Greeted by wonderful staff Wednesday evening 9th March. ability to sit and ponder the menu on a tablet was great to review choices for dinner. Excellent service, I was happy!
Great prices and nice and quiet so you can talk to each other over your meal. I am planning to come back. Best parts are being so relaxed, sensory friendly, no obnoxious loud music, you can just sit and enjoy your food and company. An experience I can't find anywhere else in Brisbane.
Perfect !

Great tasting sushi on Eagle St pier. Easy to order via a tablet from your table or sit at the counter and grab from the train. Tuna and kingfiah nigiri were 10/10.

I ordered a lot of food (bill was $83 in total), but I could tell that the raw fish and octopus were stored in the fridge for a long time, to the point they were chewy and shriveled, which made it hard to chew. If I knew the food wasn't fresh, I wouldn't have ordered that much inthe beginning. I hope the quality of the food will become better in the future

Took my family for some afternoon snacks and they really enjoyed the sushi.

Delicious sushi & the staff were so lovely & helpful when my Menulog delivery person did not arrive to pick up the order. Even though the restaurant was by then closed, the staff arranged for another delivery person while also promising to deliver personally if there were further Menulog delivery issues. Exceptional customer service, thank you Eat Sushi!

Enjoyed our visit here transiting through Brisbane. Mega Quick service, fun order-at-table options indoors on tablet device (kids will love).
A few criticisms: indoor music was way too loud, and would be great to move away from top 40 music. Would love to have some Japanese music in background, even if it’s modern - alignment with the restaurant! Would’ve liked more contact with the waiters; they seemed to be very impersonal and just quickly dumped the dishes without any eye contact or speaking.
Otherwise, a great experience.

Went during a quiet time, Great sushi, scallop nigiri was really fresh and sweet. Had a sleeping baby with us and staff were more than willing to accommodate

Love that the sushi platters were all $3.80 each. Fresh and great quality of seafood especially their sashimi. Favourites were unagi, aburi salmon, aburi scallops and fried oysters. Will come back for more.

Tempura tastes awful. It’s over cooked.
