Cotoletta di vitello, salti in bocca alla romana, tortellini alla panna and spaghetti marinara, in my opinion are the best dishes you can find in Adelaide. Vegetables are perfectly cooked, meat and seafood come with great taste. Even during a so critical time this business is doing the best to keep customers satisfied and offers awesome opportunities. It's very rare these days to have the owner of a venue come out to greet and mingle with its customers, but at Sfizio, you'll often see the owner pop out from the kitchen to greet and chat with people. It's great, he clearly has a passion for what he does.

Went to Sfizio's with the wife for an early dinner on a Friday night. I've been here several times before and have always been impressed but was exceptionally impressed with last night's service & quality of food. We rang 10 minutes before arriving for our meal and they were able to secure us a table at such late notice, which in this climate is really amazing. The menu has an exceptional range to the point where you want to try 4-5 different things all at once. Very reasonably priced and they deliver on portion size. We had a 12" pizza, a penne bolognese, some garlic bread, and a couple of drinks on the side. The food came out within 5-10 minutes of ordering, had a perfect temperature and my pizza in particular tasted really fresh which is always appreciated. The waiter was very pleasant and the owner also appeared to be there welcoming, hosting and serving tables. Such a great atmosphere, really awesome food and can't recommend it highly enough. Will certainly be back again! Thanks a lot to the team there for all their hard work!

This place is nice. It is popular with the older generation because it is predictable (nothing fancy). The wife had a bruschetta which is just a piece of toast with a slice of tomato and knob of cheese. The 12yo and I shared a 15" pizza plus 3 soft drinks between us and the bill came to $65. So I would not put it in the cheapest eats category. I hate to say this but if it was my choice where we ate I would have chosen 400 Gradi, 200m up the road for the same price but table service and a swanky decor. Don't get me wrong, you will not necessarily be walking out feeling disappointed but you might not be walking away saying to yourself I must get back to this place.

Winter winner...phat chips , pescatore pizza and a bottle of Italian red for two. Chips extra crispy and the pizza topped generously with seafood on top of a tasty gluten free base ( I know that seems contradictory but for gluten free it was tasty). It gets busy inside but if you rug up there is always a seat outside under the gas heaters.

Was going for 2 stars but blame Uber and the delivery driver for the cold food as he made a stop along the way, adding 15 mins. So 3 stars. Pizza was great, just stone cold. The staff added ZERO chilli even though it was stated for both dishes. The marinara not so tasty/bland. Do you even use garlic? $63 not so worth it. Perhaps I will aim to eat in and edit my review

Brilliant pizzas. Really friendly and attentive service and reasonable prices. A while back Mum and I went to wait while my Dad had heart surgery. In comparison to other Italian cafes, this is one of the best by far. My lunch was delicious as was my coffee, and my friends pizza was great too. Sure some of the pasta dishes seem quite pricey, but I hear they are delicious too. Staff are great, and everyone is polite and friendly including the owner. He's got a good sense of humour. It's in a great spot along the Parade, perfect for people watching and with a good amount of parks too. Highly recommend.

The service was good. The waiter noticed my wifes limp, saw her looking at the stairs to the toilets and quick as a flash offered her the use of the downstairs disabled room. The food came very quickly, was hot, tasty and just as described. I had the Veal medalions and rosemary roasted potatoes. Ths wife had the Caesar salad with chicken which had some very tasty chicken. The table attendants smiled and were very friendly.

Classic family Italian restaurant, however it has a little more variety and creativity on the menu than you would expect from your average restaurant in the same class. The meals and drinks are still reasonably priced. Plenty of room bookings probably aren't required for small tables. The venue is also kid friendly. Also not a bad spot for take away pizza

A café with broad appeal, Italian menu, good coffee and dessert collection. Plenty of room both inside and out for couples, families and groups as well as the solo diner. Although on the quiet end of The Parade, this café is never quiet and has parking and pram access, making it a winner with young families who might otherwise avoid the other offerings along The Parade. Staff are efficient, the place is clean, I could go on but I think it's clear that I am one happy customer!!

Sorry but what seemed like frozen spinach and a bunch of not great tasting vegetables really brought down our breakfast. They were charging public holiday surcharge which is fine, but the service was so poor .... other people looking to see if they should get up to order. It wasn't even busy. This a great place to have coffee, dinner, lunch, breakfast. I always brings my friends and family to Sfizio. The food is top rate, coffee is gooood. Go there and enjoy the atmosphere and eat alfresco or in dining room.

Today I had one of the best servings of Spaghetti Marinara I have ever eaten....Spaghetti Marinara the way it should be !!!.... Pasta al dente, copious seafood perfectly cooked in a delicate sauce of garlic, cherry tomatoes and fish broth (none of that heavy, overwhelming Napoletana tomato slush you usually get!)....and just the right amount of sauce to coat the pasta rather than drown it. While this may read like a paid-for advertisement, it is not. Sfizio could never afford my hourly rate.
