Every time I've been to Betty's Burger's they've never disappointed. I usually go for their beef burger but decided to give the fried chicken burger a go and did not regret. The bun was soft, chicken was so hot and veggies were fresh. Customer service from front end to back end of the restaurant was great. It was covid safe too, all the tables were spread apart. Highly recommend Betty's burger. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

The burger was delicious, the fries were tasty and for its price the drink was quite a reasonable size. They don't have bins which is strange, they seem to expect you to leave your rubbish on the table. Feels weird to have someone else clean up your mess but that's how it works there Overall, very decent, not the cheapest. Costed me around 20$ for a meal

Goes to a burger joint and orders something without meat...who'd have thunk it? My colleagues were certainly bemused 😆 But after my previous experience of not being all that wowed by both beef and chicken burgers, and getting multiple recommendations for the mushroom one, I threw caution to the wind! Ordered: * shroom burger, $13 - crispy fried mushroom patty with melted Gouda and Gruyere cheese, lettuce, tomato, Betty's special sauce * lemon raspberry cheesecake concrete, $6 - vanilla custard, lemon curd, lemon zest, raspberries, New York cheesecake, ginger crumble This new store on Albert Street is pretty close to my office, and popped up last December under my nose - I didn't find out until the new year. It was quite busy when we visited - spent about 10 minutes queueing to order, then another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. My shroom burger was pretty tasty, I guess having all that cheese was key. Whilst the flavour was good, and I appreciated a bit of crunch/bite from the crispy batter, I thought it was overall lacking the bite you get with meat patties. Perhaps if the mushroom was left more intact or in bigger chunks? It was also my first time trying their concretes (frozen custard). It was nice though I probably would've enjoyed it more if I wasn't trying to wolf it down due to the wait before getting our food. Might give these another go next time when I'm not watching the clock so much.

Yummy burgers and desserts. First time I’ve tried one of the concrete desserts, I had the chocolate peanut brittle one, so so good! Really friendly and attentive staff. Heaps of seating, very clean tables and areas. Love the decor.

This is the go to for burgers in the city with the added bonus of having amazing thick shakes. I usually get a classic burger and choc peanut butter thick shake with a side of fries. You really can't go wrong. The fact it's always busy at main meal times is a testament to the food.

The best burgers in Brisbane are from Charboys imo. Unfortunately they moved from the CBD to Bulimba and then stopped using third party delivery services like Door Dash. So I have been hunting for a store that does burgers as good as them. I tasted some good burgers but none that could compare. Until I tried Betty's Burgers. They taste different to Charboys but they are equally delicious. Whenever I get a burger craving I'll be going to Betty's from now on. I tried their limited edition lobster burger but wasn't a fan.

A great place for small goups. The staff are really freandly and the menu selections cover a broad range of palets and dietary requirments. The portion sizes are decent, without being too much, so the food will definitely not go to waste. Can reccomend the Spicy Crispy Chicken burger (Sorry, there aren't any pictures, because I was too busy inhaling the deliciousnewss). with french fries. Just spicy enough to give a kick and not leave you gasping for the water bottle.

Had a burger and the bun was to soft and milky, but the biggest issue I had was the high amount of cardboard / paper waste I witnessed going into the bin. The staff were efficient friendly .

Newly opened city store. Friendly staff with table service when not too busy. Indoor and outdoor seating options. The usual range of Betty's burgers, shakes and icecream (concretes). I'm a fan of the shakes, but they're not large for the price ($8). Overall delicious burgers and shakes if you need a fat/sugar binge, just be prepare to pay more than your standard fast food outlets.

This was my first visit to Betty's Burgers and man will I be back! My go to burger at any burger joint is the Bacon Double Cheese Burger and the Betty's Double is by far the GREATEST I've ever had! We got served by the lovely ladies Tilly and Ebony and they were fantastic. The food came quickly and it was delicious. Also everyone has to sign in and use hand sanitizer so they are being very safe. Loved it!!!

The vegan burger is actually a real good tasting burger. Not too dry, bun (gluten free) also wasn’t dry. A little spicy, good mix of sauces / mayo with nothing too overpowering. The best vegan burger I’ve had in the city CBD in a long time!!

Two for one meant that there app crashed so it was an hours wait. Burgers were great but it just shows they had not planned or tested their IT systems. It was inconvenient enough to use the app, but it just kept failing again and again. In the end they honored the deal at the register but it was a shambles and a long wait. Great burgers.....shame about the customer experience.

