I got hungry on my way home on the train. So I did a pitstop here. Happy to say I got great quick service at this busy store. The Big Mac was made properly too. Not spilling it's fillings everywhere. Enjoyable.

Fast service. Hot meals. Friendly staff. Spacious eating area. Two cool views available to choose from- either and the busy end of the outlet or at the back which is more hidden from pedestrians. In all, you get served your food at either end and staff do not have to complain where you choose to eat. The tables need more regular cleaning attention though, as most customers leave crumbs and stains on the tables.

We wish to only disclose our knowledge on this fantastic fast food chain called McDonald’s. we may not be sober but you know what we are? hungry and McDonald’s supplied us with great food we are so hungry and the food was great. we received two hashbrowns freshly made they made it fresh and it was good thumbs up which is 100% thumbs. We will partake in meals again at this McDonald’s and we will get hashbrowns most likely. They better be fresh A+, you did a great job well done well done for teenagers you don’t get paid enough get that bank. Love by your dear auntie’s not disclose names.

Clean store and eatery, there were staff out cleaning/disinfecting the eating area. Service was pretty quick, I had 9 mins between trains, got my meal and made it to platform with a couple of mins to spare. Food was fresh, staff were following covid regulations and reminded customers to use their masks when ordering and collecting.

Convenient, fast, and what with often being cooked to order because of the amount of traffic- pretty tasty. However, the service could use some work mostly because if you order from the outside, you pretty much have to ask them to bring your order there [they always call out facing the station inside], and i've like, never once seen the self-checkouts being sanitized, nor do they have nearby handwash/sanitizer to do so yourself. Basically, at the end of the day, it's still a McDonald's

Smaller than average size Maccas located in the central station. The Maccas has two counter to meet the commuters needs. If you are in a rush, order at the counter inside the station. Not much sitting space in the platform side though.

I find this McDonalds quite good. If you order a varied burger 🍔 you receive as requested. But I did have a bad experience last time and Manager offered me another meal but I declined as my train 🚞 was due. He decided on a refund but only gave me partial as I’d eaten some like warm chips 🍟 I’m guessing. Normally pretty good though 👍👌

I mean, it's a Macca's - so your burger never looks even remotely like what you were hoping for from the pictures, the staff consists of uninterested youths, and the restaurant has all the atmosphere of a prison cantina. But as these fast food joints go, this one is the same and no worse. You can access it both from inside and outside the ticketed area of the station, so that's convenient and it's the only option at the station besides the juice / brekky place.

A girl doing the clean up in seating area was really friendly in helping me work their ordering machine ..she had a really nice friendly disposition(a person's inherent qualities of mind and character.) . It's your standard McDonald's. The quality of the food is consistent so things will always taste the same way they always do. The speed of their service does vary especially since it's located within Central Station. It's a good place to visit if you want a quick bite to eat between travelling.

This is actually a really good McDonalds. Always clean and service it typically lightning speed. Due to this your meal appears to be freshly made every time. Being in one of Brisbane's busiest locations it is always busy and is a welcome break from the cold surroundings of Central Station.

Their soft drink machines were down, last time I was there they had me wait 15 minutes for a frozen drink so I had to leave it and catch my train. It's convenient and the food didn't kill me so a three star rating.

Its O.K. Not terribly fast considering most people hace trains to catch. The food is ok and if its not they have no problem rectifying the issue. Eating area always dirty. Cooking area is not clean ecery time i have gone in. Staff are often to busy to provide %100 costomer satisfaction which is a shame. I was here late at night. While there I had a diabetic episode. Would have looked like a drunk person being out of it. The MacDonald staff looked after me. This restaurant has two sides for ordering. Take note if the outside is busy, order once through the turnstiles and vice versa. After school ends the place is packed with kids. Leave any rubbish at the restaurant bins as there is no rubbish bins on the platforms. This is a very busy place in peak hours but the staff try hard to be friendly and efficient.

It's McDonald's, and you can sometimes have quite a wait on food. Meals can cool off if you order from the side counter as they take them to the man counter when ready, then it will wait for free staff to check the side counter.

They always leave my order till last. Have no idea why but everybody else (with bigger orders than mine) usually get them within 5 minutes. I timed one wait as 15 minutes which turned the fries and bun stale.

This is a McDonald's in a train station, a place primarily for trains to be caught. Any yet, this McDonald's regularly fulfills an order very, very slowly despite the very reasonable scenario that it's customers have trains to catch. Food is regularly presented luke warm at best despite the long wait that would suggest they had to cook it from scratch. Self service POS here also go down very frequently.

This maccas is divided in two, one side to the people who have Go Cards, and the other, considerably smaller side, is devoted to randoms who turned up to a train station but not to catch a train. The people who man the fast food joint seem overworked, but they are friendly. Many Big Mac wrappers start their pilgrimage here, tracing a slow journey to the pavement nearby, only to be swept up in a whirlwind of litter and broken memories.
