After working in over 500 different venues serving food McDonald's is my go to for hygiene, consistency and customer service. McDonald's will NEVER give you food poisoning. The most successful restaurant in the world and for good reason. Eat with confidence at pretty much perfected food safety systems.

There's no reason to go hear for a good coffee. However their coffee is better than a diet Coke.

Pretty quick with food and haven't messed up an order once, one of the better MacDonald's, just an award position so it's hard to know where to stand to wait for food

We went here twice while on holiday the first time was in the evening and service was amazing. The second time we went for breakfast and our food was not delivered to us it just sat on the counter. I was impressed with the looks of the McCafé but the coffee was mediocre.

Its very nice, although there aren't enough places to sit in and eat. Also when i was handed my McFlurry, the gentleman spilt the m&ms on the counter and some even fell onto the floor which went uncleaned. Only ever stop in for a quick bite.

Always understaffed, seems like the newer McDonald's above Michael Hill takes priority. Some mistakes in past orders, but I genuinely feel like having only 2-3 staff members is ridiculous. Management needs to place more staff here as the store is fairly busy. Area around the shop is nearly always gross, but thats on the Myer Centre itself. Tends to be lots of bums and bogans hang around the smoking area.

When I ordered my food from here I was honestly a little bit worried. The kitchen looks really small, the ordering area looks a little run down, my food also came out faster than I have ever been served at Maccas. Which is great this time around because it was still good! Normally when things are that fast they are not great. The food was as good as Maccas does!

Needed a quick sugar hit and they were so up to the job. Nice hash brown and some quickly needed lemonade were ready in a jiffy. I loved it (even though I know it's full of calories)!

No real sit down area by this shop. Burgers were good but fries were nasty. Staff seemed too busy for a small shop. They served the worst coffee I have ever tasted. Good thing Starbucks is across the hallway.

It is convenient place to buy McDonald meals with kids and prams. Most of the time it has a long queue so you need to have calm the kids while waiting for their favourite ice cream cones.

you've heard of 24 nuggets for 10 but when you try to get 24 soft serves for 10 they just look at u funny. well i still got 16 soft serves and they gave me 40 cents back too. serves u right ronald mac donald

Good McDonald's in a great location. The interior is different to a normal McDonald's but nice still. There's also lots of locations for plugging in your laptop if you need to.
