Was very happy with the quality and service we received when eating here for dinner. We got our burgers and chips within 10 minutes of when we ordered. So was very quick service. The customer service was very nice and had a great conversation with my kids. The actual food was amazing. The quality of the different aspects were amazing. Overall great burger place. Always a good burger here! But watch out for the birds, they can be a litte pesky. Staff are friendly and do keep the birds at bay. The burgers are always great and you can't go past a simply grilled after a swin at Southbank Beach.

The pabulum for the most part literally was quite delectable, or so they kind of for all intents and purposes thought in a actually major way. It left my stomach feeling quite regaled, or so they mostly thought in a sort of big way. The scenery specifically was simply stunning and integrated to the basically divine setting, or so they mostly thought.

Scrumptiously delicious burgers. The beyond meat burgers are fantastic if you're vegetarian and looking for something a bit extra. The meat burgers and chicken burgers were so well put together and fresh. All ingredients used were super fresh. The stafd was friendly and brought us hot sauce when we requested it. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available.

The usual Grill'd experience in the heart of South Bank. Very convenient to the cinema. There is heaps of seating here, the upper level was almost empty when I ate here. Food was good as is expected. I tried the zucchini fries. They were pretty good but a bit too expensive in my opinion. I find the lighting in the restaurant odd. It seems like mood lighting on the people, with spotlights on the table. I think this is to make the food the centre of attention. The problem is that the light from the spotlights is a bit harsh, so it doesn't actually make the food look that good. It's hard to take a good photo of the meal.

Is that burger restaurant really worth the 4.5 stars it has currently? I don’t think so. Yes, they do make fairly good burgers, but how’s about being served at the table, not sitting on the street, giving me the feeling of welcome? ... The waiters were pulling my plate and bowl away from me with me still not finished and silverware still in my hands. That’s a clear clear clear No-Go! .... Getting things tasty when fried is an easy play for a chef. And the burger was okay, but truly nothing more than that!

Burgers were good and at a fair price, but a bit less good than we expected considering the raving reviews. We ordered the garden goodness and mushroom Parma, no fork is given even though the garden goodness is pretty high and doesn't fit into many mouths without spilling. Garden goodness had good taste but lacked texture, a bit mushy. Mushroom Parma had a better Patty but was really only a patty and some sauce, no tomato or anything. We also ordered zucchini and sweet potato fries. The zucchini was very fried with batter and tasted really yummy and crunchy with a dog interior. The sweet potato had no batter so it was not as crunchy, but it was probably healthier for your veins, a lot of salt though. Overall we had a good burger experience, and I recommend the zucchini fries, but i wouldn't particularly recommend our burger choices, though there was nothing wrong with them.

Meal prep was slow during a seemingly quiet time for dine in. Waited 20 minutes for a burger and chips. When you only get 30 minutes for lunch, this is a long time to wait for a fast food meal.

My sister and I dropped in for a late lunch on Monday, feeling famished after a long walk. They have certainly raised burgers to a whole new level, with a menu that offers just about every conceivable type of burger. This is the only place I’ve found that serves gluten free burgers, and they are delicious! The restaurant was quite busy but well staffed, and service was quick and efficient.

The food at Grill'd South Bank is always great. It was a shame the customer service was a little off tonight. It would be helpful if there was a designated area for people to collect their pick-up orders, instead of having to try and get the attention of the staff serving the lined up cusomers. It was also great when there was a Grill'd in West End, the customer service was always efficient and friendly.

I have been here several times. Always have a great burger. Friendly staff with lots of seating options. Extensive burger menu and plentiful drink options. No toilets in the restaurant itself but there are public toilets across the road. Overall, I would highly recommend.

I love this Grill'd, best location I have visited so far! The staff are always kind and friendly, and happy to answer any questions and help with any troubles. I have never waited over 10 minutes for my food to be served to me as a solo customer, and the food is always delicious. As a vegan I am pleased to see a number of options, my favourite being the beyond burger. I also enjoy that you are easily able to make your own burger if you have any preferences. I have never been able to fault my experience here, would highly recommend.

