Really friendly staff and tasty food, but it's a pretty noisy building (no insulation or bad design or something??) so not the most relaxed dinner conversation. Still, will definitely go back and probably sit outside.

I haven’t had Grill’d in a long time, definitely wasn’t disappointed. Great flavour, although I think they need to start incorporating to make a meal option because at the moment if you want fries and a drink you have to pay it seperately and it does add up in the end. Other then that, this location has great staff. Definitely recommend. 👍🏼

Burgers were fresh, hot and delicious and very filling and drinks were cold and refreshing. Service was fast and straight forward. Would have been nice to get the tokens as we were supposed to - noted that noone was being given them meaning the “spread the love” community fundraiser was really being let down. Good lunch though. A smile from staff (they wore their masks under noses so easy to tell they weee not smiling) would go a long way to make patrons actually feel welcome. 🤗

This place is next level awesome. Ticks off all the boxes, great food, great vibes! The staff are so kind and welcoming, a must have in any restaurant! I was served by a charming young lady, who I believe was called Summer, she was very kind and welcoming and promptly helped me with my order. The food was served very fast but not in a rushed way, the greenery was all fresh and the burger was juicy and the sauces just made it all the more better, it was like a flavour explosion in my mouth. The view outside was amazing as well, it's not just any average industrial building view, it's a beautiful view over the lake out the back of Victoria point with a fountain in the middle of it and bustling wildlife. The restaurant is a hive of good vibes and always bustling with activity. Overall I definitely recommend Victoria Point's Grill'd as THE place to go. Hands down one of the best, if not THE best, restaurants to go to in Victoria Point.

It's my view that there should be a separate area for the uber eat and other mobile drivers as I was awaiting take away and it was a bit hard to hear or access the counter. It's always a pleasure to go to grill'd Victoria point, the staff are always eager to greet you with a smile. So love how they have the board games there. We went there the other night, as it was our sons birthday,( he passed away 7yrs ago), we had a lovely chillaxin night, eating his fav food, and played Uno, and remembering all the good times. the staff understood and were so considerate of our night. They made us feel so welcome, and On top of all that, yes the food was awesome. Gotta love the truffle mayo.. thankyou guys, you rock......

I have only recently been taken to Grilled by my son & partner. Have to say I was pleased with the service(despite COVID), and the prices were very reasonable, in comparison to others and the SLIDERS ARE THE BEST! I then took my 78yr old father and his partner there and now they're hooked. Dad also says they are the best burgers he's ever had! I think that says alot-I mean, how many burgers would he have had in that lifetime!? 😋😄

Came down and grabbed some lunch today and was extremely impressed with my experience. This was my third visit to Grill'd at Viccy Point and the first time I felt the burger wasn't exceptional. This chips were cooked to perfection, no easy tasks, so many places over cook or under cook chips. But on this visit the beef pattie was without any real flavour, juiciness and it was almost cold. I'm putting it down to the fact that the tomatoes was extremely cold which cooled the meat far to much too quickly. I'd say that this was a one off anomaly and I'd be happy to go back again.

I’ve been eating here since they first opened, but on our last visit on Mother’s Day we were left feeling disappointed. Not sure what’s going on, the quality was there but the burgers were flavourless. The children enjoyed their burgers (I mean how can you stuff up a burger with a patty, sauce and a slice of cheese !) There was some older children (in the 10-13 yr age range) playing in the children’s play area being very loud, unruly and obnoxious disregarding the fact there were people dining around them - yelling and throwing blocks around. Staff totally ignored this situation and it took the parent about 40 minutes to tell them gently to be sensible - staff should have asked the kids to calm down and be sensible as it is a play area for smaller children. Overall the meals were ok, but I doubt we’ll be back - my biggest praise is their options for vegetarian and vegan diners. Thanks, but no thanks.

I'll put the photo up later, but the Chicken Burger I got with smashed avocado, lettuce, tomato and cheddar cheese with their mayo was delicious, not too heavy just right AND because I had movie tickets I got free chips on the side. They were seasoned with Rosemary, salt n pepper. Just lovely. AA+ Will def go again with the family.

Grills serves the healthiest burgers in town. This grill'd at Victoria point is a awesome place for everyone for healthy burgers. The ambience here is amazing with an outdoor eating area near the lake. The staff is very welcoming and provides good hospitability. Absolutely love coming here all the time. This place also offers online delivery option through uber eats. There is ample car parking space available through out the complex. It gets very busy during weekends , so reserving a table would be a ample choice. I would recommend this for family,groups or individual. Great team work.keep up the work.👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼

Generally these burgers are far superior to any of the traditional fast food outlets. However, recently the ingredients have changed, specifically the amount of sauce / dressing has been significantly reduced which has made the burgers quite dry. I've tried several different burgers and reached the same conclusion, the reduction in sauce / dressing is marked and has a marked adverse impact on the enjoyment of the burgers. I did question the person who served me and they confirmed that they had made a decision to reduce the sauce / dressing but didn't know why. I'm guessing it's a cost saving. Sad really when the products are generally so good. But a dry burger is no where near as nice.

Grill'd Victoria Point is awesome! 5 out of 5 stars The burgers are delicious, the quality of the meal is always on point and the customer service is excellent. Not to mention, the restaurant is in the perfect location overlooking a lake and right near the Cineplex. We love sitting outside at the picnic tables and watching the turtles while waiting for our burgers.

Went there with my daughter and 2yo grandson there is a area set aside for toddlers with some play things, service was great food is always great. The back of the restaurant backs onto a lake that has plenty of wildlife including some very savvy turtles that monitor all the restaurants adjacent to the lake for kind patrons tidbits. Enjoy hc

Normally love Grill'd, but it seems they don't make their burgers like they used to, it was small and lacked flavour. Had poor quality bacon that you would normally find in the jumbo home brand packs you find at woolies. Not sure what the idea behind using massive grains of salt on the chips, all it did was make you want to dust the chips off before eating, very very salty.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to a yoyng lady by the name of Jordan who was working on Saturday night. She was a delight when asking questions it was never an inconvenience a very polite staff member. My partner was also impressed how she handled a lady that couldn't stand for long in the line and helped her to make it easier with finding a table and describing how the restaurant ran.