Brought the family here yesterday, really nice food. There were five of us eating in and the orders were all ready in a few minutes. Burgers taste fresh and easy, not greasy. had their mushroom burger, the mushroom sauce was great. My wife and I had a concrete each (frozen custard desert cup mix), lots of nice flavours. The Betty's classic is delicious, and beats even many pricier 15-20 dollar burgers elsewhere in terms of taste. Highly recommend getting a dip with the chips. Their taste and texture are not bad, but just a bit plain on their own. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.

When a place has over 650 reviews and a 4.7 star average, you'd be a fool to pass up a meal here at Bettys Burgers. The restaurant is conveniently located off the promenade. Inside is decorated with light and friendly design, immediately you're met by friendly staff to assist if needed. The burgers are amazing I ordered a crispy chicken burger and it was perfect. The wait time was barely noticeable. The bun wasn't over cooked and the chicken was crispy without being drowned in oil. The mood is very bubbly, people across all generations came and went whilst I enjoyed my dinner, I can't wait to be able to return.

Burger was ok but the soft drink is post-mix served in a take away cup, even for dine in. I checked my account after leaving and must have been over charged as it cost $27 for a burger, chips and a post-mix soft drink. The menu is clear and the allergens statement comprehensive.

I had the crispy chicken supreme burger, chips and a shake and would probably have the same again next time (there will be a next time!) Covid safe policy was being adhered which is comforting now days. Highly recommend!

Burgers are tasty, salad is fresh, chips are nice either way, and the chicken....well....the chicken is proper nice! Yum yum! Value for money? Family of 6 =$130, meal each, a beer, a wine, soft drinks x 2 salad, 2 x burgers 3 x chicken and 3 x chips...in the centre of Brisbane! We paid $200+ for a sit down meal 2 nights prior and we enjoyed Betty's more. Well done!

We had been in Australia for 10 months before trying Betty's Burgers and we have been missing out! Went to the Albert St store and had a classic burger and spicy chicken burger with fries and a shake and it was all sooo tasty and we could tell it was all cooked fresh. Ebony was amazing!!!!! Best waitress I’ve had ever! Me and my friends went there on a Friday night and there was a creepy man but Ebony helped us so much! She made us feel safe, let us move tables and even got us hand sanitizer when we felt uncomfortable to get it ourselves!!!! As a waitress myself I understand the difficulty in moving customers and dealing with problematic customers and Ebony was honestly so professional and so kind she made our experience one of the best!! I always have a great experience with food and staff regardless of location but wanted to jump on here to give a review. Came here with a group of friends and as well a the restaurant being a nice layout, all of our food was ready within 15 mins or less. The burgers never disappoint and sure enough we were back the next night to have dinner again :)

Burger was juicy but small, 4 stars. The fries were just okay, similar quality to what you'll get at any of the big fast food chains, 3 stars. It was easy to get a seat, but there was a line out the front because of the poor internal layout and slow serving staff, 3 stars. Overall, it's okay but if you're not going for the ice cream sundaes (called concrete for some reason) then consider one of the better nearby places.

Came here on our anniversary, the atmosphere was good with friendly staff. We were looked after well by Katherine who was active and made us feel like home. The lobster burger was tasty but my favourite had to be the fried mushroom patty, yummmm! Decent number of options to choose from. Not extremely fancy (which is good). Good sauce and patty combinations that too at decent price. Fried chicken seemed a little extra dusted with flour but didn't ruin the taste of chicken which was juicy and tender in right amount. Would come back again once restrictions have been lifted.

Great service from Millie! Burgers were fantastic and came out quickly. All staff were positive and very attentive. As I’m plastic free, I asked for a thick shake without a plastic lid or plastic straw and the staff went out of their way to ensure this and even provided paper straws. Very impressed!

Another edition to the Betty's locations, place is new and fresh. Service is second to none, welcomed upon entry and served in a quick timeframe at the counter. Food as always is top notch and can't be beaten, I had a Betty's Classic with an extra patty and bacon with onion rings and special sauce on the side. This once again did not disappoint and was brought out in a timely manner, my shake was on par as well. I have been here many times and will continue to come back.

The best mushroom burger I have ever had - they don't just slop on a soggy mushroom on a burger and call it a day: the patty has finely chopped mushroom mixed with the cheese and then battered and fried.
