i gave 5 starts because of great service This is my first time order hungry jack's and probably last time. my friends told me hungry jack is the best in fast food. We were talking about Mac &KFC yesterday. Then yes I ordered it by uber eats. And there were some mistake when I order it. And then i get it by 10mins. i was so surprised.

Ordered their Hunger Tamer recently and was pleasantly surprised by how fresh everything tasted. A Whopper with Cheese, three nuggets & sauce, a BBQ cheeseburger and fries all made the journey from Taringa to Indooroopilly without any real loss of quality. Plus, price very competitive.

It's a Hungry Jack's, so you know what to expect. Except for some reason this one is old timey American diner themed for some reason? Anyway, I'm blessed to live walking distance away, because shake'n'win provides some good snacks. Additionally I refuse to back down until you bring the $2 shake back to the dollar menu. I have attached a picture of a yumbo I purchased. This burger is the embodiment of: "You were too busy thinking about if you could, that you forgot to think about if you should".

Sorry Hungry Jack's. You are my favourite fast food joint but your drive thru is the slowest I have ever experienced and your icecream machine may as well be broken as the product no longer is a treat but tastes wierd. A reinvention of your brand is well overdue.

Great value, clean location, and friendly staff. All major credit cards, including American Express (AMEX), are accepted without any silly surcharges. The burgers and drumsticks (ice cream) are good, but the fries and chicken nuggets were just average. Coming from the States, where asking for extra ketchup on a burger (or additional dipping sauces for the nuggets) is free, I was disappointed to see that I was charged for those small requests, but apparently it's the Australia way and not specific to this location :( Either way, it was still an excellent value so I will be back!

Extremely slow service with a frown. We waited at least 10 minutes for someone to take our order, with a staff member at the front counter and only one person ahead of us, also not being served. This would be fine had the staff member said something like: "I'll just be a minute". Pretty basic customer service there. The food was still nice and hot, but the wait after we ordered was also quite long. The girl serving orders was wearing ripped gloves (so food safe!), and it really was service with a frown.

Staff were lovely. Food was amazing! Recently it's been a bit hit and miss with incorrect orders I actually gave up on phoning each time my order was wrong App is dreadful and it annoys me how there's not a full menu at drive through so if the item you want isn't on the board so you have to check your phone (which is illegal). I'd suggest only going through drive through if you know exactly what you're going to buy. .

Mega Jack was mega fresh, as good or even better than a Big Mac version of this burger. Chips were super hot and soft drink icy cold, a delicious meal to keep you going all day long. The sauce was oozing out and had to eat it from all sides like corn on the cob. Well done Hungry Jack's!!

Getting there by car was stressful as it situated at hilly area, I had to constantly balance clutch, accelator and handbrake, while giving away other cars in extremely steep hill. But once we get there, everything was nice. It has a beautiful outdoor sitting area where we spent rest of our afternoon. Although many Hungry Jack's store has modernize its interior, this store still have 70's American look which I personally don't like. Bit this store still offer soft drinks refill which is cool.

A little "sorry for the wait" would have gone a long way, but otherwise an enjoyable experience and the food came out fast

Food quality though, it's just an average fast food outlet. Staff are often friendly and helpful but seem demotivated.

Also come here sometimes in Friday nights with the boys. The last few times I've ordered from this Hungry Jack's I've received burgers that feel like they have been boiled instead of "flame grilled" as they say, or incomplete orders like missing chips and a water bottle instead of a Coke. I don't know if it has anything to do with management or is just employees being lazy 😕

The food here is incredible, I personally usually grab drinks as I am going by. There are a large variety of drinks to choose from such as slushies, smoothies and thickshakes, all of which taste delicious. The service is also great and the shake and win offers are also nice.

Definitely among my favourites. A huge negative about this place is the service. It can easily take up to 10 minutes or more to receive your food.

The shake and win app is an absolute game changer, definitely worth downloading before you head in! I’m a huge fan of the free refills as well (one up on maccas). The customer service here has improved slightly over the past few years (it used to be horrendous) but it’s pretty disappointing that I can never get my spicy sauce with burgers anymore :( Just remember what you are eating when you come in here though, this stuff is a treat with minimal nutritional value so please keep your health in mind and limit your consumption of garbage!!

5 stars in terms of fast food. It's a fast food store, gives me food fast and the quality to be expected for hungry jacks. They haven't screwed my order at all yet. Always a clean store, no drunks rocking up and vomiting everywhere like in town, good place to just hang out and watch max music with friends while eating.
