Strathpine has really stepped up their game in the last couple of years! Food is always hot and fresh, 9/10 orders are correct, only an occasional forgotten item, staff are always friendly. The biggest issue would be forgetting sauces if anything. Tonight's meal was not only amazing as always, but quite possibly the best we've ever had!

Honestly I've never had a problem from this hungry jacks the staff there have been incredibly friendly and some of the managers have actually gone out of their ways when it's early in the morning to start conversations with me as well as one time actually help me read and choose what would be best to eat. No I'm not old or stupid I had come out of surgery and wanted to eat hungry jacks and couldn't seem to focus properly on words or anything really.

Food is always super fresh and tasty (easily the best fries I've ever had). I have noticed after my late shifts coming home from work the wait for food is a bit longer (probably less staff) but the workers on are ALWAYS delightful, and hard working. Came in tonight and had great service and again, super yummy food in a reasonably timely manner. Just so we're clear waiting a little longer is always appreciated knowing the food I will receive is nice and fresh 😋

Service was a little slow when we attended although some of the patrons were pretty full on and in my opinion should have been asked to leave. Burgers were just ok and appeared to have just been slapped together with no care as contents were outside the bun and had to be reloaded before consuming. It filled a void but I have had a lot better experiences at other stores.

the car park was full of people who went to the drive thru and was told to wait in the waiting bay. we had at least 3 people in front of us for half an hour and when i asked how long it would be, they just started on our order. i was really disappointed because they usually dont take that long and provide good food but today they seemed really understaffed and stressed.

Dined in but struggled to find anywhere to sit. Half the tables are closed for Covid and ALL the rest were dirty. Really quite disgusting. They really weren't very busy either. 30/12/2020: Happy to report that they have substantially improved cleanliness.

Terrible! The Buns on our burgers were stale, tomato sloppy on whoppers , cold + a long wait in waiting Bay. Lovely staff member apologised tho, this why I give a 3 star.

Service was slow, drive throughs were getting their orders quicker than me who chose to go into hungry jacks. I ordered the new dessert, and it was much smaller in size than the picture. It came served in a sundae cup and looked like just a blob of ice cream in the bottom of the cup. The taste was ok, but I wouldn't order it again. It wasn't enjoyable to eat at all.

Similar to other stores. Some staff always seem surly. Reasonable parking. Efficient drive through. On the main road so convenient. When getting back on to the main road, unless you intend to turn left at the next intersection, don't take the service road because it is difficult to get into the lanes going straight ahead because traffic blocks you in.

It's a fast food joint. What can you say? Lol It's kept clean, has friendly staff, a colouring wall where kids can choose which picture they want to colour then add it to the wall. Oh & party crowns 👑 Plus we always find it faster going on & ordering than using the drive thru.

It's Hungry Jack's; the food of course is the same as all others in this chain, however they haven't got any of our orders incorrect to date and the food has been fresh. They have a great playground for little ones which is better suited to 4 years plus. (Other local Hungry Jacks restaurants have a very poor play area or do not have one at all.) The only thing I can fault is the lack of facilities. The women's bathroom consists of a single toilet in a very tiny space. It's just not practical and even worse when you have children.