Grill'd is a brand I truly trust. I know the hygiene is on point due to the size of the company. I've watched them work and cannot fault them. The burgers are quite good if a little pricey. Usually go for the Simon Says. The buns are generally a bit crusty/stale but it goes well with the juiciness of the filling. The staff at Southbank are friendly and helpful and I really love the choose which charity you donate to option. Highly recommend the Beyond patties too, better than many real beef burgers. Only thing they could improve is the pricing.

Went with partner on a busy Saturday night, wonderfully no wait for a table. Food was amazing and fresh, and the service was pretty good. I would recommend any of their chicken burgers, I’ve tried them all and they’re all really good and unique, I’ll have to come back in the future to try the other types of burgers they have. The variety in chips and the taste of them are bloody fantastic. I couldn’t see if they had any free water jugs anywhere as we weren’t offered any and there was none in sight, only had bottled water you had to pay for. I’ll need to ask next time. Only complaint from me is that the table for 2 is quite small and it was very cramped to fit 2 plates, 2 drinks and chip share plate.

If you love burgers you'll love Grill'd. I've been to multiple others and their consistently great burgers no matter where you go. At southbank though they performed extremely well at 8pm on Wednesday when 11 hungry uni students rocked up unannounced for dinner. Not only were they efficient with getting us served at the counter, the food came in what I think was record time (10 minutes for 11 orders) Hats off for outstanding service!

I’ve never had a bad experience at any of the Grill’d stores but this was actually my first time going to Grill’d at the Southbank store tonight with my partner and needless to say this Grill’d wasn’t any different! I had the Garden Goodness (Vegetarian) burger while my partner had the Simon Says burger, and it was absolutely delicious and filling 😍 Great selection of delicious burgers (special mention to the chefs of course!) and awesome customer service from the staff members, highly recommend coming here and will definitely be back for sure! 🙌🏻 Thanks guys! 😊

Probably the first full open weekend in a long time and these two are quite young but running the entire Saturday night 7pm onwards show like a well oiled machine. Love me a Grill'd burger, but I could do without the grilling when I order a gluten free bun. It costs $1.50 more for a gluten free bun, which more than covers the extra cost of ingredients and the extra preparation time, yet the staff have been instructed to ask customers if it is an 'allergy or preference' - a free medical diagnosis with your burger! The world of science recognizes a wide range of non-coeliac gluten sensitivities but admits it's still trying to understand why... but Grill'd already has it worked out. Allergy or preference... apparently! Why offer a product with a price penalty already built in, if they want to renegotiate the terms after ordering? Aside from this annoyance, the burgers are delicious and the vibe in this store is great. Head upstairs for a different view.

Great place for battered chips. 3.50 for water? They should be charging 1 dollar 💵. I asked for avo on simply grilled. U fortunately they forgot to jam that on my burger. Simply grilled burger should not charge for cheese as an extra. Value for money is not present at this stage! however the place has great quality food, great service, and atmosphere. I had not been to this venue in some time and it appears that they have renovated the restaurant seating. The place was very very clean! I informed the staff about no avo, with hesitation she refunded my coin. I'm happy 😊,, next time I bring my own drinks 🍻

I went there with a bunch of friends a few days ago and honestly it was wonderful. They didn't ask questions we just sort of rocked up and they took us straight to a table with enough room to seat us all. 5 stars for Grill’d Southbank thanks to Phoebe (working lunch shift 11th June 2019). Would hire her in a heartbeat, and if she doesn’t get a pay rise I’d probably try and poach her. Meal went a little like this: 1. Order with Phoebe - smooth, no issues 2. Meal - perfect, no issues. 3. Went up to order another drink 20 mins later: “Sure no problems (insert my name) - Just swipe your card there when you’re ready” *phoebe remembers name and casually inserts it into convo like it ain’t no thing* 4. Spent rest of meal thinking phoebe was rad. 5. Tip phoebe in case she doesn’t get pay rise.
