Tbh, most of these kids at hungry jacks are in high school, some of them just started their first job in fast food. I use to train high school kids and they worked fine. I use to work at hjs and some of you customers aren’t that BRIGHT (Lmao) If you’re broke then just say that so hj workers can at least consider giving you a better option that benefits the business and you :) These kids are following COMPANY P O L I C Y! Which means: * No Matthew, you can’t use the voucher because it’s EXPIRED and no longer in the system. Dont get angry at the workers because you can’t afford the full price. Sawrrry * No Colin, you can’t get your breakfast, if they stop breakfast at 11… they literally stop breakfast at 11. Ain’t no ham, cheese & tomato toasty for you sir. Sawrrry * Bye Delfi, don’t be coming for hjs and them hiring “KiDs” if anything your dog looked like it fell off the back of a horse. Sawrrrrrry If all you “Pick me” eaters, can do a better job then start your own business :) Nobody appreciates grown people coming for little kids. Y’all come through drive thru with your doors open cause your windows don’t work, so please take your negativity somewhere else.

Better than some other Hungry Jack's experiences recently. Still no Frozen Coke available two days running! However staff are actually cleaning this store, A change. Service was fast and informative. Food was hot and chips were well cooked. Drinks and dessert were of good quality also.

I usually come in the mornings around 6. It's a shame they don't open earlier because 6am is late for some people. It seems like they're unprepared and they just quickly chuck together whatever I order so they can keep getting ready for the day. I often get wraps which are poorly wrapped and full of sauce.

Before serving drinks they should always check that its the actual flavour & not the damn soda water its yuck. Floors were very slippery mind you it was raining when we went. But good service the people were very polite when we had minor issues with our order.

One of the friendliest stores I have ever been to. Love the the girls they are always friendly, the store is always clean. We go there for breakfast regularly and the food comes out fast and hot, this store actually sprinkles chocolate on my capachino all the other stores forget . Highly recommended.

Chips were only lukewarm, ok for little kids but not for me. Not happy about that. Service was great. Quiet but at the time we went is usually a quiet time of the day so only a couple of others there. If wasn't for screaming kids I would have taken the chips back., as I bought 2 lots and both were lukewarm. Im not a fussy person but honestly, disappointed so I didn't have many because chips when going cold are not nice. I must add that we did start eating straight away as we pulled out of their carpark but we had already gone a few hundred metres so turning back was to difficult so continued on going home, so it's not like we left eating chips for any length of time. Love it, great service! My whopper was an actual golden whopper! My fries were salted perfectly and my drink was perfect. Ryan was a great worker and informed me of the frozen drinks that weren't working. Thankyou for the great experience.

This place is very hit and miss. Sometimes the burgers are fresh and the staff are friendly. Other times the burgers are cold and the staff are extremely unfriendly. You shouldn't have to ask for a fresh burger. My next bad experience here will be my last.

This shop is just and average hungry jacks and just needs that bit of pizzas that usually gives these shops that special feel Its part of a centre and restricted by size shape and form so I cannot be precise - just leave it to the experts . But it's getting mauled by maccas over the Rd and Oportos next door . It's a very busy position these days with the Logan Hospital upgrade and the new Marketplace and fal the Logan motorway upgrade is near completioli making this position prime and Jacks needs to recognise they have potentially the finest position in the suburb and could do a whole lot more than it does by focus on passing traffic and highway exits and entries .
