I went here to grab my $5 chicken burger. Being a weekday, they were not so busy so the burger came out quick. I love the shopping mall it’s located so I will be back. I am a big fan of Grill’d burgers especially the beef ones

I used to give it a 5 star but they've destroyed their reputation with me by constantly overcooking the sweet potato wedges. They were the cherry on top of every visit, but now they're just ruining them. And it's not a one-off as I've heard many people say the same about the wedges. I've tried telling the staff but keep getting the same excuses... "sorry about that, next please"

Love Grill'd My favourite burger joint. Good options for everyone, beef, chicken, lamb and vegetarian as well as being a fairly health choice. The local matters program helps direct funding to local organisations that are in need and the loyalty program allows you to donate meals while you rack up benefits for yourself. All this with friendly staff and good service. I am never disappointed after eating here.

I have just had the most amazing Chickpea and Sweet Potato salad. It was so delicious. I normally struggle with the menu, but I know that I can always find something to eat here. Staff were great. The only thing was the water was warm.

Enjoyed this Grill’d as I have enjoyed other locations around Brisbane. They have some of the best burgers around and even the chips are extra tasty. The staff are always helpful and friendly. They cook your burgers on demand so there is some wait time. I respect that they are trying different things and addressing plant-based products (even though I have not tried one). The atmosphere is very relaxed and you can even add your bottle cap vote to a charity jar to add to a cause.

My wife and I eat at this store regularly when visiting the area; the quality of food and service is always of a high standard. The store is clearly very well managed and the experience provided by Rylee was a big stand out upon our most recent visit. Will be back!

The food was fantastic! Great presentation and delicious food! The service was very average! My partner and myself were seated to nice table! Unfortunately 2 groups of people that were seated to their tables were still very dirty from the previous customers and were left standing after being shown to their seats! I felt pretty bad for them they were very nice about it however! Being a busy establishment these little niggles sometimes happen all in all a good lunch for us.

Was a very filling but beautiful burger, the taste is unexplainable... Taste of egg, taste of bacon and than chicken.. not to forget the cheese. The bun is thick & filling and as pictured beautifully presented. The staff were polite & of course asked how food was before even devouring my burger.. Springfield is a beautiful area and there is really nice places to eat.. I recommend this place as anyone else will probably will. Expensive but worth the experience & money.

Absolutely amazing burgers. I went on the Meatfree Monday trial and I have never had such a good burger. Absolutely delicious. They also had fantastic community programs and the staff were amazing. Can't wait to go back and I really hope the Meatfree Monday menu becomes a regular occurrence.

Had a late lunch on 27 December 2019 - first time I have ever tried grill'd and I must say I was disappointed. Had the Queenslander burger (or something like that) ... and found it disappointing. My partner also had it and she commented (as did her brother) that it tasted "very meaty" ... so very interested in the comment below about burgers injected with something ... would tend to agree. For the price, it was a little disappointing and under-whelming. We had 3 burgers, 1 fries and 2 softdrinks and it cost $56 - which is simply not value for money. I couldn't recommend it, especially up against say, a Carl Juniors burger, which have far better taste and quality of salads etc for a better price and seem bigger. Sadly, first and only visit I think.

Grill'd has always had excellent quality burgers and chips and this is definently the case with Springfield Grill'd. Located in the middle of the Orion shopping center, it's an excellent choice for lunch or dinner while shopping, seeing a movie or just driving past. The customer service here is always second to none. The staff will always go up and beyond to make your time there enjoyable.

Food was good, the wife ordered the Simon says chicken burger (the chicken was actually chicken breast not processed bonus) it was delish. I ordered the crispy bacon cheese burger was a tad disappointed only because the pattie was premade in a factory? Most people wouldn’t complain but when your paying more than McDonald’s for a burger meal you expect something more!!! Still delish, but the burger would have been 100x better if the burger patties were homemade that morning in shop.

Great burgers and friendly staff however the service seriously falls short when they are busy. We made an order the other day, went in to pick up and the house staff apologised for the wait and said our order was only a minute away. This didn't bother us at all as we hadn't been waiting long since we placed our order online. We got home however (3 minute drive away), sat down and both of our burgers were cold, poorly made and had ingredients in them that we specifically asked to be removed. I couldn't even finish my burger. It was falling apart, cold and just not that great. I love gourmet burgers, but from now on we will probably only order in person and only bother if they are not busy as it is too hit and miss and for the price you pay, you want a good burger!

Always the best quality burgers here and the location is spot on for a great night out with friends. I'm not a huge fan of the price of their chips, but either way you still can't fault how good they taste and how satisfied you feel every time you head in.

Everything here is amazing. You don't need a reservation, and the staff are really good. They are super friendly and help you pretty much instantly, and there is a bit of a wait for the food but it is 100% worth the wait and the money. The food is absolutely incredible and fresh, cannot complain at all, by far the best restaurant in that food court.
